As a fellow mouseless-environment-haver, I love the idea of the book but this isn't it.
It's weird to start a supposedly newbie-oriented book with installing Arch from scratch. What a pointless exercise for anyone new to Linux! Why Arch anyway, when the superior tech (i.e. NixOS) exists?
Basically, the book doesn't go deep enough, instead focusing on (mostly) irrelevant details, such as disk partitioning and installing Zsh.
Good guide, but most of the topics felt too easy for me. If you know what you want, the book is not much better than looking at the author's dotfiles directly.
