Everything is HAPPENING! These characters deserve every ounce of happiness. Protect them at all costs. Take a bullet if you have to!
Every couple got an amazing storyline in this volume. No one was relegated to the back-burner.
I can't believe there's only one volume left. But at the same time, I need a sweet ending.

I promise I will write reviews when I have more time but just know I loved this volume with my whole heart and that end chapter had me blubbing!!!
Ah, Wotakoi is a superb slice-of-life, rom-com josei manga and I never want it to end! Ever. In this volume Kabakura and Koyanagi get MARRIED and they are adorable <3 despite all of their heated arguments along the way :D
Elsewhere we have Narumi and Hirotaka sloooowly continuing their relationship - again, they are an adorable couple but I wish something dramatic would happen between them lol...
And than a super shocker ending involving Hirotaka's younger brother, Naoya, and Ko, who finally admit their feelings for each other and agree to go out <3 This relationship feels the most delicate to me purely because Naoya is such a cinnamon roll and Ko is emotionally fragile but the happiness I felt at the end resulted in a huge wave of tears! In fact, I'm still weeping now...but in a good way! Ah, this series has my heart!

Esto me va a dejar una muy muy larga resaca.
Lo ame, no soy muy fanatica del manga pero este sin duda se llevo mi corazoncito.
La trama no es complicada y en cada capitulo prodria de decirse que no ocurre ningun problema tan solo es el dia a dia de seis personajes, pero no por ello deja de ser muuuy entretenido y gracioso.
SE ROBARON MI CORAZÓN

Review : Hanako and Taro finally get married so cute . Ko is avoiding Nayo cause she likes him she gets a part time job at a bookshop . I love nayoa friends they like Ko and are mostly shipping them together so cute .Nayo confess to ko I can't wait to read the last volume in May.

Kabakura and Koyanagi are a little more tolerable this volume than in previous ones, but I'm still not a fan of their dynamic. Nao and Ko are totally darling, though, and the end of this book had me in tears.
This volume had some nerdy stuff in it, but nowhere near enough in proportion to people talking on and on (and on...) about relationships. As usual, that made me feel somewhat claustrophobic.

We finally have our wedding and we see them fighting a lot with the planning but not just our couple, also their friends while trying to help them. It's a mess basically and I'm loving every minute of it.

We see life post-wedding craziness and we also get to see Kabakura and Koyanagi living together and it's just amazing!!! We also finally see our group having fun together again!

I don’t know how I feel about this…on one hand I adore Naoya and Ko, but Hirotaka and Narumi’s relationship is getting repetitive and boring and Hanako and Taro were SO TOXIC in this. I was so excited about the wedding scene and we get 3 pages and it’s over…so underwhelming. Afterwards, instead of character development they just go back to arguing all the time. It’s frustrating that these characters have become completely one dimensional

A wedding, a new love born, and....the other relationship not doing much.
The wedding was nice in this volume since we didn't have it overblown. Simple, done, friends there, family there, everyone happy. Then onward to married life. I actually enjoyed the change, and the two who got married are adorbs. The new love happening here is probably the most interesting part, and the ending was super sweet and worked well. The other couple isn't going anywhere and I'll be honest if they break up I wouldn't be surprised
A 3.5 out of 5, I'll bump it to a 4.

Omg, the build up was soooooo worth it!! This was a phenomenal volume and I just can't process all of my happy emotions! Everything was great, the art was on point as usual, and the gags landed every time! I'm so sad next volume is the last cuz I genuinely love this series, but all great things must come to an end and this is no exception. Looking forward to the finale!

OMG THIS SERIES I SWEAAAAAARRRR. It definitely has the impact because I see SO MUCH of myself and my friends in these characters, but they're just so dang lovable! Ko and Nao finally have their time together and we get the newlywed Kabakura and Koyanagi 😍

I honestly thought this series had been dropped in the States,
Because of how long we had to wait for volume 5. I'm was worth the wait. A lavish wedding, and Ko and Nao finally chat one on one (she had been avoiding him because she wants to be with him, but is certain he would never want her (nothing could be further from the truth), and when he tells her all the things he loves about her, it makes her cry tears of joy. Good for you, Nao, you didn't give up and you won over the girl you like (who he originally thought was a guy, so that, combined with a few other things, has implied he's bisexual). She's very plain, I mean totally vanilla, but she's adorable, too. Now let's hope we don't have to wait nearly a year to get volume 6!

My rating: 4.8 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wotakoi has seriously become my comfort manga. It’s right there with Spy x Family if you’re looking for new manga to read. Heart warming and funny i’m suprised how often I laugh when reading this book (literally every page). The artwork is beautiful and the afterward from the author always feel like a special treat. Also I LOVE the colored interior illustrations for the volume covers. I feel such a special connection to these characters and their various quirks. Got me giggling and kicking the air. I love this book and series. Highly recommended.
