“Genesis Understood” captivated me in a way no other book ever has. The way Lance Wynn dissected the book of Genesis, supplementing his speculations with in-depth research, showed me just how much effort he has put into finding answers to all the questions he wanted the answers to. Lance Wynn is brave enough to ask and explore ideas most of us would be hesitant to even think about lest we get excommunicated by society. Massive respect to this man, whose bold and confident way of writing lets one be assured of the truth behind his words.
Make sure to have a pen and paper at the ready – maybe even a highlighter, if you are reading a hardcopy – because for sure, you would want to take notes on the technicalities and semantics you may have overlooked when reading the book of Genesis on your own. I know I did.

Lance Wynn is not just a writer, nor an author. Much more than these, he is a teacher who does not sugarcoat his students’ (the readers’) misunderstandings and brutally exposes the truth behind the misinterpretations. I learned so many things upon reading his book and I believe I will continue to learn even more when I decide to reread it. The lessons to be learned and absorbed in this book cannot be fully consumed with just one round of reading. Every chapter, even every paragraph, has a new snippet of knowledge I would not have thought to associate with the Bible.
Lance has a talent for collecting and compiling information from different sources - even completely different schools of thought – and weaving them together to form a cohesive, easy-to-follow explanation of the Genesis.

Most people only need a gentle reminder to fix their ways and be the good, beloved children God wants them to be. Some need a slap to the face just to wake up from whatever beautiful delusion the devil has trapped them in. Unfortunately, I’m part of the latter group. “Genesis Understood” by Lance Wynn came at the most opportune time to pull me out of the evil slump I found myself in.
Lance does not waste time to sugar-coat his words and teachings and gets right into business, educating ignorant or blinded Christians towards the right understanding of God’s word. The last words he wrote in his book “Do not let the Wrath of God come down on you! Learn the truth and the truth will set you free!” were not simple words of request or warning. They were words of admonition and scolding towards the careless Christians that are well on their way towards Satan’s trap.

I’m not exactly a huge fan of technicalities and semantics. In fact, I’d much rather accept a story just as it is written without bothering to question even the most obvious discrepancies and confusion. Lance Wynn is the complete opposite. Smart, meticulous, and diligent. Lance boldly makes his questions known and sweeps through all sources of information he can get his hands on to find answers. Then he pinpoints the most important and useful data to use as backings to his speculations and hypotheses.
I found myself mesmerized by the array of information so neatly organized, even someone like me could easily follow. The ins and outs of the book of Genesis were very well-explained, and the chapters easily transitioned into one another to form one cohesive line of thought. Truly impressive writing and data collection skills.

Growing up, I’ve always been filled with spiritual questions that, to this day, remain unanswered. Most books that I have come across in search of enlightenment were plain pointless. I often find a book or article that aims to answer some of my numerous questions, but they are just not fueled with evidences and supporting details that convince me to affirm their delineations. That has always been the story, until I stumbled upon Genesis Understood. I was astounded by how immense the wisdom it upholds is, and how incredibly founded they were with concrete foundations of supporting details. It was utterly mesmerizing, finally reading a book that does not just answer my questions, but also forces me to generate some that I am to seek the answers for in the future.

This is an interest-piquing, curiosity-evoking work that I could not help but be mesmerized by. I dived into it without an idea of what to expect, and ended up being filled with realizations and enlightenment that never ceased to shock me as I got reeled in by the astounding writing and insightful contents of the book.
For years, I have always believed that there is so much more to the books in the Bible, and suffice to say, Genesis Understood apprised me of the book of Genesis. I couldn’t fathom how much research and pondering the author has done to finally finish this jam-packed book. It might have been exhilarating and really gratifying.
This is a book I wouldn’t just recommend to Christians. I recommend this to everyone. There is something in this book for everyone, and I believe they’ll come to love it just as much as I did.

Reading Genesis Understood felt like I was being told by the author himself everything that he has to say about the book of Genesis, explaining and deliberating them one by one in a completely organized, gratifying-to-listen manner. The transitions from one subject to another are really seamless and utterly remarkable. There was harmony in every bit of information, even despite the inclusion of scientific explanations that normally would have contravened with all the religious deliberations. The author’s sophisticated writing and creative mind just made two opposing subject matters support each other in this book, and that’s just a testament to the exquisiteness that this work has.
I have never admired a book as much as I admired this one. And I wouldn’t be surprised if you could say the same thing.

The entirety of this book is utterly astonishing. The scientific grounds that this Bible-delving book revolves around made the whole book an entrancing, bewitching read… something that I couldn’t put my mind off of. The way everything in this book is explained spellbinds the readers into seeing through the whole thing and eventually loving the whole concept that it has.

A must-read for all exegesis lovers! Lance Wynn takes exegesis to a whole new level with his commentary “Genesis Understood.” In it, he dissects every part of the book of Genesis, examining every nook and cranny so easily overlooked by casual bible readers. Personally, my favorite part was when he talked about locating the Garden of Eden and the four rivers. It felt like we were looking for a mystic treasure island and the treasure map we used was the Bible!
Even more interesting than this was his ability to support every one of his claims with duplicable research and accurate geographical explanations. Lance was able to use the best parts of both his logical intellect and spiritual maturity to create such a masterpiece.

Genesis Understood is an interesting book that delves deep into the things that the Bible divulged. It’s amazing how, at some point, one would think that this book is clearly from a seasoned writer who has really been educated of every nook about writing an interesting book, but at one point you’d think this is like a church homily since it really looks into the Bible verses and assesses them so well.
This thought-provoking book made me feel ecstatic as I devoured every word carved in it. It was an amazing experience.
Coming across this wonderful book might have been destiny because this book was inarguably outstanding and stands great on its own. This is a book that everybody has to read, so I highly recommend it.

There are a lot of revelations going deep into this book. The content of this one really justified the title of it – Genesis Understood. If not for this book, I wouldn’t have come to an understanding of a lot of things about Genesis, nor would I have been able to alleviate my doubts about the Bible and the events that transpired from back then.
Wynn has done an excellent job with this book. Suffice to say, this book surpassed my expectations and standards that are considerably high. It was an epic experience having to read and fully understand the whole book of Genesis. I loved this so much, and now that I know the depths the author could take the readers to, I think I’m up for Exodus as well. I’d gladly read it if it’s from Wynn.

Done in a sophisticatedly well-written manner, Genesis Understood is an outstanding book that offers a soothing depiction and understanding of the book of Genesis that, even if it’s been inscribed for millennia, is still shrouded with mysteries. The way the author unveiled each of his revelations is truly riveting that there were times that I’ve had chills after perusing them.
Wynn fully depicts and delineates a compact and gripping account with comprehensions that have evidently been wholly processed and made to give the readers a bunch of, “Oh!” and “So that’s how it is!” moments. There’s nothing like it on the shelf. This is obviously something not to be missed out on. A book that everybody, especially devout Christians, should read.

This edition follows the book of Genesis real closely. It gives light to the understanding of the primitive rawness that’s inscribed in the particular book in the Bible that most people often don’t get the gist of when reading it.
Genesis Understood is a mixture of scholarly and Godly work. Scholarly for the matter that the author clearly underwent in-depth analysis and consideration of the scriptural grounds that it has. I have read the book of Genesis a number of times, and I have rummaged around to try to understand the nooks of it, but there are just parts that I can hardly develop an understanding of. Hence, I looked for books that delve into a more in-depth understanding of the entirety of Genesis and stumbled across Genesis Understood. And God knows how this has become a life-changing experience for me. For someone who has long been quite doubtful of the logicality of the events that transpired in the Bible, especially in the book of Genesis, this sure was a huge slap for me. No other book has ever enthralled me in a way that Genesis Understood has. It was astounding how the author was able to digest and study the book of Genesis and was able to answer the questions that have long been dormant, unanswered for millennia. And the fact that Wynn was able to hit upon the way out of the seemingly endless pit of illogicality that the Bible, particularly the book of Genesis has, is utterly mind-blowing. I really commend him for giving that much effort and dedication just to muster this book that far surpasses any other Christian book that I have ever read.

There are a lot of books that have tried linking science with the occurrences that are carved in the Bible, but this has by far been the most commonsensible. It was amazing how the author was able to make a scientific explanation even behind the existence of God. There are a lot of lessons that one can take away upon reading this wondrous book of Lance Wynn. It’s like a combination of a scholarly and a religious book. The interweaving of both aspects was seamless, and it screamed nothing but sophistication.
Genesis Understood has got to be one of the best books out there talking about the sensibility of the entire content of the book. There’s obviously no way I am not recommending this book. This is a must-read!

One thing that I really loved about Genesis Understood is that there is a plethora of explanations that never ceases to amaze anyone who devours them. They are well-derived and really thought out well. Not to mention, the scriptural grounds of the book are so deep that one can hardly believe how an author is able to weave a book with the mixture of science and religion without the two’s interpretations clashing.
Lance truly has mastered his craft. From gathering information to dissecting them, he is just as impressive as any seasoned, renowned author out there. I have become a fan of his craft, and as a fan, I am obviously highly recommending this book of his. This is remarkable work from a brilliant author.

I thought that like any other Bible-delving book, this one would be plain, inept work that’s filled with nothing but speculations. To my surprise, it’s way more than just that. There is a concrete foundation for the views that the author revealed in it, and contained evidences that best supported his claims. There is something about the book that seems to make every point unveiled in it cross to the readers’ minds and hearts.
Genesis Understood offers more than what’s expected of it. It directs the readers to contemplate on whatever is engraved in the four corners of the book. Considering the great time I’ve had with this reading, this is surely not the last book that I will read from Lance Wynn.

If you are looking for a book that seamlessly explores the book of Genesis, and the scientific grounds behind it without any discord behind the two subject matter’s claims, Genesis Understood is your home run. I surmise this is the only book that has accurately explained the happenings in Genesis without the collision of the Bible’s and Science’s ideologies.
Wynn has bestowed upon us a book that details what has long been muted by the illogicality of what transpired in the book of Genesis. The language he used is simple, yet impressively eloquent.

I always thought that there’s not a resource that will delve deep into Genesis and logically explain what happened from ages ago, way before humanity even came into existence. And just when I was about to give up on finding a book that will give me a great experience with devouring what other authors have not given justice to, I came across Genesis Understood. With the thought of finally stumbling upon a book with a title that excites me, I dived into this book without any hesitation. And just as I expected, this was the book that I have been looking for. This book offers so much to the table that you’d feel really filled with new, mind-blowing knowledge about Genesis. Through this, I really had “Genesis Understood!”

This is a book that went beyond my expectations. I don’t think words are enough to justify the beauty and informativeness of this book. Genesis Understood is a praiseworthy book that is written by a masterful author who has really poured his heart out into the congregation of it. Lance Wynn is keen on details that any reader could really see through his pure intent to apprise the readers of what they needed to be apprised of through his writing. Everything about it is poignant and insightful.

Genesis Understood just set the bar high for any book with scriptural grounds. I loved how the author was able to implicate science with the happenings in the Bible, particularly from when God was still in the process of creating the Universe and everything that exists in it. Everything is well-explained and well-founded with believable claims.

What I really loved about Genesis Understood is that it is a book that clearly intends to give light to the sensibility of the enigmatic delineations that are secluded deep within the scriptures. Despite the fact that oftentimes the author’s views go against mine, I can’t deny that this read was really thought-provoking. This book prevails on giving the readers a full understanding of God’s plan, and eventually impels them to turn to God even more.
Suffice to say, this book was a provocative read that well-scrutinizes what other authors and books have not fully dissected. There’s nothing better than this book when it comes to unfolding the myriad mysteries in God’s plan and everything that’s carved in the Scriptures.

I have never felt blessed after stumbling upon a book until Genesis Understood. If this isn’t a catalyst that vividly projects the actuality of God’s plan, I seriously don’t know what other thing I could describe it that would suffice. There is something about this book that seems to uplift the soul and lighten the heart of whoever is reading it, and that is a testament to how fantastic it is.
I really ended up understanding Genesis and everything in between after reading this wonderful book. I surmise there’s nothing like this on any shelf, and that there is no one else who would have been able to give justice to this book, but Wynn. This is a heavenly work that I highly recommend to everybody.

Genesis Understood is one of those books that astound you with how soul-soothing its deliberations and explanations are. It is a cut above most books, talking about its ability to make the readers understand, reflect, and engage with whatever the book is disclosing. This is, without a doubt, an exquisitely written, well-thought-out book that has not made it to the limelight, but surely will.
This is a wonderful masterpiece that I caught sight of out of the blue, decided to read it, and had one of the best moments while perusing something. I loved the bits of information that were once unknown by most, but were easily unveiled by this book as if it was not something that could turn out to be controversial should they be proven wrong. One thing I loved about this book is that it is believable and sincerely written. It’s not like any book that’s pretentious and extremely cringe-worthy when it comes to revealing supposedly unheard-of things.
It enlightened me of the fact that we shall not succumb to the whispers of Satan. Whether we like it or not, he is a wise superior being who does things in a way that makes us, people, succumb to him, both consciously and unconsciously. Deception is one of his sharpest weapons. While most of us are easy to be deceived, we shall always bear in mind the actuality that God is far greater than anybody and anything, and that faith in Him shall set us apart from the possibility of yielding to evil doings.

Genesis Understood is not just an enlightening, reflection-stimulating read. It is a masterpiece that takes you on a fun ride towards the answers that you have long been in search of answers for. It is clear that the author really thought this book out and infused his brilliance with the overflowing faith that he has for God. It has a prose that explicitly implies that there is so much more to the book of Genesis that most of us claim to have known about, but in all actuality, have not. With the seemingly accurate scientific backings of his faith, this book is a definite keeper.
