Robert Mankoff is an American cartoonist, editor, and author. He was the cartoon editor for The New Yorker for nearly twenty years. Before he succeeded Lee Lorenz as cartoon editor at The New Yorker, Mankoff was a New Yorker cartoonist for twenty years.

This book seemed to include many of the same cartoon drawn differently. Many of them were by two or three artists, so it doesn't show a good range of the New Yorker's cartoonists. Skip this one in your reading.

Golf isn’t my thing, but New Yorker cartoons definitely are and this is a good collection. Mankoff served as the editor this time which usually guarantees some good laughs.
