The Bitch is back, and this time it’s personal.
More than a century has passed since Bethany Anne’s Armada left the Federation to tackle the Gödel and the Kurtherians head-on.

In her absence, have certain parties within the Federation grown too big for their boots?

The Federation Council has become engorged with corrupt representatives from the corporate families who believe their wealth entitles them to subvert the principles the Federation was founded upon.

When Lance Reynolds’ temper reaches boiling point, everyone should get the hell out of the way…or risk getting burned.

An overt attack on the Libraries brings the struggle to a head.

Bethany Anne returns to the Federation alone and in ass-kicking mode, determined to oust the families hellbent on taking over, but have the families become too powerful even for her?

Can the Queen Bitch catch a break?

Or will she break her enemies first?

Can only go on so long

Love BA and everyone but this book is just a bloodbath with no suspense and no real point. Yeah I like the bad guys getting comeuppance but where's the point killing flies with a shotgun. The good guys live forever and basically can't die. The hero can literally 'run' from one galaxy to another. They aren't human anymore - they are gods. This book should have ended the story. I thought it would when I hit the last chapter. Oh well. If the next WILL close the saga for me regardless of the ending. It's been a good run but you can't run forever. AD Aterninatum.

I had almost given up on these books several times, but after reading thirty of them I almost feel compelled to get to the end.
There isn’t a great deal of structure to this story, it’s really a collection of incidents thrown together almost at random. However some of these incidents are a great read, for example I really enjoyed the story involving the ‘Ardaki’. Unfortunately many are not so interesting.
One of the features of these books is the amusing banter, unfortunately the author can’t resist pushing this until it becomes so inane it is just annoying.
Towards the end of the book I thought we might actually be coming to a final conclusion, unfortunately this was not to be.

Outstanding!

BA is back with a vengeance! The gloves are off for the ass hats that think their family portions are more important than the well being of the Federation. This is an excellent story with great characters that grabs you by the throat and hauls you onto a wild ride, including an incredible cliff hanger! This series has been incredible with all kinds of twists and turns. Now the long wait for the release of the conclusion begins! Read this series!

The books in this series has gone down a lot in terms entertainment value for me. I really liked the first series, The Kurtherian Gambit, where the books got almost entirely 5 out of 5 star ratings. This series, The Kurtherian End Game, started out quite okay but lately it’s really gone down and the last two books is 2 out of 5 stars as far as I am concerned.

I really liked the urban fantasy / supernatural theme in the first series. Bethany Anne was much more at the center of the stage and she really was kick-ass. Her adversaries was either real criminals or dumbass government operatives and bureaucrats.

In the second series the science fiction theme took over more and more and Bettany Anne has been less and less in the center of things. Also, the books have been much more fragmented with a lot of them focusing on various side stories. This book for instance branches out on one of these annoying side stories for a good chunk of the book.

What is worse is that, in my opinion, the author is going more and more woke. It’s more and more about big bad corporations always screwing the “little guy”. In this, the latest, book he is continuing this trend. Before he kept a certain distance to real world politics but in this book he is directly mentioning terms like “left” and “right” and I’m sure you can guess which side is the “bad” one. I don’t need that Hollywood style crap in my books.

I was hoping for some good old fashioned ass-kicking, especially Kurtherian ass, to take place at the end of the book. There is indeed some of that but then it just fizzles out in a huge cliffhanger. What the f…?

I have to say that I was rather disappointed after having finished this book. I’m going to read the series to the end but, honestly, I really hope the next book is the last one.

Now THIS was more like the BA I've learned to love!

She is at her kickass best here, especially when she lays down all those many years of political machinations, to go after those families who thought they could do her job better than she can!

This book was amazing, and it was so hard for me to put it down, to have real life intruding - but I got there in the end, and what an ending this had!

I am so very glad that I started reading this series later than most - purely because I don't have to wait to read the last book of this whole series: Checkmate!

If it's half as good as Michael promised in his Author's Notes, then I'm in for another crazy ride, with all the ups and downs, and awesome battles, that I've grown to expect from him - especially where BA and Michael are concerned.

But, little though I want to, Checkmate is going to have to wait for later on today, as I've done my usual, and have read this book all through through the night - I'm ready to get a few hours shut-eye now!

It's no wonder I chose The Night Owl for my craft name!!! Lol

Absolutely amazing !

Michael I want more!!! Lol no but seriously I’m a huge fan I have read every book in this series and the one prior as well as a few of the off shoots. I love these books. Bethany Ann is an amazing character that I feel so relatable to. I look forward to any story you write with her in it. I do hope you keep going. After her fight with godel is fished that is. Maybe something with earth round two. Just a thought. Thank you again for creating this story I love it so. I hope maybe in the future to see it on screen. Though we all know nothing could compare to these books!

Please do not end The Kurtherian Endgame!

I have enjoyed over and over this series and even bought the books trying in my own way to show how much I am enjoying listening to the books. I just now completed listening to book 10, when it first came out I couldn't finish reading it, I so didn't want it to end. I understand that you are probably tired of the series, I have seen how many other books you have either written or participated with others in writing, you are Truly gifted! You are. My favorites though will always be the Kurtherian Adventures.

Thank you for those.
Wishing you and yours and all the gifted folk there, the very best.

Holy $#!T what a good read and Michael A your a rat rotted piece of bistok flank steak for that ending.

So many characters that were near and dear throughout various stories brought together for this climatic engagement of a$$ kickery and an extremely colorful use of metaphors that some would call cursing.. a fan of all the books Michael Anderle has either directly written or been involved in I thoroughly enjoyed this cannot wait for the next book to come out. And Michael if you read these at all I do read all the authors notes.

Gets better and better!

This series just keeps me excited to read the next page, and after this many books, that's saying a lot. Bethany Anne is everything you want in a leading lady. And Michael is the same as the leading man...as long as he can keep hair on his head! Okay, not nice, and there are many very attractive bald men. Great story, exciting action, a supporting staff that is the glue that holds them together, yeah, not a disappointment for me to find. Just read them!

BA is back, and she is pissed!

The Queen Bitch returns and the bad guys have nowhere to hide. This book was BA at her best. No political hesitation, just ass kicking with no names taken.
As BA handles problems closer to home (relatively) Godet comes out of hiding. Ends on a cliffhanger and the wait for the final, jumbo sized, story is going to be tough.
Buy it read it, feel it.

BA on the Loose!

What an emotional ending! And the twist...I did not see that coming! As usual Michael Anderele has written an attention grabbing, conflict-filled masterpiece for his main character Bethany Anne and all of the beloved characters who have been by her side from the beginning. We are coming to the end and I am depressed at the thought of no more BA and family. This universe grabbed me from book one and has not let me down a single book.

OMG. Fantastic Book

I love this series an all the spin-offs around it. As we get closer to the culmination of the series it still invokes strong emotions. As usual I had tears running down my face as the action reached a peak then breathed a sigh of relief. I know it’s cliche but, I can’t wait for the next and sadly final book. I cherish some of these characters and will be sad to see them go. Thank you for your wonderful imagination and writing Michael.

Adequate but disappointing

In general I’ve enjoyed the series. It’s fun to read. This book though is my last. I find the constant use of cliff hangers to be tiring and frustrating. While I enjoy interesting, strong & unapologetic characters, I simply can’t stand stories that never satisfy. Even several lifetimes aren’t adequate for this story to actually complete. Enough is enough.

Vintage BA

BA is back with a vengeance. Actually looking for vengeance against those who attack her family. Wealthy families in the Federation are trying to subvert it to their political and economic gain. Will Bethany Anne be able to stop them and hold off her enemy Godel the Kutherian leader? I like the action, humor, strong characters, and bit of romance. Love makes everything work. I look forward to the next book.

This roller coaster of fun is awesome!

For fans - imagine Bethany Anne less constrained by politics. For new readers - this has a kick-a** group of characters you'll want to learn more about. Especially BA, the Queen B. It's another great story in the Kurtherian universe.
It does have cursing, violence, and BAD bad guys, all balanced by family, love, and humor (from subtle to laugh-out-loud.) I keep reading and re-reading these books.

Bethany Ann Nacht

This KU library selection is a continuation of the Kutherian Endgame series, a follow-up to the Kutherian Gambit series, which are the parents of a slew of spinoffs from MA and friends. I've read Gambit and Endgame, but not all of their satellites, by far. My favorites are the books that feature BA and Michael , and this book more than met my hopefully high expectations. I'll be impatiently watching for the next release.

A little housecleaning

BA is pissed, battling the Kutherians wasn’t enough, the greedy Asshats within the Federation have decided to take it over as their personal toy. The General had enough of the endless bickering and scheming by the greedy families who think they were in charge of the Federation resources. Now is the time for retribution, and BA is coming to deliver the message. A great read.

Bethany Ann Rocks!

At this point you're not picking up this book if you haven't read the previous like 30 or 40 around the Kutherian Gambit universe. This one got us back to the kick a$$ BA that we have loved through so much. Yeah there's a few surprises in it too. I can't wait for the next one!! This series had brought us characters we love and are truly invested in. I'll take a Michael any day!!

When will it END ?!?

Another excellent entry in the Kurtherian Endgame series but (and for the love of God!) END it already !!! Or at the very least END Godel ! It's a BIG universe and the characters are all BIG enough for more books I believe that it's time for a new threat for BA'S family to maybe face an extra universal enemy! Having Godel escape the CME? Come on, this series IS called the Endgame so end it already and start another series...

Loved, loved, loved this series! The feeling of family, loyalty, and the type of leadership who deserves such loyalty. The whole premise of this series, both old and new, is something badly needed in our current real life situation. However something drastic will have to change for it to happen. Nough said on THAT subject. The book is a great one and well worth your time and effort to read! I highly recommend this book and the entire series.

You go Bethany Anne!

Just when we think Bethany Anne and Michael will have time to enjoy being grandparents…slap upside the head. They have a cabal to take out and millions of people to save ( again).
Then you know who just has to show up and to ruin everything. Yup, Gödel. Meaning to destroy the fleet and take the Gate to earth to utterly destroy the planet.
Bethany Anne must step up one more time to finally give Gödel the end she deserves.
The ending awaits us all.

Cliffhangers ahead

The QB has been unleashed and a welcome return from politics and small battles as all hell breaks loose across the federation giving all action like the good old days.
Can't wait to see the mega finish of this series arc and a respite from eternal war even if it means an end to more KGU for a while.

I LOVE BA

I can't get enough Kurtherian Universe. BA has only one rival for my favorite character, and that snarky Wizard, well, he's her equal.
I highly recommend this story, the original people show why we all came to love them. The bad guys are deviously bad, and seeing red eyes and fangs with lots of blood gives me the usual thrill. Grab and read this quickly.

I enjoy the hell out of this series and can't wait for the next book. I am hoping that the last book might be written with C M Simpson to combine with the Magic Below Paris series. The insectoids in the book kept referencing the fact that Death (a lady) was going to return one day and I could only think that was talking about BA.

Waiting patiently

Love my BA books. Thank you for letting her get back to her a$& kicking roots. I enjoyed the story lines all converging.
Michael Anderle please write more BA books even if she does not become the main focus.
I would love to see her family as they grow. I don’t really care where you take her 😊

Awesome!

Read in one sitting! This is the Bethany Ann we all became addicted to back when we first read Death Becomes Her. Loud of kick ass action, enhanced by Bethany Ann's colorful vocabulary. Many years have passed since the sending of the last book. But Ann attempted threat to the Federation had brought her back to her of stomping grounds. Hope I don't have to wait long for the final book of the Endgame series is available! I'm sure I not alone in the hope it will not be the end of Bethany Ann's adventures! Can't imagine going cold turkey with no Bethany Ann to look forward to.

A great read

I cant wait til the next books come out. I’ve only been reading Michael’s books for a few months now and I can’t put them down. I have read some of the other books from the Kurtherian universe so far they all have been good books.
Thanks again for your imagination

Great series of books.

I have enjoyed all of the Kurtherian books in every series. I'm about to start the last book, Checkmate. I'm delighted that I'll have access to every book in Kindle Unlimited for a long time to come. I own many of the books that I bought at fan pricing. I enjoy the writing of Michael Anderle and his many co-authors.
