Wonderful

I have read many of Aaron's books, but the Buryoku series is by far my favorite. Book 5 is another wonderful addition to the series. The interactions, intrigue, and trials of the important characters are well thought out and executed. I eagerly await book 6

Nothing new really could been better could been worse anyway without giving too much away will say was ok read and decent carry on to series.

Still his idel is really annoying me its unachievable unless he himself becomes what he wants to stop by forcing his ideas and ways on everyone else, as he did wish Shah clan. (So hypocritical aggravating.)

Was happy see ferry not so ignored by mc as was last book what can say I like ferry she's a sweaty going through confusing and difficult time.

Could of happily done without touchy feely love romance things going on thoe sigh.

Although good 40-50% had no improvement in mc skills or levels and bit confusing about corrupt qi mean was geon destroying it so not problem or what anyway.

ITS OVER 9000!

To start off, I will say that I love this series as a whole but I’m not afraid to point out that the last two instalments have soared to greater heights than the first three.

Not to say the first three weren’t amazing, because they were but the events in this book have transitioned the tone of the story into all out ‘serious mode’, meaning that the heat is officially on.

As always, the action, romance and progression are spot on, not to mention the reveals!
All in all, this series not only lives up to its reputation as a great cultivation story but to it’s newest title, it truly is fire!

Wow! These books are drawing me right into their stories and world!

This story has so much depth, frustration vs discovery, growth with the humility to know you are still too weak to affect change on the world. However the truth about Roy is finally shared with the other sovereigns and clan leaders but not Roy. Roy and Aika are sent to a dungeon with Ferry who has been struggling with emotional growth as she hits puberty and her desires for Roy change until she is in conflict with Aika.

As Roy learns a little more about himself and his past, Hermit and Roy’s father Duncan are trying to get the other Sovereigns to join together to fight an ancient cave beast that has awakened, Furia plans to conquer the world until only his fires and his “people” remain.
The only question is how will they fight something so far beyond even a Scions power?
If they don’t win, this continent will be the first to fall as fuel for Furia’s minions and summoned legions of fire constructs.

I loved this story, but.

I can't wait for the next book, so please release it soon. There was a few typos and things of that sort. But all in all great story. I found it very frustrating that I didn't get to see Roy use his full power yet. You have something really good here so don't stop. I hope there's many more books to come for this series.

So many answers, so many more questions

The struggles, the increases in power, the blooming of relationships, the mysteries solved for only more mysteries to show their heads just above the water. I am super excited to read the next book.

The writing is stronger than ever. And even with a few grammatical errors, it does not take away from my enjoyment of this book.
