“If we’re doing this, we’re doing it right. You are mine. My partner. My toy. Nothing comes between us.” Griffin Potter knew his best friend’s sister, Claire Volkov, was off limits. No matter how much he enjoyed their one amazing night together, she was the forbidden fruit he could never have. But, as soon as she walked into his office asking for a favor, he realized the connection they shared was still there, strong as ever. But, he would ignore the internal voice screaming for him to claim her. Between his friendship with Connor and his known BDSM proclivities, there would be no way Connor would ever be okay with him and Claire being together. Claire thought about her night with Griff more than she wanted to admit; the sexy, dominant man was the one she couldn’t have, but she had bigger things to worry about at the moment. She was facing her own an illness that could cut her life short and was currently cutting short the dancing career that she had worked so hard to build. That’s why she came to Griff, to ask for his help in allowing her career to continue as long as possible. As they face Claire’s illness and enemies together, the pull between them becomes undeniable and into temptation they fall. They fall easily into each other’s lives and find what they have both been looking for. Will they be able to make it past each of their own hang ups to be together? Or will they each be left to suffer in heartbreak alone?

Let me start my review by saying that I haven't read the previous books in the series, but the fact that there was some mafia mentioned makes me want to go back to the start. But let's focus on this one now.

This is a best friend's sister romance and I'm a sucker for this trope! Since the guys had made a pact to leave their sisters, this turns out to be a forbidden love story, but it's also so much more, because there are some secrets included. Griff is a billionaire and involved in sexual activities that his best friend knows and wouldn't like them on his younger sister. At the same time, Claire deals with some personal problems that she's not ready to share with anyone other than Griff.

I really loved their personalities both together and apart from each other. Griff was caring, protective, smart, loving, I swooned over that perfect date, because it focused on making her happy and giving her a perfect day according to her likes. And let's not talk how hot their scenes were, because I'm sweating just thinking about them. He's a dominant and yet I loved seeing a dominant who wasn't an asshole.

As for Claire, I loved how feisty and determined she was. Tsarina and ice princess were definitely nicknames that suited her personality. She didn't want to accept anyone's help and wanted to do things her way and I respect that for her. I felt so much for her and her struggles. I'm happy to see flawed and relatable characters in books, especially when they give me a motivation to make research on certain topics in order to be more educated, something I did because of this book.

Overall, this book will make you swoon, laugh, cry, get hot and bothered and it will just make you feel. I'll definitely read more by this author! I'm already intrigued about the twins and their stories, not gonna lie, but Elle seems hella intriguing!

Ummmm can I get a yes please to Griff?! Holy hell he is yummy! I have loved this series so far and I knew Griff and Claire’s book would not disappoint.

Claire is headstrong, stubborn as hell, and so damn caring even when she doesn’t realize it. She has been a part of this series from the very beginning so I knew she was going to really blossom into an amazing character in this book. My heart hurts for her throughout the book even though I know she would hate me for it lol. She has always come off cold but deep down inside of her she just wants to protect those that she loves until she can’t take it anymore!

Griff is the quiet, always observant, intelligent guy of the group. He shows is compassion through actions and words, but getting to see him in a whole new light in this book has me sweatingggg. 🥵 Diving into the mind of Griff was incredible! Feeling his pain, his love, and his empathy towards others really sold it for me! He’s got so much love to offer but sometimes he hides it behind his mysterious shell.

These two together was explosive! This forbidden romance grabbed onto my heart and squeezed so hard! Their relationship has many ups, downs, outside factors trying to pull them apart, and so much more, but when they are together on those pages you can’t help but be captivated by their dynamic! Seeing exactly how Griff is inside the bedroom and seeing how Claire handles it was so much fun to read!

Overall I loved, loved, loved (is that too much love? Lol) this book! I enjoyed the entire series and I can’t wait to read what Nichole Greene writes next!

A bittersweet goodbye

I fell in love with this series and characters a couple months back. Thank you TikTok for growing my TBR list and having found a new to me author of this series.

The spice level on this y’all. It exceeds a lot of books I’ve read recently. It’s tasteful, steamy and passionate which I extremely enjoy in my romance books. Even with the slight BDSM thrown in, it never took away from the chemistry and intimacy these two characters shared.

Emotionally wise? The angst is there too. We see a young heroine struggle with what life throws your way, not being able to control that. But even through that, there’s a glimmer of hope and love.

Griff, was an amazing book boyfriend. He really crossed off all the t’s and dotted all the i’s. His quiet demeanor in previous books was seen here too but we got to see the real him. His silent power. It was easy to connect with him.

Together, they were pure magic and passionate love.

I loved seeing the previous couples also grow and live. That extended epilogue was bittersweet. I’m sad to let these characters go and also apprehensive about Claire and Griff’s future. But for now their HEA is there.

Nichole Greene has done it again 🔥 I don’t even know where to start on Griff and Claire. They are both sweet and explosive 🧨

Oh Griff. I love him so much. Now I’m in a position where I don’t know which is my favorite. I’ve loved Connor since the beginning, but Griff, he may take the top spot. Griff's kinkiness may over take Connor's broodiness. (I think we should make this RH so I don’t have to choose between them all 😂)

Not only can I not choose between Connor and Griff, I also can’t choose between the Lilith and Claire. They are both strong, badass women, but in different ways.

I love this book! I love this series! I will never not recommend this series! ♥️♥️

Well well well we have a winner!!! Griff and Claire. I have LOVED every book in this series and I honestly didn’t think I would play favourites but my oh my this is it! I couldn’t stop reading. This book has all the previous characters highly featured but this one had me sobbing, it had me cheering and my heart bursting, I haven’t wanted to finish a book so quickly and not have it end at the same time. I ADORED the epilogue I will be purchasing the whole series in physical copy and rereading. So steamy spicy and perfect!!!!

P.s can’t wait for the daughters of Titans series, those girls are going to give our men some heart failure

I would first like to start off this review by saying that while yes, you can read the Titans of Founder's Ridge series out of order as stand-alones, but to truly absorb the series as a whole, it works best if you read them in order as the tight knit found family aspect of this series really shows throughout the books! This was the first book I picked up in this series and now I want to kick myself for not starting from the very beginning!
.
I really came to adore Claire! As she struggles with recently being diagnosed with MS and not wanting to worry her family, she takes on the burden of that knowledge to herself! The only person she trusts to know is Griff though she makes him promise not to mention anything! Her determination and strength definitely shines throughout this story and I appreciated that!
.
Also can I just say I desperately need a Griff in my life. He was fiercely loyal and overly protective (sometimes in a sexy stalker way lol)! He wasn't afraid to lay claim to what was his, i.e. Claire and don't we all love that in a MMC!
.
The slight bdsm vibes definitely gave the story a nice, spicy touch! If you have yet to pick up this series, I'd definitely recommend it!

I come for the spice and I stay for the spice. Well, I just love forbidden romance, don't we all? Especially when it comes to older brother's best friend x little sister is off-limit kinda trope.

At first, I'm not sure if I'll like it since Griff has a thing that Christian Gray likes, which is not my liking. Oh, you know what I mean. But nothing extremely off-charts happen in this book, no worries. The amount of steam is just perfect ehe 😏👍

Claire has MS (multiple sclerosis) and feels like she'd be a burden to Griff, but man knows what he wants. And what he wants he gets. He's a total sweet, well kinda stalkerish a little bit, but I don't mind and since Claire doesn't mind it either and she knows about it so again 😏👍

A good romance book that helps me get out of my reading slump. This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone.

❗Thank you to the author for giving me a copy in exchange for a review❗

One unexpected kiss.
One passionate night.
One favor.

Griff
I might lose my closest friends for a salacious love, the ultimate forbidden fruit. I push her away, she pulls me back. She pushes me away, I pull her back. Claire Volkov, my best friend's little sister is so off limits. She doesn't particularly care about rules though, and now I'm not sure I do either.

Claire
I came to Griffin Potter with a secret. Deadly smart and incredibly ruthless, I knew he was the only person I could trust. Now we're both fighting the connection between us, afraid of casualties that could be left in our wake. The truth of the matter is that there's no future for us and it's up to me to remember that.

Heck, if that blurb doesn’t catch your attention, i don’t know what will!!! 🔥🔥🔥 there are only slight spoilers below if you haven’t read the previous books in the series!

Be ready to feel every single emotion possible! If you haven’t read the previous Titans of Founders Ridge books, STOP NOW and go read them!! This is the last book and you don’t want to miss the storyline from the previous books! Nichole Greene has blown me away with this book and has made me reorganize my list of favorite couples.

Lilith and Connor were always my favorite, but after reading this glorious masterpiece, Griff and Claire have become number one!! You have two very powerful, ruthless and by far the most caring main characters ever, who just happen to be each other’s weakness despite their many attempts to deny it.

First you have Griffin Potter who seems the least threatening out of the three titans but then you get glimpses of him throughout the other books and realize he is probably the most terrifying. Which should probably make you scared but instead it draws you in and makes you fall in love even more! In this book you see Griff’s fierce loyalty, his psychopath ways, and then his oh very sexy dominant side! But the best part of it all is his dedication and love towards Claire despite all the obstacles that are in their way. For Griff to put everything on the line and to fight for Claire when at times she seems to push him away, just makes you swoon even more!
Then you have Baby V! Who is literally the female version of Connor in almost every way, maybe even scarier! Claire is absolutely stunning and is definitely an Ice princess but when her path intersects with Griff even more, you finally start to see her vulnerable side that only Griff seems to bring out despite her many attempts to keep him at a distance. Even an Ice princess such as Claire has flaws but She is the epitome of a strong, graceful, stubborn, takes no shit kind of woman (pretty similar to Lilith and Ivy 😉) Despite the curveballs that keep coming her way. Claire still does her best to focus on her loved ones and be there for them and put them ahead of herself.

Griff and Claire have a story that breaks your heart and puts its back together all at the same time. You crave Griff’s dominate side, and relish in Claire’s defiant side towards Griff but secretly love the submissiveness that he brings out. I am not lying when i say your heart will break for these characters, but they will also mend it back and flip the switch and have you laughing with them again.

This is the last book and I’m so sad that it’s the ending of my favorite people but it’s bittersweet because i know I’ll be seeing them again 🥰 Nichole Greene you are outstanding! And have completely captured my heart and i can’t wait to see what you have coming up!!!

My obsession with this series just grows and grows! I love each one of these guys and their stories!
Surrender gives us Griff and Claire's story. After one kiss way back when Lilith and Connor got engaged, and then one night together at their wedding, both Griff and Claire think they've gotten their attraction out of their systems. But when Claire comes to Griffin needing a favor, and a secret kept, the tension and pull between them is just as strong. They know this isn't a good idea- Claire is Connor's sister, and therefore off-limits. But they just can't stop the growing feelings between them. Is their potential relationship worth all of the risks, or will it just go down in flames?

Ohhhh Griff. I think he's officially taken Levi's spot as my favorite Titan! I love his scheming and genius. And hello bi male MC rep! His BDSM stuff is a very fun addition as well. I love how he's just so comfortable being himself. And that the rest of the crew just rolls with it. And Claire! She's so fierce and headstrong, and definitely the female version of Connor.
The heat in this one is possibly better than any of the others. I loved Claire and Griff's scenes. I just love how Griff will do anything for her. And how protective he is. I like that we also get to keep up with the rest of the gang throughout the story too. And all the epilogues are definitely setting us up for the next generation of Titans! I'm super excited to continue reading whatever Nichole Greene writes!

Overall, this was a great story. Full of secrets and action, and lots of heat. The characters are excellent and the story will keep you hooked in and unable to put it down! If you haven't met the Titans of Founder's Ridge yet, you absolutely need to!

ENG ::

This series has been amazing from the start. Each character has a special place and Claire and Griff created an espectacular love story, with brother’s best friend and dark romance elements which made it interesting and different.

🔅Griff and Claire share off the charts chemistry and and incredible connection.
🔅They love and respect each other as they are. There’s no pretending. That’s amazing.
🔅Their dialogues. I really love how they talk with one another, about each other... I really really loved their love story.

The was one “but” for me and that’s that I wished this couple’s story was longer! Con and Lily were my top couple until Griff and Claire. Now both of them are first place.

The epilogue is EPIC and the amazing news Of the Titans’ Daughters books made me happy! 👏🏼👌🏼

ESP ::

Temporary review: each book in this series gets better. I cried so much over Claire and Griff, as well as the resolution we get for this family. Gonna go cry now.

Full ARC Review:

As his best friend’s younger sister, Griff promised he’d never go after Claire. Life had other plans, and there’s no walking away from chemistry like this.

It seems like the Titans are settling down - marriages and babies, homes and futures - Griff is leading at NNC and Claire is up for a principal role in a ballet. When Claire needs a favor from Griff, he asks for a favor of his own, and their forbidden romance blooms into something amazing.

Griff and Claire are both solid leads, and you like them. No matter their choices, they are both very analytical, thinking ahead, and protective of themselves. Claire has constantly been over-protected and fights for privacy and the ability to be in control of her own life - yet she bends for dominant Griff. Griff has always been emotionally restless, never finding anyone who drew strong enough feelings for him to commit - until Claire. There are so many things that yell for these two to be together and of course they resist. It’s makes their fall so satisfying.

This is very different than the other Titan’s books - while those had big scary external dangers - the conflict here is much more internal and it hits you hard. This time money and power aren’t enough. Be ready for some heart squeezes and tears.

As the last book in this series it also provides a lot of wrap up for characters we’ve come to love. It is full circle and a family that loves each other no matter what. It’s so sappy happy to see them in love and thriving even years down the road. I like knowing I’m walking away from this world with everyone safe and happy. I love my Titans and loved this series!

This book is best friend's sister trope! Like, falling in love with the sibling of your bestfriend and what I hear from others is that kind of connection is forbidden so yes! Forbidden love! But.. there's a twist with this book.

Mafia, Ballet, Life-long friendships: I found all of these in this book. It's just so cool to think of a slow burn romance with a mixture of being forbidden. The characters on this series are superb. They all are different in their own way and they were funny too! I couldn't count how many times Levi made me laugh😂 and their love stories? Ugh, love 'em so much.

Griff has this kind of personality that makes him an amazing character. He was always there to offer help even when Claire didn't ask him to. Claire, I admire this woman! She's so strong and I love her personality of being independent and taking things on her own pace.

This book taught me to treasure any moments in life whether its good or bad. C'mon, we learn a lot of things everytime we make a mistake resulting to treasuring that memory because its the memory that made us who we are today. The ending made me tear up a bit. I am just so happy for them. Overall, this book is superb! I cried, laughed, and even swooned😂

I totally recommend this book especially if you want a romance book that makes you feel something more than just a love story🖤

Griff totally stole my heart in this book! That guy was the best, how he supported, protected, and cared for Claire, my heart was fluttering! One of the best things I’ve enjoyed about this series is that no matter what couple the book is about, everyone in their group is very active in the story. I also love the humor these guys have. I was laughing a lot throughout this book, like when Con was reading parenting books and having a daughter! Or how much Elle is like Con, and how feisty that little girl is!
But there were also some emotional moments too. My heart broke for Claire. But I loved how she leaned on Griff for support. I couldn’t have been more excited for them when she got the news she was pregnant.
I almost had tears when Griff proposed, his words were incredibly sweet, and I did get tears at the end when Lilith was talking to her dad.
I loved getting all the updates on everyone in the epilogue and how it spanned several years. But I wished we got more of Griff and Claire in it. I was left really wondering how her condition was and what was going on with them.
This series was absolutely phenomenal, I finished all the books in 2 days and can’t wait to start the next generation!

I can’t believe the series is over. I fell in love with these characters and I am so sad to say goodbye to them!

Griff was always the one out of the group that always seem so reserved and controlled. But his story you finally see inside the real Griff and I loved every minute of it! Claire is a twin version of her brother so she was stubborn to a fault. You watch them both fight the love that’s growing between them. I love how Claire brought out his romantic side and his vulnerable side. He seemed to always let his walls down when it came to her. You also find out that Claire was diagnosed with MS and I think that slowly crushed me because you knew there wasn’t a cure.

But the vows that Griff spoke to Claire about being her legs made me misty eyed lol. They were meant to be and I love how she finally lets him in and doesn’t let go. The ending was everything, I love how Nichole lets you see into their lives after 20 years later! I wished Claire was able to have another child but I know they were thankful for the one.

If you love a little angst with your romance then this series is for you!
HEA and it does have some great steamy scenes!

Well it seems we come to a close on the Titans of Founder's Ridge. Let me say that this book is NSFW or anywhere in public. You will need freaking tissues for this book. Dang it Nichole Greene!! Anyways we get Griff's and Claire's story and what a story. We knew it was coming but we had no idea where it would go. So first off we get some flashbacks of them and now they are trying to move on. However, Claire needs a favor and she goes to Griff. Only he is not going to do it unless he gets more information. Let me say I was floored. Like seriously, why!! Then it gets crazier. I was heartbroken and had to take a break to clear my head before I could read continue reading. I can say that this one did not have any of the action like the previous books. This was more on a personal level. Can both Griff and Claire get past this and make a go of their relationship. I can say I was on edge towards the end because I had no idea where it was going to go. I can say that we ended on a happy note. What a great series to read.

This is book three in this series, billed as a standalone. However it refers to the first two books often it felt like part of the story was missing. So, i didn't feel like I really knew the MCs as well as I would like. I think a prologue might have helped.

This a BDSM-lite story about a billionaire and his best friend's sister who get together when she needs a favor. Overall this was a quick read.

One major downfall for me was the misinformation about MS, the h is diagnosed with. A major plot point is that MS impacts fertility, which is a major myth about MS. In fact pregnancy suppresses MS symptoms. I realize it sets up a surprise baby but let's not perpetuate bad info. I realize this is a book not a source of medical information but it was a missed opportunity.

As this is the last book in the series there was a wrap up with extended and indepth epilogue for everyone but the characters of this story. Not cool.

I doubt I'm going to read the first two as I'm not into YA, bullying, mafia or kidnapping.

Griffin and Claire will melt your heart! Their tale is one of a forbidden romance, Griff has always know his best friend's little sister was off limits and held true to that as long as he could. He's a dominating hero with an intense love for Claire while Claire wants to advocate for herself yet submits more to Griff. She tries to push him away but Griff fights his way through her walls making me love him all the more. I found both characters to be likeable and didn't veer in the "too much" category. Their chemistry is on fire and I'm always a huge sucker sucker for a forbidden romance. I'm so sad this is the end of the Titans series, because it's been a fantastic one. This book helps bring closure with many of the characters and is an incredible ending to these memorable characters.

Finally we got to know of the Griff’s life and their was so much emotion behind his serious face. Love it Nichole Greene, you nailed the ending of ‘The Titans of Founder’s Ridge’ series.
If you are looking for a fast paced sexy read, this is the one for you. I adore all the books in the series and every story of the main leads is kind of different and passionate in their own sense.
This story is about the ultimate bro code. Its about a romance forbidden by the bro code. Claire Volkov is the little sister of Griffin Potter's best friend but how does this matter to cupid. You'll find them fighting their connection but failing miserably all while just trying to live their lives.
How friends are turned in family members is adorable, with every obstacle and problems, they come up even more stronger together. They all are fierce, unbeatable and now I’m waiting to read more of their daughters in coming new series by the author.

I finally have time to post my review from my tour last week!!! Surrender is part of The Titans of Founder's Ridge series but I was able to read it just fine as a standalone. Steamy and juicy, I loved the forbidden lovers trope of sister and best friend of brother fall in love. There was undoubtedly drama, and love, but also light comedy to loosen up some of the more serious and tense tones throughout. 50 Shades of Grey-esque with the rich man with some kinky tendencies seduces the younger, more innocent yet headstrong girl. Read it in just a few hours once I had my hands on it and enjoyed every second of it! I'll be keeping my eye on the rest of the series and most likely buying them for some beach reads this summer!

So let me preface this by saying that I haven't read the other two books in the series. Now that I've read this glorious masterpiece, they're next to be read on my TBR. Griff and Claire's story was one of the hottest things that I've read. It was perfect, and everything that that I've ever wanted. She is fierce, determined, and doesn't take crap from anyone, while Griff is much of the same. He exerts control in everything, but she gets to see the man that he really is. I can't wait to read the rest of Nichole's books!!

Sexy, sweet, and dramatic.

I did not want to put this book down! It was so enticing with Claire's personal drama, the struggle of love and forbidden relationships, and the kinky nature of the characters.
There are plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing as you read, as well lots of steamy scenes to keep you sweating!
I highly recommend this book! I also recommend reading the first two first, there are some references to past events that did not make sense to me since I had no context, but it doesn't take away from how wonderful this story is!

2.5 stars. I was entertained but overall it fell flat for me.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the writing style. The author prefers to tell rather than show how characters are feeling. There’s so many spelling errors, and usually I can read through them but these forced me to stop each time.

I enjoyed the premise but I feel like it was poorly executed. And I HATED the fact that there was a baby plot when it had been so emphatically stated that people with MS are more often or not infertile. It felt like a gimmick and I wish the characters were fleshed out.

I was so beyond excited to get to read Surrender and let me tell you, Nichole did not disappoint with the conclusion of my Titans. Daddy Griff is by far my favorite Titan and I love his interactions with Claire. I never thought I'd love the "I'm in love with my best friend's little sister" trope, but Nichole proved me WRONG. Lots of spice and the right hints of cuddly romance, I definitely think this book/series is the perfect place to start if you're interested in reading dark romance. Solid 5 stars from me!!!

Okay so before the last 10% of the book, I was thinking maybe a 4⭐ rating for this book because I simply loved the other 2 couples more (not that I didn't like this couple). BUT, the epilogue chapters for each couple were life 😍. I loved each step of the epilogue and omg I can't wait to read the spin off series about the daughters. I feel like Elle's book has serious potential. 🙏 Please don't flop in comparison to the parent story 🙏🙏🙏. I can't wait to see the original characters in the spin off! Can't wait for next week when the first of the spin off releases!

My favorite of the series 💙

Finally no weird shit amongst characters that I don't like.
I love Clair and Griff. Seriously favorite characters in this series. I cried, I cheered, and I loved with them. I liked the submissive and the approach / explanations of the BDSM part of Griff.
I also really, really loved the epilouge. I liked the time jumps and insights to life changes for all the characters. Only bummed that the 7 years later didn't include anything about Clair and Griff.

This might be my new favourite of the Titans of Founder's Ridge series... Beautifully paced and hot as hell, this book had all the emotion I didn't know I needed. It was heart breaking and beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Griff has been my #1 since the beginning and I'm so thrilled that he now has his own book to shine in — and he really does.
If you haven't got on the Founder's Ridge train yet, you need to get on board!

Awesome!

Loved this book! Claire and Griff have super hot chemistry that has you turning page after page. The storytelling has top of the charts potential! Greene takes you through every emotion in this deeply moving storyline. Claire Volkov becomes a major player on the scene. Who says two damaged souls can't save each other? I can't wait to see what's next from this up and coming author because these books are really fantastic.

This book broke me in the best way! I was heartbroken for some characters but also this book made me so happy! Like I just loved it. I loved getting back into this family and their lives, seeing how they are all progressing and growing. It was just wonderful. I love all the boys equally and I cannot pick a favorite guy which is rare for me I always have a favorite but I honestly love them all soo much! Such a great series and can’t wait for the spin-off!

The forbidden fruit is always the sweetest- I forget who says that but it's true. I always appreciate a well-written taboo story. However, this was much better than my expectations. I felt immersed in this little world. It was a great escape. If you want an emotional read with all the feels then this is for you. If you want a spicy read then this is for you.
