♥ Wheel Power ♥ Little Wheely rolled round and round, all on his own he spun on the ground. Wheels had a purpose, except for him, which is why he felt sad and so grim. ◆ All his friends were wheels too, yet they all had something to do. He watched them roll all night and day, all very busy – rushing on their way.
Little Wheeley liked to go round and round. This made him sad not like other wheels. He looked for a job, but no one would hire him. A baby buggy, an airplane, a skateboard, a motorbike, and a ship, his wheel wouldn’t fit any of them. Little Wheeley met Joe farmer.

An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) rhyming storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational presentation (self-esteem), movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars.

My (almost) 4 year old son saw this while we were searching for a book to read. He's obsessed with cars & automobiles (his dad is a mechanic & race car driver) so I wanted something that incorporated a "life lesson". THIS BOOK DELIVERED FOR BOTH OF US! He absolutely loved the images as well as the story line. You could see in his facial expressions that he was starting to feel sad for "Wheely" but as soon as he heard/saw the conclusion he had a HUGE smile. I liked how it was not your typical "no, no, yes " type of pattern you normally see with these type of stories/life lessons. It helps teach the kids things some times take LONGER than 3 attempts to get something.
We will definitely be looking for more books by this author!
I love Signal Adler Books they all have an exciting moral told in an easy to follow way. The character, Wheel, is identifiable to the young one and someone the child will root for. The illustrations are vivid and the facial expressions on Wheels are perfect to the storyline of the page. I highly recommend this book. Wheel felt all sad and grim. Other Wheels had a purpose and traveled in pairs. Wheel is all alone. Will he ever find a job for one wheel? You get to read or listen and find out.
This is a cute book with a lovely message for kids. The rhyming was fun and added to the story, but the illustrations really brought it to life. They were beautiful.
I enjoyed the small lessons taught in the various things Wheel tried to do along the way. You could feel his struggle as he tried to learn where he fit in. The peace he gained when he found his place was joyful.
This has a good lesson for kids not to give up, but to keep trying. It is an entertaining way to teach a hard lesson. I think a lot of elementary school children will enjoy it.
What a truly cute book that sends a message to children. There is a purpose and place foe everyone. You just have to look for it. This is a wonderful book for children. Lots of room for discussions and contemplation. Great work!
