Throughout history, a certain few people have made risky decisions in an attempt to solve a problem that many people were experiencing, hoping that their new innovation or invention would be able to serve these people and that they - the entrepreneurs, as we call them - would be able to profit in return. These risk-takers are the key drivers of the economy who create jobs and new products and services that make our lives more comfortable and convenient. The world becomes a better place through their efforts. But entrepreneurs don’t always succeed. Indeed, their failures teach them powerful (and sometimes hard) lessons that they can learn from. They gain knowledge with each new attempt that makes their future efforts even more fruitful. Their stories can serve as inspiration as you begin to determine your own path in life and whether being an entrepreneur is part of your journey.

Great and easy read about many entrepreneurs. Each person has a few pages describing their background, their entrepreneurships, and the obstacles they faced. Many great stories of all kinds of skill sets and backgrounds. The author is Libertarian so he is sure to point out when the obstacles caused by government policies and things like that.
This book has a star rating of 4.3 stars, and I think it should be 3.5 - 4.0 because you have to be really passionate about entrepreneurship to really like this book, something that I personally don't have, so I didn't really enjoy the book, so that is why I would give it 3.5 stars. This book is made up of 16 different tiny biographies, and all of the entrepreneurs they talk about have the following quotes: Adi Dassler ``A bad idea is always better than none at all. "Only by trying can the wrong become right." Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia (those two were together) "We've invented a new marketplace. There was no easy way to rent a person's bedroom over the Internet or book a vacation rental over the Internet. ""There was no guidebook for us to return to as we defined this new marketplace." Andrew Mellon "If the spirit of business adventure is killed, this country will cease to hold the foremost position in the world." Eliah McCoy He doesn't have a quote, so this is a tiny paragraph about him "Born of fugitive slaves and oppressed at every turn because of the color of his skin, a young boy with a natural curiosity for tinkering overcomes all obstacles to become one of the most important inventors of the industrial age. Elon Musk "I try to do useful things... That's a nice aspiration. And useful means it is of value to rest of society. Are they useful means it is value to the rest of society. Are they useful things that work and make people's lives better too? I think we should try to make the future better." George Eastman "What we do during our working hours determines what we have; what we do during our leisure hours determines what we are." Hetty Green: "In this way, I came to know what stocks and bonds were, how the markets fluctuated, and the meaning of bulls and bears." Howard Schultz "Don't let anyone, even your mom and dad, tell you your dreams cannot come true... They can, but success is not an entitlement. It has to be earned every day." John Rockerfeller "The man who starts out simply with the idea of getting rich will not succeed; you must have a larger ambition." Madam Walker "I am in the business world, not for myself alone... but to do all the good I can for the uplifting of my race." Magatte Wade "It takes next to nothing to start." Powel Crosley "I decided it was about time for me to take a swing at the world." Steve Jobs "Most people never pick up the phone and call. Most people never ask. And that's what separates, sometimes, the people that do things from the people that just dream about them. You gotta be willing to fail." Wally Amos "Being famous is highly overrated." Walt Disney: "I think it's important to have a good hard failure when you're young." and Yvon Chouinard: "Most people hate change. it's threatening. I thrive on it." I think all quotes are amazing, but my favorite is the same as the 75% from John Rockefeller because I believe that many people place more value on money than it deserves because they may want to be wealthy but do nothing. This book helped me in my hero's journey because it showed me that I could succeed if I followed my dreams and worked hard for what I wanted. This book, sadly, did not change me as a reader because I didn't really enjoy reading it, even though it gave me good messages. I will recommend it to someone whose dream is to be an entrepreneur because this book can teach them valuable lessons.

I woud rate this book, and I would give it 5 stars because I feel like you can really learn a lot of things from this book and the major thing you can learn from this is how to be an entrepenuers, the entrepebuers that appear in this book are Adi dassler, Brian Chesky & Joe Gebbia, Andrew Mellon, Elijah McCoy, Elon Musk, George Eastman, Hetty Green, Howard Schultz, John Rockefeller, Madam Walker, Magatte Wate, Powel Crosley, Steve Jobs, Wally Amos, Walt Disney, and Yvon Chouinard, and I believe that each person that I just menshioned can teach me something different of how to be a better entrepreneur, I also believe that people actually learned important things out of this this book and this people where able to be inspired and maybe they where even succesful, this book also teaches not ony about how to be a good entrepenuer but also how to succed in life and I think that, that is very important for our lives, and not only how to succed but also, that also the seccesful people fail sometime in their life and that it is okay to fail, and that you can learn from failure so that is why I would give this book 5 stars and that you can learn a lot of things from it. I think that I explored more diverse ideas, subjects and genres in this book because I never read this type of books I always read different types of book, so that is why I do think that I am exploring more diverse ideas, I think that the idea of this book is that people that wants to be succesful or that wsnt to be an entrepenuer can get some inspiration from this book because I think that this tells about other people that succeded and it really shows a way in witch you could also try it so that is why I think that the major ideas raised my the book is that people that wants to be succesful or that wsnt to be an entrepenuer can get some inspiration from this book, I think that every book can somehow relate to your hero's journey and I tink that inspiring entrepenuers relates to my hero's journey because I think that this book speaks a lot about people who are insiring and I think that the way they where succesful I think that every person in their life also want to be succesful so that is why I think that the book inspiring entrepenuers relates to my hero's journey, I don't really think that this book changed me as a reader because I didn't actually get into every detail so I don't think so, I would reccomend this book to people and maybe people that would like to get inspired to start being an entrepenuer or something like that, because I think that yu can get an idea of how to start being an entrepenuer or ideas for how to be succesful or something like that, so that is why I think that I would reccomend this book to people that that would like to get inspired to start being an entrepenuer.
I think that this book is a really interesting book and it is a book that if most people could read would be great because from every mini-biography of the entrepreneurs. I think that I would rate this book 4 of 5 stars on the topic of “important to read” because I think that it is a book that you learn a lot from, just like leadership, or about perseverance, about kindness, and many other skills and characteristics. Then in the topic of “interesting” I would rate it a 3 of 5 stars because I think that it is a topic that will interest more people who love business or grown ups but for kids or teenagers I think it is something that is not interesting for other people apart from them. The question that most raised to me by the book was how can normal people get to be so good. But it is not in business only it is in a lot of things and topics and at the end they get to be very recognized. There were many stories of many people but the stories of the ones that most made an impact on me were Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Elon musk, Adi Dasler. I think that those were the ones who most impacted me because they are the ones that we still talk about until now even if it was 50 years ago. We still talk about them because their impact on the world is really big. I also think that from those 4 the one that impacted me the most is Walt Disney because I think he is the one that most thought of all problems like not only a problem for kids because it is animation and fun stuff but also grown ups until know enjoy going to Disney and he actually created something that solved a problem for all people not only kids or grown ups he invented a way to entertain to everyone. I think that this book relates to my hero's journey because at the end we are all humans and just like I am a human and all of this entrepreneur heroes are also humans we are all the same specie at the end but the only thing that changes us is tour characteristics and mission in life so I think that just as they can make a business and put a mark in the world so can I and everyone in the world it is just a matter of wanting to do it. I actually don’t think this book made a big impact on me as a reader. I think it taught me more than improved my reading skills. I think that I would truly recommend this book to people above 15 or even 18 that are more interested in business ideas. In conclusion, I think this book gives a lot of learning and you really learn from it but for kids or teenagers, it could be boring.
I would give this book a solid 4-star rating because personally I feel like this book is good and truly helps you learn but it is not my favorite book I have ever read and it was kind of boring to read. Some of the questions that I got while reading this book were: How did entrepreneurs were actually able to get their businesses running because in the book most of the time they just mention that they did them and why but they don’t say how. I would say this book relates to my Hero’s Journey because it tells us the story of a whole bunch of different entrepreneurs like Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, and a whole bunch more. And I feel like some of the stories can help me in the future. I don’t think this book changed me as a reader because I feel like it is a basic book that I enjoyed reading but it did not change me as a reader. I would recommend this book to Ruthy because I feel like it is a book she could read and it could be a good book for her to read.
As an individual with over seven decades of outside-the-box ideas, I wanted to learn about others with a mind to try new things. The author, Connor Boyack, gave us 16 entrepreneurs that weren't afraid to try, and persevered. I would say each person spent their entire life exploring the world of following their ideas, and more importantly, implemented those ideas. In addition to academic courses in schools, we should include courses for all children to use their imagination and ideas in a positive effort to make the world a better place. My favorite entrepreneur in this book? Powel Crosley. He inspired me to never give up.
