A fun way to start off the year! This was a quick read that was sweet with sone steam. I really enjoy Day’s writing. I didn’t expect much and I just enjoyed this book for what it was, a short story about finding love again with someone who thought you’d lost.

I won't recap the book because it's a short story and the blurb for it says it all.

I very much enjoyed this story. It was on the angsty side for poor Emerson, but had a wonderful ending.
