Harry lowers his eyes at me as he backs me up against the wall, the red lighting only making him look more menacing "You wanted the bad guy Abby? Wanted the villain?"

My heart is running a hundred miles an hour when my breathing hitches in my throat as his hand comes up to wrap his long fingers tight around my jaw forcing me to look him in the eye.

"Well now you've got him"

He leans his face close to mine, his voice dropping to a low warning murmur that has my stomach hitting the floor.

This book is incredible! Even though the plot twist wasn't that crazy, it still wasn't bad. I've just read books with a crazier plot twist than the one in this book. This book focused more on emotions and how people can change when horrible things happen to them. It really goes into that deep theme where you're encouraged to think more about emotions and stuff like that.
I love the GOOD characters, as in good people, and they're really REALLY comforting.
I loved the writing style of both Stall 1 and Stall 2 and the end was written really good too! I also liked how the author switched the POV's sometimes, so you could look more into the other persons head and their thinking. This gave you an even better impression on the persons character. What is another positive point is that the author didn't leave out the bad times the characters had to go trough, which is really important, because they're normal and everyone has these at some point in their life.

Finishing Manacled inspired me to finally make note of other fanfics I’ve read and enjoyed.

I read Stall 1&2 during Covid lockdown and I cannot stress enough how strong the grip this fic had on me was. The plot is bonkers but also somehow heartwarming? I cried so many times reading this fic. Hands down the best Harry fic I’ve read and that’s a high compliment because I’ve read a lot of them.

I read the first book and this one on Wattpad when I was originally going through a depressive episode and Holyyyyyyy, Jimmy and Abby's humor saved me. On wattpad, it says the estimated read time is over 14 hours for each book, so that says how long I have spent reading these amazing masterpieces. I really wish the author would publish these so they can sit on my pretty bookshelves that I'm making to look like a classic library. I'd read them until their spine would break. I've reread them on Wattpad about 5 times now, and my own writing was significantly influenced by these books. I think both books have an incredible way of throwing in emotion, imagery, and descriptive language. To the point where I not only can imagine the book playing out, but it almost seems like a movie behind my eyes. I've lost myself in these books and completely lost my sense of time; not knowing what day it was by the time I took a break to eat.

Also, this book has the right amount of spice (the best spice I've read so far, and I'm not even exaggerating) and the right amount of love, and intense storyline.

I think the writer does such a good job of getting emotions across especially with Harry. I really just am in love with Abby and Harry and the relationship that they have. I would also like to point out that this book got me so fucked up with the whole David situation, had me crying so much.

This as well as the first book is amazing.

Abby was quickly relatable - she’s ditsy, shy and sometimes obnoxious. It’s why I loved her so much.

Her as well as Harry’s character growth is truly amazing. From the first chapter all the way through to the very end on book two, it’s shocking that these two people were the same ones in chapter one.

Jimmy holds a very special place in my heart. Levi, baldy aka Steve, J-baby, Sophie, Rob and of course, Ludo. They all do.

Please read this book with caution. The trigger warnings are there for a reason. Read at your own discretion and caution.

I really recommend this dark Harry fic to anyone that loves them. It’s definitely in my top three.

My friend recommended Stall to me and it is definitely worth it. And my goodness did it take me forever to get through these two books, BUT so so worth it! I'm so disappointed that it's not completely finished but am glad to have gotten what we did of the epilogue!!!
