Wow just wow.
I devoured this book in one sitting, enthralled from cover to cover.
You'd never ever guess that this was the authors second ever book. I absolutely adored her debut, but this... this was next level.
I love watching a promising author's growth, and this book shows it in spades.
The depth of the characters and plot, and all that happens in between will astound you especially from a new author.
I loved Jamie's tenacity and Seb's unwavering loyalty.
The twists in this book will leave you mind blown.
I could go on and on for hours, but instead will just urge you to ONE CLICK IMMEDIATELY. You definitely won't regret it.
Can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Have you ever read a story so extraordinarily brilliant, that once you turn the last page and read those last few lines, and re-emerge into the โreal worldโ you kind of donโt know what to do with yourself?
Yeah, This story did that to me and the hangover was real!
Reckless is book two in the Triple R Security series by Imogen Wells and you wouldnโt ever think this was the second book sheโs ever written. She has the writing skill of a seasoned author and it shows throughout, captivating me, as I demolished it in one sitting.
The first paragraph had me hook, line and sinker. The storyline flowed seamlessly, the twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat and by the end of Jamie and Sebโs story; Iโd felt every single emotion known to man.
I loved Jamieโs sassy, fiery and independent personality and the depth in which you see her emotions and vulnerabilities. Sebโs unadulterated and fierce loyalty and manly charm had me swooning from the get-go.
Definitely grab yourself a copy of Reckless.

Jamie isn't sure whats right in her life the betrayal from others has her hooking up often not caring much.
Seb works with Ryder (blue) Rick & Jay.ย However he's protective of others and working a case puts him in Jamie's path again, the chemistry and pull between them is hot.
When her father ask for help as someone is messing with the family they all need answers.
Nothing is straightforward and things have been kept a secret for too long.
I loved the storyย I liked that Jamie wanted to find answers and was so determined. The fact that she could battle with seb one minute then they would be tearing each others clothes off the next hot scene.
This is a standalone story in the series however I liked the characters from Risk book 1 in the series so much I knew I would be reading the whole series. I definitely recommend reading them you won't be disappointed.

After reading the first book in this series, I couldnโt wait to read Jamie and Sebโs story. Sheโs a little firecracker, that doesnโt take no nonsense from anyone. So I knew Seb was going to have his work cut out for him. I knew she would give him a run for his money.
Then I started this story and was blown away. It became a puzzle I needed to solve. Even when I wasnโt reading I was thinking about this book. It held me captive till the end. Thoroughly enjoyed it! The mystery and suspense was killing me. Some fantastic writing by this author.

You know those books you read where, once youโve finished, you sit back and go โWhoa....โ This is one of them! I had to let my brain absorb all the craziness, the steaminess, the twistiness (is that a word? Donโt think so but you get my drift). If I were to describe this book like a club (like in the book yes), it would be dark, mysterious, steamy, a little romantic, a lot crazy with a whole shady underbelly of criminal activity!
I really enjoyed this book and eagerly await the next one!

Jamie and Sebastian - RECKLESS!!
From her mind to my eyes, Author Imogen Wells has created a twisted, steamy romantic suspense that kept me up into the early hours to finish it, leaving me to yawn my way through the next day. And Iโd do it again in a heartbeat.
If I didnโt already know it, I wouldnโt have guessed that this was not only her second book in her Triple R Security series, but only her second published book. Simply put, Ms Wellsโ writing is polished, the plot is as twisted as a pretzel and she doesnโt spoon-feed her readers. To be honest, with this being the second book, and because Jamieโs attack was pertinent to the plot in RISK, I re-read that book to refresh myself with the characters and the general goings on. It was most certainly no hardship; of that I can assure you. I loved catching up with Blue and Camryn again and to see more of them here, as well as meet new characters. So, if you havenโt read RISK yet, do yourself a solid and start there. Time and money well spent โ guaranteed. Check my review.
Even writing this review the day after finishing the book, I am still gobsmacked as to the tremendous detail that Ms Wells packed into RECKLESS. Any spider would be proud of the twisted web sheโd woven. There was no stone left unturned, the smallest details were important, and nothing went unnoticed. And because I already knew most of the characters, I didnโt get lost. But, I still canโt get my head around the planning that must have gone into this book. Every detail people, every detail.
Jamie Morgan was a confident and vivacious character in RISK, but the rug had been torn out from under her, and since her attack, and the revelation that her parents seemingly solid marriage was a mess, her life and outlook, and her bar-hopping and bedroom behaviour had become reckless. It seemed her life was spinning even more out of control. Even so, I still respected her loyalty to her friends and her tenacious desire to find out the truth about the odd goings on surrounding her family, no matter the pain or the hurt involved. Especially when her father got the guys from Triple R Security involved.
I loved Sebastian Roberts; most of the time. I believe he treated Jamie poorly and deserved a solid slap upside the head. It didnโt matter how protective or loyal he was, his behaviour was abysmal, but, Ms Well excellently and succinctly wrote the fiery chemistry between them and kept their relationship moving forward at a hot and solid pace. This made for a lot of back and forth between them, which never makes for a healthy relationship, but hells teeth, it made for great reading!!!! Every emotion was eked out of me while my head was solidly engaged in this book, from angst through to anger and heartbreak. Yeah, at times I was nothing short of gutted.
What I did feel at all times as I read through RECKLESS was absolute admiration for the creative mind of Author Imogen Wells. What an amazing read, and to be sure, Iโll be re-reading it again before I hit the next one!
Let me leave you with this question, how do we know whether we are choosing our own path in life, or whether we are part of someoneโs manipulative long game??? ๐ค While youโre ruminating on that one, check out this MUST-READ book. Itโs a 5 star doozy! ๐ค

A great second book to follow on from the first - Seb and Jamieโs story is written so well. I loved learning more about the boys and it was great learning about Jamie and hearing her story.

I couldnโt believe how good Risk, book 1 in this series, was and that it was a debut book astonished me, so I was extremely excited to hear about the release of the second book. Let me just state for the record... once again, I am amazed at how good this story is and can honestly say this author is truly going places.
Jamie, as we saw in book 1, is such a live wire and lives to the fullest, she is a fantastic friend and cares deeply. She has suffered traumas but believes you have to put your best foot forward and move on. In doing this she met Cam and the guys from the Triple R Security team, such a good move, well mainly. ๐ Enter Seb... hmm, heโs gorgeous but did basically break her heart a teeny bit. He has his own demons to slay of course too. The question is... can they do it together?
Although I found myself hooked from the beginning I was also a little lost at sea with so much going on but not a lot of clarity, this is on purpose so if you feel lost-keep going. All is revealed and the beginning is actually an extremely clever storyline that gives clues bit by bit but the pieces donโt fall into place for a while. When they doโwham! You are literally in for an incredible ride so buckle up. Twists and turns in a plot make a story so exciting and this one has it in spades!
As well as lots of action and drama there is a full range of emotions you experience with and for the characters. At times, I was chuckling out loud and then at others I was fearful with trepidation or so wild with anger I was spitting chips! This story, as I said before, really does pull you into the world of the Triple R Security team along with Cam and Jamie. Special mention must go to a beautiful character, whose role is brief but very poignant, Margaret!
I totally recommend this book and if you havenโt read the first book, you should!

From reading this you would never know that its this authors second ever book,ย it was absolutely amazing, I read it into the early hours, I couldn't put it down, from cover to cover it completely consumed me.
I love Jamie and her sassy and fiesty personality and I fell in love with sebs unwavering loyalty to the people he cares about.
Throughout I was on the edge of my seat, I felt every intense emotion right along side of them.
If there's any doubt that your unsure about reading this, throw that right out because its ridiculously good.

Oh my hell! This series just keeps getting better! I seriously love these characters and this world youโve created! I devoured this book! The suspense and twists around every corner. You seriously canโt even predict what will happen! I really enjoy watching the pieces fall into place and realizing the author has you hooked and is taunting you... and you canโt stop reading! I absolutely canโt wait to see whatโs next! Rick? Jay? Aaahhh!! Iโm addicted!

I really liked Risk (1st in this series) and I think I like Reckless even more. The setting of a security firm is an interesting one that is filled with suspense and intrigue.ย The plot twists and turns beautifully and the characters are excellent.ย I will certainly be keeping up with this series.ย

If I thought the debut book was amazing, this just gets better and better. Great story building and characters that just make you want to keep reading.

Absolutely loved this read. The twists and turns kept me guessing until the very end - just the way I like it!! Seb and Jamie were FIRE together. Highly recommended!

I couldnโt believe how good Risk, book 1 in this series, was and that it was a debut book astonished me, so I was extremely excited to hear about the release of the second book. Let me just state for the record... once again, I am amazed at how good this story is and can honestly say this author is truly going places.
Jamie, as we saw in book 1, is such a live wire and lives to the fullest, she is a fantastic friend and cares deeply. She has suffered traumas but believes you have to put your best foot forward and move on. In doing this she met Cam and the guys from the Triple R Security team, such a good move, well mainly. ๐ Enter Seb... hmm, heโs gorgeous but did basically break her heart a teeny bit. He has his own demons to slay of course too. The question is... can they do it together?
Although I found myself hooked from the beginning I was also a little lost at sea with so much going on but not a lot of clarity, this is on purpose so if you feel lost-keep going. All is revealed and the beginning is actually an extremely clever storyline that gives clues bit by bit but the pieces donโt fall into place for a while. When they doโwham! You are literally in for an incredible ride so buckle up. Twists and turns in a plot make a story so exciting and this one has it in spades!
As well as lots of action and drama there is a full range of emotions you experience with and for the characters. At times, I was chuckling out loud, and then at others, I was fearful with trepidation or so wild with the anger I was spitting chips! This story, as I said before, really does pull you into the world of the Triple R Security team along with Cam and Jamie. Special mention must go to a beautiful character, whose role is brief but very poignant, Margaret!
I totally recommend this book and if you havenโt read the first book, you should!

This book here had me ugly crying and I DONโT CRY!
Reckless Book 2 in Imogen Wellโs Triple R Security series was freaking amazing!
Jaime and Sebโs story has so many twists and turns. Mystery and suspense at every turn. As soon as I thought I figured something out, it changed. This book will have you on the edge of your seat.
I highly recommend this book!

Recklessly perfect!
An amazing follow up to the debut! I didn't think this world of Triple R Security could get any better, and then here came Reckless! So much push and pull, danger, suspense, heat, snark . . . I could go on, but nothing is going to make this book sound anymore amazing then actually reading it!
Seb and Jamie brought a myriad of emotions with their story and how it all weaves a web of lies and deceit. Having romance and suspense and mystery and grit . . . All rolled into 1 story, makes this a powerhouse of a read! Between the relatable characters and the rollercoaster of a story, this book gets all the stars and leaves me salivating for the next book. I dont think I ever want this Triple R Security series to end!

Iam am absolutely loving this series.this an excellent read book.this book kept me engrossed from start to finish I simply could not put this book down from start to finish and did not want this book to end.i simply loved the characters and storyline alot and now iam looking forward to more from this author thank you imogen for a fantastic read

Imogen has outdone herself with this book.
If I thought Risk was good, this was even better!
The suspense, the twists, the lust, love, and secrets all fit together perfectly.
This world is fast becoming one of my favourites and I can't wait to get my hands on book 3.

Oh goodness! Reckless was just wow! Seriously, a read full of absolutely wonderful characters, twists & turns and so much more. I honestly couldn't put this book down. This series is quickly becoming one of my favorites! SO GOOD!

Seb and Jamie had me hooked. You canโt help but get drawn into these two and the internal chaos thatโs in there head but they are fierce and addicting. Looking forward to so much more from this author in the future

A great continuation in the series!
Jamie changes. After what happened to her in Risk , it impacts her more than she admit. Add to that very complicated family matters and Jamie is spiraling down. Hard.
When she becomes intertwined with a new case the guys at Triple R are handling, things get more than complicated.
I love Jamie. Girl is so strong. I admire her strength, but at the same time, I condone her for not seeking help. The only one that can break through her barriers is Seb. One weekend together and it's more than clear that they have more than just chemistry. However, these two are hell-bent on ignoring their feelings. Their banters are pure gold. Their chemistry is off-the-charts. I love how Seb persistence wears Jamie down until they both finally admit their feelings.
And ooh! If I think Ryder from Risk is protective, Seb is much more protective than him! cue the swoon and everything!
Overall, I enjoy this book from the beginning until the end. The plotline is much definitely better and clearer. I love seeing Ryder and Cam here and how happy they are... Can't wait for Redemption !

I kid you not, you will fall down more rabbit holes then a twisted version of Alice in Wonderland when you read this book. Risk was an amazing book, however, Reckless is truly outstanding. There is so many twists and turns, and you may think that you know what is going to happen next, but I can guarantee you will not have guessed correctly! Actually I'm not sure if the author knew what was going to happen next, that is what makes this author so extraordinarily talented, her characters come to life and lead the story. There is no plot holes, everything is tied up by the end of the book, and let me tell you, that is gobsmacking with so much going on. Now, what you all want to know.....Yes, yes, a million times yes...the sex scenes are HOTTTT!!! Jamie is feisty and takes no shit from Seb, it's a match made in heaven...or a boxing ring. I cannot wait for the next instalment, and this author has gone on my automatic download list....a list very few make.

Seb and Jamieโs story was mind blowing. I was on the edge of my seat with this one. So many twists and turns have you questioning everything you know or think you know. Jamie has been shut off from feeling due to the betrayal sheโs endured and for Seb, he thinks heโs going to turn out like his father so heโs guarded. These two are perfect for each other, their banter is amazing, the steaminess is off the chart and this author gets two thumbs up from me as she brought tears to my eyes and letโs say that doesnโt happen too often. To me thatโs the making of a great author, this is the second book in the series and if you havenโt read Risk, I suggest you get started.
