This is a very thorough bread book. There is a ton of variety here. As we are low carb I was concerned there would not be alot here for us, but there is an entire chapter on low carb breads. So it wad great to see coconut flour and flax breads among others. I also appreciated the variety of fruit and veggie breads. Here we found a great zucchini bread recipe as well as a sweet potato bread that is pretty good. Overall, I am happy with this book.
