I’m a big fan of Kristin Sherry’s books, and frequently recommend them to my clients. I pre-ordered Maximize 365 expecting a book of equal quality, but this may well be her best. It goes far beyond traditional business topics and addresses a much broader range of topics. The practical application of concepts has always set Kristin Sherry apart from other business authors, and she uses the same approach with Maximize 365.
The book is divided into 5 parts: health, spirituality, relationships, career, and finances. Each topic (e.g., stress management, burnout, sleep) is just one page, and includes an explanation of a unique challenge and ideas for action. The advice is “bite-sized” and you don’t need to read it in a linear way. You just invest a few minutes in reading the part of the book that is relevant to your life now. Terrific book!

We can all use a little guidance in our lives to change ourselves for the better, can't we? Sure we could. This is one of those books. It is here to help guide you along to a newer and better you for a brighter future. Personally, financially, physically, productively and more. Very boring

I struggled to read this book because it has very basic information and covers things that we have heard repeatedly from other sources. I skimmed a lot of the book hoping to find nuggets of value. I would pass on this one.

It's been a few years since I attempted to read this book so I'll do my best to remember why I didn't actually read it.
Part of the reason is that the title is misleading. I thought it was going to be helpful tips for each day of the year. That was not the case. The readings wouldn't take very long but the activities would take far longer than just a few days, in just one instance, to really be a habit or truly thought provoking. The author even states as much in the introduction.
I also didn't like the way the book was formatted. The font type and size were fine but there was no break in between each topic. Topic two was just a line or two below Topic one's Ideas for Action. I feel like there should have been a larger break. Each topic should have started on the next page. Maybe this was the author's attempt to "maximize" space but it was more like a run-on of paragraphs.
I know I won't attempt to read this book again. There are better self-help books out there.

So worth the READ

This book was great. So much information and action steps. I will most definitely be buying a paper back of the book as well as gifting this book to teens as well as adults that are looking for help in managing or looking to transition there lifestyles for the better.

Well written, but mostly stuff I already know. Perhaps it should be rewritten and targeted at a high school audience.
