Two wonderful Christmas stories

This Christmas Samantha Price has given us two wonderful Christmas stories. Both have added joy to my Christmas season. In Amish Widow's Christmas Sarah is a widow who is pregnant, unable to work, struggling to pay her bill's and will soon be homeless. She doesn't know what will happen to her until she receives a letter. After the birth of her daughter she moves to the house her uncle left her. Within minutes of her arrival she meets Joshua, a widower. He is living in the grossdaddi haus with his two children. They get off on the wrong foot and continue to step on each others toes. She loves his children and they love her. It's a wonderful Christmas story about struggles and how the end result isn't necessarily what was expected and yet better than imagined.

Amish Christmas Story is an Ettie Smith mystery. I love Ettie and her sister Elsa May. They are sisters with a knack for solving murder mysteries in their community. They always put a smile on my face and sometimes give me a laugh at their bickering at each other. They soon find their quiet Christmas interrupted by a knock on the door. Soon their house is full of people who have brought a covered dish thinking they had been invited to a Christmas meal by the sisters, who haven't invited them. One of those invited is Myra , Ettie's estranged daughter. Santa shows up with news of a dead body on their sidewalk. When it looks like Myra is a suspect Ettie and Elsa May get to work to solve the whodunit before Myra gets charged .
I hope you will add these 2 books to your list of Christmas reads.

I was given an ARC to review giving my honest opinion.

Intriguing story about a murder

Interesting story about two Amish sisters who are instrumental in solving a murder that happened in their property and involved one's daughter.

Two wonderful tales in one book. Ms. Price is certainly gifted , because once your first sentence is read you are hooked until you turn the last page, and reach for another Ms. Price. Book.
