The Reflection

James is heading to a meeting; it is a monthly event and has nothing to do with work or the usual reasons people choose to meet. His is a personal quest, some might even describe it as an obsession. On arrival there will be no warm greeting, just an instruction from a man, to go to a room in the house and prepare himself for corporal punishment. The man, dressed to fulfil the role he will soon play, will then re enact an event which took place over thirty years previously while James was still at school. During the two-hour journey James will have time to reflect on previous visits, but especially back to that fateful day in the 1950s when his obsession first began and the chain of events that followed.

Welcome to B.L Miller Books. Thanks for visiting our page! My Texan writing partner and I both wanted to be a writers. It is how we met four years ago and we instantly clicked. Ever since we have collaborated in almost every project. We brainstorm our ideas and she can be a persistant but supportive critic. All our books about strong independant women with a strong BDSM, LGBT theme running through them. She introduces the softer more submissive, DDLG input into our books, leaving me with the more dominant aspects of our work. This reflects our relationship too

We like to write books about events that are uncomfortable or make people think about the world around them. Some of the themes in our books include BDSM, female domination, rape, vigilante justice, revenge, sex trafficking, abusive relationships and religious zealots.

We don't consider our books overly dark but they do have serious topics. It's not all rainbows and sunshine! You will find romance and humor. Petra and Jaz (our two main characters) are strong bisexual or lesbian women who face everyday issues, live their lives to the fullest and never back down from a challenge! We hope you enjoy reading about them as much as we have enjoyed writing about them.

We have recently ventured into the world of short stories and have published several of these as well. These short stories are full of steamy sex, domination and BDSM but still retain the same endearing characters and interesting storylines as our full length novels.
