The Waiting War
Were all waiting for something - a dream, a change, a cure, an answer. Though we know what the Bible tells us about waiting well, the Lord's promises, and His perfect plan for our life, we still find ourselves battling with the day-to-day reality before us. Were tired. A book full of encouragement and truths from God’s Word for those of us in seasons of waiting—which is really everyone in one way or another. Oakes’s conversational writing style helps readers feel like she is talking one-on-one with them, and the combination of personal experience and Biblical truth make for a powerful read.
