Anna's Book

Rate this book
Perfectly pitched to toddlers, this hand-sized book introduces Anna—exuberant, strong- willed, and lovable. In Anna’s Book, Anna wants Mommy to read her new book again and again. When Mommy has to get back to work, Anna satisfies herself by reading the book to her teddy—again and again.

Developmentally right on the mark for toddlers’ concerns and attention spans, these books feature adorable art that reinforces the simple text. Like Anna, toddlers will ask for the Anna books again and again.

Anna finds a new book she loves! Mom pauses from a busy day to read it to her three times in a row. Reading to her teddy is a good way to keep enjoying the book after mom continues with her busy day.

Sweet and simple. The book demonstrates a love for reading, independence, and resourcefulness after mommy has read the story three times to Anna.

A little girl reads her favorite book again and again.
First her mother reads to her and then she reads to her bear. Short and sweet but one that young children would love.

E loves this. She's at an age (2yr 4m) where she is very interested in reading books, and reading them over and over. Anna decides to read to her teddy when her mother has to stop rereading and get some things done, and Anna finds that teddy wants to hear her read the story over and over, just like E and her bunny. Perfect size book (what she calls a "baby" book as its height and width are smaller than others) and perfect number of words for her age.

Anna loves her new book and makes her mom read it over and over again. What happens when mom says she is done reading the book? Will that stop precocious little Anna? This book is a fun story and the perfect size for young readers to grab ahold of.

Cute book about a girl wanting to have her book read to her again and again, and when her mom finally says no more, she reads to her bear instead. While I really liked it as an adult, not sure if it is as appealing to the audience of a young child. Saw a Pippo book with a similar theme.
