Melody was "sold" by his father and then kidnapped by Saint Vitale as payment. She didn't know she will fall in love with the monster. And Saint didn't know Melody will turn out to be this fierce girl. This story was insane. Keep your morals and limits outside because K Webster going to stab you till you bleed dry. It was unapologetically filthy. Pervert. Dark beyond dark. And I loved it. Saint is a monster. Without regrets. He broke and tortured and punished and moulded Melody. Oh how I love these devils with endless darkness. And their wicked pervert shameless ways. And Melody had an amazing evolution from the protected timid girl to the sassy queen. The suspense killed me. The darkness devoured me.

This dark romance by Cora Reilly and Lylah James was a total adrenaline rush, keeping me on the edge all the time. I was holding my breath as the twists and turns were making me dizzy and restless. It was shamelessly sexy. It was all about mind games and sensual treats. Mafia princess Talia has travelled all the way to Miami to seek Killer, the most feared and dangerous contract killer working for her family's enemy. She wants revenge. But Killer is a monster, ruthless assassin, living on the edge. And this can be her biggest mistake as Killer wants a dirty deal. This was an amazing anthology these authors put together! I know some of them came from the Darkness and sin FB Group but I hadn’t read any. But I wasn’t disappointed. I loved the range of stories the authors gave us. We had many many kinks blessed within these stories! Definitely pick it up for a good cause and to support these wonderful authors

how come all the short stories Always has more solid plotline and off the chart character chemistry!
Killer X Talia!
I love this two. This story was different, dark and spicy. I love it! I need more of this two. Killer is just so hot man! I like him the moment he was introduced in the story & he is a whole new character i know nothing about but seriously fall in love with him. Talia's character is well written too, we meet her briefly in Bound by Vegenance, now she is all grown up and her personality is somewhat similar to Cara.
This spicy scenes are just-it was hella dirty and erotic ( just to my taste 🥵). And here is my favourite tropes too🙈. I enjoy this short story, wish i could read further about this two-that's thing about short stories that they really ended up in a Cliffhanger & there is no other book related to them upcoming where we could know more about them. :(

1) Sold to the Highest Bidder - 3 stars
"I’ll give you everything you want, anything you want. Travel, purses. I don’t give a fuck what you buy or what you do when I’m at work, but when we’re in the bedroom, you submit to me. Whatever I say goes.”
Briana was tricked into an auction by her then-fiance to save his business. She was unable to get off the depraved island where she was about to be sold.
Cameron has been in love with his brother's fiance since forever. Finding her in auction was shocking but who was he to question when Briana already chose the man she loved.
I think this short story was dense. I thought it was an age-gap romance because of the dangerous full names of characters. I like the story plot where brothers are rivals and they meet on a secret island of debauchment.
2) Stalker - 3 stars
Zander has been in love with Violet since high school. Where Zander was skinny and ugly he was out of Violet's league who was a cheerleader and had a boyfriend whom every girls want to date. One night after beaten dangerously Zander was set for revenge.
This book has the exciting plot which I loved. A creepy and stalker hero and an air headed heroine, both dangerously appealing to each other but unaware.

What's better than a collection of dark and sinful little stories? A collection that gives all royalties from the sale to a wonderful women's charity so honestly, what's not to love?
Top honors has to go to Sierra Simone and Giana Darling for their story, Not A Dirty Little Secret. A story about the British PM and his step brother. It was in true Simone style, filthy while also being incredibly sweet and it felt like a complete story which is not easy to do.

I absolutely loved this dark tale by Alethea Romig and Skye Warren! It was very short but had that tinge of darkness and suspense that my soul craves from these two authors and I will definitely be reading more from the other characters of this short tale!

I am a die hard fan of Stalkers! Like legit crazy about them and I can't thank Ashley Jade and A. Zavarelli enough for giving me this delicious stalker tale! Like all other stories it was short but it had darkness in all the right places. It gave me chills and was truly one of the best Stalker Romances ever! It astounds me how these authors are able to give us such darkness and a perfect ending in a few chapters! Simply phenomenal.

I have read this story in the Darkness and Sin FB Group and trust me it is something not to be missed! This is Lily and Frankie’s tale. Lily is to be married to another man and Frankie is going to do anything to stop this union , even if it means , deflowering the virgin bride so that her family kills her for breaking the tradition. Full of Heat and suspense, I certainly loved this dark short tale!

I am so surprised that these two authors managed to give me such a dark tale in a few chapters! COLLATERAL is full of so much kink with lots of DubCon and dark scenes , which I would want you angaust if you have any triggers for that sort of thing. The authors certainly did not hold back and Sain and Melody’s tale was definitely my favourite one in this book. Melody is given to Saint to fulfill a debt by her father. She doesn’t know what is in store for her but she could have never expected Saint. A man who makes her cry and beg all the while doing filthy things to her. The one who makes her questions her sanity and if she is not careful , he would soon make her fall for him too.

I've a huge crush on stalker books, they're my kryptonite. And coming from the mighty pens of Zav & Jade, I know it's going to be epic!!
They don't disappoint at all.zander Sinclair is the neighbor of Violet Meadows and she gets a creepy sensation everytime she looks over at her neighbours house.
Is he watching her?
Does she know him from before?
Who is he and why does she feel his eyes on her?
Why does her hair on her nape stand on end when she can't even see him?
But Whhhyyyyyyy?

The dream-mafia co-writing team. This was such a delicious and sexy little morsel- but I wanted SO much more of this story- I would kill for a full length.

Dark, delicious, and steamy, Tales of Darkness and Sin is a dark, hedonistic delight. Packed with dream-collaborations of some of my favorite dark romance authors, authors who consistently set the bar for twisted, devious, and sumptuously sensual romance stories. Some of these shorts I’d read when they appeared in the authors’ Queen of Darkness and Sin group- and others I got to read for the first time. This was an incredibly stacked deck of sexy stories- one of my favorite anthologies to date. I loved every single story in this book.

**Sold to the Highest Bidder by Aleatha Romig and Skye Warren
These two have such complimentary storytelling approaches, so I love when they collaborate- I knew it would be a sensual and debaucherous creation. I wished we had a bit more to Briana and Cameron’s story- but I loved the premise and the very sexy and alluring alpha Cameron.
**Stalker by A. Jade and A. Zavarelli
I was most excited for this one- not only because I love stalker stories but also because I am obsessed with both of these authors- A Zavarelli’s dark intensity and Ashley Jade’s unconventional and depraved stories. Both so compellingly explore flawed characters- so having them take on a stalker story was just a dream. This one really hit the spot- I loved Violet and Zander, had all that taboo/forbidden appeal, and was just the right amount of naughty. Definitely my favorite in the anthology.
** Poisoned Hearts by Giana Darling and Parker S. Huntington
These two authors have some of the most distinct and flowery prose I’ve read in romance- their novels really elevate the genre in their artistry, and they both have a wheelhouse that is one of my favorite sub-genre’s- MAFIA. I had actually already read this in Queens of Darkness and Sin group, and I loved it then, and I love it now. This is probably the most well written piece of the bunch- just really artfully constructed and packs quite a punch for a novella- steam, intimacy, emotional range, and explosive character connection. That chemistry- HOT. This one had me on my toes- and I loved Liliana, the mafia princess/ virgin who is a minx under it all, and Frankie, the anti-hero intent on revenge. This story is seductive and delicious.
**The Dirty Bargain by Cora Reilly and Lylah James
The dark mafia queens in a dream collaboration. I remember freaking out reading this when it first appeared in the QoDS group- these two are masters at the alpha-softer heroine dynamic that I love so much. The dark anti-hero who softens only for his lady. Fans of Cora’s series will remember Talia, Cara’s little sister from Bound by Vengeance. Talia is SO much more than we realized, and I love how she goes against Cora’s usual heroine type. Her with Killer is just the ultimate mafia assassin/anti-hero. He’s dark, twisted, ruthless. They strike a delicious and sexy bargain- and the twists had me gasping. THis one ended far too quickly- I needed a whole book!
**Mr. Foster by K Webster and Sam Mariano
My psychologically and emotionally taboo writing queens! AH- my heart was so happy. And age gap/father’s best friend? GIMME GIMME. These two authors are my go-tos for forbidden romance- not only because their stories are sexy, but because they so beautifully challenge and push our conceptions of love by the EMOTIONAL intensity they bring to the taboo. This isn’t overly taboo (especially for KW), we have just enough of the forbidden though, and it is so steamy and yummy. The chemistry is magnetic- yowzers, loved this one.
**Not A Dirty Little Secret by Sierra Simone and Giana Darling
Again, two deeply eloquent composers of prose and also two of the most emotionally sensual writers around. I knew this would be magic. But even better- MM (finally, Giana!!) And we’ve got a bit of the taboo with it being stepbrothers. These two bring SO much soul to their dark stories- an emotional intensity that just sings, it makes the sex even sexier. Truly a beautiful AND steamy story.
**Her Christmas Present by Jade West and Lucia Franco
No one writes kink like Jade West- so I expected this one to be on fire. And oh, it was. Teacher-student kinky magic. So taboo, so filthy, I’m overheating just thinking about it. Such a naughty little treat.
And, in addition to these stories, Pepper Winters, Natasha Knight, and Isabella Starling all feature previews of upcoming books. I’d already read Natasha Knight’s With This Ring (it just came out)- and I LOVED this forced marriage/mafia story. Isabella Starling’s Tyrant Stalker had me intrigued and builds on a book already out (that was so naughty), and I always love the dark sensuality that Pepper’s writing exudes- so the Forbidden Flaws previews was a great glimpse into a book that I’m sure I’ll devour.
All in all A GREAT anthology showcasing the dark and devious talents of some of the best dark romance writers out there. If only we could convince them to write full length novels together….but these stories are pretty incredible.

This anthology has some of my all time favourite authors in it and I was very happy to be given an arc copy of it. The stories in this were all deliciously dark, sexy and slightly depraved and full of sin and I throughly enjoyed them.
One of my faves was The Dirty Bargain by Lylah James and Cora Reilly, both these authors are two of my faves which have written some of my most loved books so I enjoyed their joint work. Talia and Killer were everything together, I loved how ruthless Killer was but when it came to Talia we got to see a more softer side to him, he was almost delicate with her which was cute and what he did for her at the end (I won't spoil) had me swooning, this KILLER finally met his match. I liked Talia, she had fight in her to go to the extreme she did to get her revenge, even seeking out someone like killer, and the mentioned cameos of a few faves from BIBM was nice! All in all I really enjoyed this joint short story!
I also really enjoyed the other short stories in this and I think its a really great collection by some of dark romance's best! if you have yet to read anything by any of the authors featured, this is a great way to get a sense of their writing. And if you like dark romance I would highly recommend this! And also how stunning is this cover??? I'm obsessed with the colours! (3.8☆)

This took me some extra days to finish because surprisingly enough I wasn't enjoying the short stories as much as I thought I would. Actually the only stories I liked was Stalker and Dirty Bargain(I LOVED THIS ONE, IT SHOULD GET ITS OWN BOOK TBH), the rest of them were just okay and with a predictable storyline that I felt I've read already somewhere.

Cevaplar 100 sayfalık hikayede. Talia ve Killer’ın geçmiş hikayelerini daha detaylı okusaydım, karakterleri daha da benimseseydim, o twiste o kadar güzel çıldırırdım ki sormayın. Biraz üzüldüm açıkçası ama fazlasıyla tatmin edilememiş hissediyorum.

Story reviewed: The Dirty Bargain by Cora Reilly and Lylah James.
This story is about Talia Barese who appeared in Bound by Vengeance from Born in Blood Mafia Chronicles by Cora Reilly and Killer from The Mafia And His Angel: Part 2 by Lylah James. The story can be read as a standalone, it isn't necessary to read the aforementioned books to understand the plot. Talia is looking to get revenge on those who wronged her in Las Vegas. To accomplish this she plans on hiring a Bratva assassin to do her bidding. She manages to get him to work for her but things are not always as it seems
I have to say I really liked the story, the authors managed to pack quite a lot in around 100 pages. Some things were a bit far-fetched like Talia running away and no one coming after her, how did she manage to do it? with what money? stuff like that. But still, it was nice that we got to see what happened to her.

The Dirty Bargain is dark and steamy novella by Lylah James and Cora Reilly. I knew Talia from Bound by Vengeance back then and I was excited to read her story! As the continuation from BBV, Talia wanted to take revenge on the bad guy who hurt her and she needed help in doing so. The only way is by asking for Killer. But she faced some struggles since she didn't have much money to pay him, thus, she paid him in another way.
From the first time that they met, they already had chemistry when their eyes met each other. I also love that Killer couldn't help but go soft on Talia. Also, the ending isn't what I expected honestly. All in all, this story is interesting and I enjoyed them.

The Dirty Bargain is a novella cowritten by Lylah James and Cora Reilly. It tells the story of Talia, Cara’s sister for Bound by Vengeance by Cora, and Killer, which I’m not entirely sure if he has been mentioned in the Tainted Hearts series by Lylah but could easily have been.
The Dirty Bargain is an interesting and sexy tale of death, virginity and revenge. I was so glad to see Talia get her own little story. This girl deserved a happy ending and she had a pretty incredible one.
Her and Killer’s story is dark, gritty and pretty unconventional but still a very good and fast read. Trust me, you’ll enjoy these two if you’re a dark romance reader of course.

I will be honest, considering the incredible
authors who came together for this book,
I was like holy shit, the smut was so going
to be next level.
Eh.
I mean, the foreplay was 10/10⭐
Amazing build up, and the characters chemistry,
for such short books, these authors sure
know how build INCREDIBLE character
dynamics
But the sex scenes...
They were just there. I was expecting it to be
a lot more graphic considering the authors
but.. it was so tamed. I was super dissapointed.
It was more like: in, bang, out.
Wow. Don't you just love my crude language?
REMINDER. SM Soto was an author featured here HOWEVER she is completely removed from this anthology. I do not condone palagarism and I will not support an author who doesn't remain accountable for their actions. I debated all night if I should post this regardless of the contract I have signed. I have witnessed the action social butterfly and the other 16 authors in the past 24 hours and I am belated and satisfied at their course of actions.

I was like holy shit, the smut was so going

They were just there. I was expecting it to be
