Gage McCabe is the oldest of the brothers and my favorite. He was not interested at all in love. And was the most perplexed of them all when it found him.

Luna LaRoux is a bar owner in Key West. I loved her. She was strong and determined. And not interested in Gage McCabe. He had his work cut out for him once he decided he had to win her. This book was so much fun. I loved watching Gage fall. There was a “moment” in this one that I just loved.

I loved all three of these books so much. Julie Capulet is one of my favorite authors. She writes characters that captivate me and never fail to make me fall in love. I hope you love the McCabe brothers and the women they fall in love with as much as I did. If you would like a more in depth review, I have also reviewed each of these books individually.

Hopless Romantic is Millie and Bo's story.
Millie is new in town and just about to start at college. There she meets Bo McCabe, a romantic by heart. And it takes him just one look to know, she's his one. But how to convince her of that?
HR is a witty and fun read, 4,5 stars.

My Hero is book two in the McCabe Brothers Series and tells Caleb and Violet's story. Caleb is ex-military, through a lot and has the scars to prove it. When he meets fun-loving student Violet all bets are off. A great read, my fav in this box set, 5 stars.

AB is Gage and Luna's story. Gage is a man who knows what he wants and how to get it. On vacation at the Keys he meets his match, Luna. Luna, the bar owner in Key West is in a bit of a bind and when businessman Gage shows up she isn't that happy. A great read 4,5 stars.

All in all, a great box set, recommendable, 5 stars.

Fun, steamy, uber-sexy reads

I have read Julie Capulet’s XOXO, Max, and Genius books. I know when I pick one of these books up, I am in for uber over the top alpha heroes who are sexy in the sheets and very dirty talkers.

So if you are looking for super sexy, quick, and whiplash instalove stories - pick up this box set.

Target readers would be fans of Mink, Alexa Riley or Madison Faye who love al, the elements of sexy romance.

I absolutely loved Bo McCade.
I loved, loved, loved how he reacted when he first saw Millie.

This was sexy, it was sweet, and it was exactly what I needed. My only complaint is it was too short. I wanted more Bo!

This author does insta-love very well. And after you read the dedication, you’ll know why. <3

I finished 2019 with this novella - it was perfect.

LOVED THIS!!! Another insta-lust/love win from Julie Capulet!

The ability of this author to create that connection, that chemistry, that pull between the h/H just amazes me. It’s immediate and it’s powerful.

We met Violet in book one (Hopeless Romantic). The end of that book was the perfect set-up for this book. I could not wait to see how these two worked out.

Caleb...such a beautiful, tortured soul. I couldn’t love him any more if I tried. So broken, so vulnerable...full of so much love to give.

And Violet is the target of that love.
He’s drawn to her.
He can’t get enough of her.
So big and strong and protective and alpha...yet so caring and loving, treating her like she’s the most precious thing ever. She is the calm to his chaos. She’s his reason to want to do better, to BE better.

I love all the feels this book gave me. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. It was quick, it was satisfying, it was perfect.

If you’ve read and loved the first book, you’ll definitely want to read this one.

Well, it happened.

Gage McCabe is now my favorite of the three McCabe brothers. I didn’t think it would be possible after reading Caleb’s book, but OMG. I swooned throughout this whole book. You know when you get that dreamy, far away look in your eyes while reading? Yeah, that was me while reading this story.

Enemies-to-lovers...check.
Dirty-talking Hero...oh yes, check.
A Hero who’s powerful, possessive, & passionate...check, check, check!

Gage is SO arrogant.
But he’s very confident while arrogant.
And he’s also SEXY AF while arrogant.
He knows what people see when they look at him. Women want him and men want to be him. He enters Luna’s bar one night and “accidentally” eavesdrops on a very important conversation.

Luna is sassy and headstrong and she has dreams. And they’re in Key West. Annnnnd she’s also anti-Gage. Big time. LOL. She has no time for relationships or flings or love or anything other than the success of her bar/restaurant.

But when her friend and business partner, Josie, decides she needs to move back to Iowa, Luna is torn. Torn between making a decision that could end her dream.

Imagine her surprise and anger and resentment when Mr. Sexy Arrogant Bastard himself approaches them and offers a deal that will change both of their lives.

Was this insta-love?
Oh yes.

But Gage didn’t want to accept it. Not right away. His inner dialogue was hilarious, because he just couldn’t figure out W. T. H. was going on and why he was having all these feelings. And Luna...well, she needed a little more coaxing and convincing that they were meant to meet, and destined to be together. She tried soooo hard to not want him. But Gage made it difficult, because he’s a gorgeous, sexy man.

And when Gage finally realized that she is THE ONE, and accepted it...it was a beautiful thing. It’s like a switch was flipped and he was all-in. Was he arrogant? Definitely. Was he a bastard? Some would say yes. But he more than made up for it in the end. When he falls, he falls hard. And when he loves, he loves BIG.

The steam level in this book was OFF THE CHARTS scorching hot. The dirty mouth on Gage...oh. my. goodness. DELICIOUS. *clutching my pearls*

This book made made me swoon, made my heart go pitter patter, and made my girly parts tingle.

If you loved books 1 & 2, you’ll need and love this book! If you haven’t read the McCabe brothers, this is me, telling you to go read them now.

p.s. Oh my goodness, the epilogues. They were the best! And the perfect set-up and tease for her next series with the sexy Tucker brothers. Bring. Them. On.

Although I have read these books as stand alone novels, having them in a box set is just superb.

These three novels, written about the McCabe Brothers are not to be missed. Plenty of steam, but with superb storylines, that will keep any reader engaged and wanting to learn more. The McCabe Brothers have their issues, but they know how to love their women and aren't prepared to compromise their hearts.

I highly recommend this box set and you won't regret buying this set.

This story is really well and beautifully written ♥️ It is a sweet love story 😍 Millie is looking for a fresh start to leave her rough past behind. She goes to college, hoping to keep her head down, but her roommate, Violet just won’t let that happen!! They go to a football game. Enter Bo McCabe, the best Quarterback at the college!! He’s also a tortured soul, who along with his other two brothers, Gage and Caleb, are trying to deal with the tragic death of their parents 5 years ago. My Hero (Caleb and Violet’s Story 💜🔥)

This book continues the story of the McCabe brothers. It is a very heartbreaking and beautiful love story ♥️ This book deals with very real and heartbreaking issues. It is very well written by Ms. Capulet!! She handles the heartbreak in a very real and tender manner. This is well worth the read!! The POV shifts between Caleb and Violet.
24 year old, Caleb is the middle McCabe brother. 5 years ago, his parents died. They left the brothers very wealthy. Each brother grieves in a different way. Caleb has chosen to enlist. After a year in Afghanistan, Caleb comes back with PTSD, and is haunted by his memories. This includes the death of his best friend, Logan, in which he blames himself for. Violet, a college freshman, and the roommate of Millie (whom is the girlfriend of Caleb’s younger brother, Bo, from book 1.), is happy in her 1st year of college. She has 3 overprotective brothers, and has never been able to date....until now 😊 Her goal is to become a licensed psychotherapist. When Caleb returns home, after being in the hospital from his physical injuries, he sees 2 girls (Millie and Violet) lounging by the pool. For a minute, he is drawn to Violet, and she stops him in his tracks. She is also drawn to him and the sadness she sees in his eyes. Both, Violet and Caleb, have heartbreaking pasts. Another fantastic read by Ms. Capulet!! I couldn’t put this steamy read down!! This book is extremely well written!!! I LOVE Gage McCabe ♥️ This is the 3rd book, in The McCabe Brothers Series. It is about the oldest brother, Gage.
Luna, the co owner of a seaside bar and restaurant, runs into a jam!! Her co owner and partner, has to sell her share, due to an unexpected pregnancy. Enter 27 year old, Gage, who overhears the conversation, and buys up the share. Gage, and his brothers, lost their parents 5 years ago. Each brother grieves their deaths in their own way. Gage becomes a playboy and business man. Gage is taken with Luna, and wants to finally pursue a real relationship, but Luna is hesitant due to Gage’s playboy reputation. Even though Gage and Luna have hot chemistry, will Luna finally give into Gage, and change his playboy ways??

Millie deserved that and basked in it, having never had anyone care for her. And the chemistry between these two, man! My kindle was smoking!🔥

MY HERO
Caleb is the middle brother and a soldier who has just come home after being wounded in combat. He was with several comrades who died and he blames himself. He sees Violet Jameson, roommate to his brother's girlfriend Millie, on the day he arrives home. Violet is wildly attracted to him! She is studying psychology in school and feels an overwhelming need to help him with his PTSD. I loved the interactions between these two! Their intense conversation and steamy sexy times were off the chain!

ARROGANT BASTARD
Gage is the oldest brother with the reputation as a man-whore. No one would possibly blame Luna for doubting Gage could have anything but a fleeting interest in her. That, coupled with her traumatic past, makes her immune to his charms - well, maybe not immune. Her body repeatedly betrays her whenever she is around him but her steely resolve keeps her focus where it needs to be. On her bar and not on him. He may be her new partner, but he wasn't going to break her. I love the persistence of Gage when he realizes that Luna is "the one" and the lengths he goes to prove it to her! This box set was perfect for me! I love that I was able to read all three stories at one time as opposed to having to wait for each one to release.

In Hopeless Romantic, Millie has started college in a new state to get away from her past. Meanwhile, star quarterback, Bo has famously saved himself for “The One.” Their story is fiery, fast and fabulous!

My Hero is all about Bo’s brother, Caleb. When Caleb returns home after losing his best friend at war, he doesn’t want to deal with anyone. However, with Millie basically living with Bo, it’s hard to avoid her and her best friend, Violet. With Violet studying psychology and experiencing her own loss, she just wants to be there for Caleb and help him. Swift, steamy and spectacular love story!

Arrogant Bastard defines the oldest brother, Gage to a T. With being recognized constantly after making millions and being a cover model on GQ, who wouldn’t want a piece of him? Luna, however just wants to keep her bar and best friend. When her best friend, Josie decides to go back home, Gage makes them an offer they can’t refuse. What happens next is rapid, red-hot and romantic all at the same time!

Impressed that Julie is able to connect all her stories too!! Excited to read about the Tucker Brothers next!

I like the concept of this story as it was a little different for me and cute. It reads very quickly as this is an insta love story. I found myself liking Bo as he is not your typical popular college football player. Millie was very likable as well. I think what it is, everything leading up to them meeting flowed wonderfully and after that I blink and I said wait what?

Likable chemistry between Millie and Bo. While I liked it during their story, I loved it more during their epilogues:

STORY:
I really like this brother. Although, Caleb came back from marines and suffers from PTSD, it was good seeing Violet trying and able to break down his wall. For this story, I like the mental and emotional aspect of it. It wasn’t hard core deep, but it was enough for me to enjoy. Violet, was sweet and I’m glad the author chose her for this Caleb. I enjoyed her in book 1. The story still flowed quickly but was good for me.


CHEMISTRY:
Violet’s and Caleb’s chemistry was nice.


SECONDARY CHARACTERS
We met the third brother, Gage, in this book. Can I just say, jerk when it comes to women. It makes you curious about his story. Because he is the oldest, I definitely thought his story would have been first.

Gage, Gage, Gage...his arrogance and cockiness knows no bound. Unbelievable the things he said in Caleb’s book and his thoughts in the beginning of his book. I think he redeemed himself and I like the way he and Luna’s story turned out. Like the other books, this is a fast-paced story. I am glad Bo and Caleb had their stories first because Gage is cut from a different cloth.


CHEMISTRY:
I enjoyed their chemistry it was appealing. I also enjoyed the pull and tug between Luna and Gage in the beginning. It’s good sexual build up.


SECONDARY CHARACTERS
I love Josie and her little story plot within the story. The epilogues were icing on the cake seeing everyone together.

The McCabe Brothers box-set by Julie Capulet is a MUST READ! Bo, Caleb, and Gage are absolutely swoon-worthy men that fall hard and fast for their women. Each book has an interesting plot that is engaging. The men are perfection and will make you blush!

Bo & Millie - Super sweet college football star and the shy inexperienced heroine. Bo is EVERYTHING!
Caleb & Violet - Marine that struggles with PTSD and the super sweet inexperienced heroine that wants to fix it all.
Gage & Luna - Arrogant alpha-hole and the feisty heroine that pushes back.

Each book is a quick read that has great romance and steam to enjoy. Bo story was more light-hearted and we delved into deeper issues with Caleb & Gage’s stories. I will definitely be reading these again!

Three brothers all rich and at first look they’re almost perfect. Bo is the the youngest and he’s a quarterback destined to play in the NFL and when he meets Millie his life is complete. The second brother is Caleb and as perfect as he is, he’s suffering from PTSD. He feels his life is not worth living until he meets Violet. Then we have the oldest brother, Gage. He’s twenty seven, extremely rich and a really arrogant playboy. The three brothers share the pain of not having their parents. Gage was my favorite of the three. He was in pain but never realized it until he met Luna. They were perfect together. This box set is really awesome and I read it in two days. I highly recommend it.

This is an easy read. The POV alternates between Bo and Millie. It is nicely written. The plot is very simple. The characters are well-defined given the length. Both Bo and Millie are sympathetic characters. I rate this book 3.5 stars.

He wants to get away, but for just one minute he is frozen by an ethereal beauty with copper hair. For that minute, nothing else matters. When Violet sees Bo's brother walk in, she feels drawn to him. His eyes speak with the emotion that his words don't convey. She wants to help him. Needs to help before it is too late. But he hurries away, leaving bereft.

Caleb and Violet's angsty love story is dark and stormy as well as touching and heartbreaking. They've both been touched deeply by death. Grieved and guilt-ridden, Caleb struggles to process his loss as he suffers from PTSD. Violet finds purpose in helping others. With Caleb, she sees an opportunity to succeed where she once failed. The couple faces tremendous obstacles, but the myriad of experiences that they face in just a few short days force them past anything resembling a normal timeline. They forge an unbreakable bond that gives direction and purpose to Caleb and leads the couple to a well-earned HEA. Although this is a novella, the three epilogues provide a huge window into the future, ending with a very satisfying finish.

Caleb and Violet's story is a very quick read. The story is nicely written, although there is some repetition. The plot is complex considering the length. It deals with deep issues - war, death, suicide, PTSD - while evoking an array of emotions. The characters are well-defined. In this book, a much broader look at the McCabe family is provided. Bo and Millie have minor roles, and Gabe is introduced. The book is written in the first person. The POV alternates between Caleb and Violet. I rate this book four stars.

Taking in the Key West atmosphere, Gage wonders into a bar, never suspecting that his life will change as a result. When he sees the beautiful woman behind the bar he knows everything his father had told him about love is true. When he overhears her speaking to her friend, he sees his opportunity. He makes an offer that Josie can’t refuse.

Gage and Luna find love in a sweet love at first sight story. Luna has a history that she cannot let go of, so she resists Gage’s charms. Luna’s fears hold her hostage, but Gage is never deterred. He transitions from an arrogant bastard to a devoted romantic effortlessly. Their sweet and steamy story leads to a happy ending for the them and the McCabe family.

Gage and Luna find one another by chance, but their love is fated. The story is nicely written and character-driven. The plot is fairly simple. For those that pay close attention to detail, Luna’s timeline from leaving Iowa to the present doesn’t add up perfectly, but it isn’t critical to the story and is easily overlooked. The characters are sometimes too much in their head rather than in the moment, but their story is touching. It is written in first person. The POV alternates between Gage and Luna. I rate this book four stars.

Hopeless Romantic is book one of the new series and Julie didn’t disappoint. I love her books started this one and read it within that day couldn’t put it down. Her stories have a way of making you smile and gives you a happy feeling. Millie has had a life that most young people can’t comprehend despite all odds against her she made it with a book deal under her belt and to college. She has her issues of not liking or wanting to deal with people in general and she especially didn’t like attention of any kind. Too bad she was paired with a fun loving and friendly roommate who didn’t mind Millie’s quirks. She convinces Millie to attend her very first football game. That one football game changed her life. Bo McCabe a senior and starting quarterback both parents gone, a brother at war and another brother who buries his felling in meaning flings leaving Bo to pretty much take care of himself. Bo has a quite the reputation on campus and every girl wants him however, he is saving himself for “the one” and he thinks he won’t find her yet he prays and believes she does exist until he randomly glances up at the jumbotron and the everything stands still for him and he knows she is it for him.
Millie wants nothing to do with any of it most of all Bo himself but regardless of himself he saved her and within a little time she realizes she can deny the truth that Bo is beautiful inside and out. He is kind and treats others well, but she feels she don’t belong in his world because of his past. However, they just match and clicks for them how well read the book and see why a star football player isn’t out there sleeping with every skirt that will allow trust me you won’t regret it.
I love Julie as an Author and this is book two of The McCabe Brothers series and is Caleb and Violet's story. It follows Bo and Millie's story in Hopeless Romantic; Bo and Caleb are brothers, while Millie and Violet are roommates and friends. Caleb been off to war fighting and comes home with more scare from the war then he ever imagined and may have a touch of PTSD. He must learn to live in the world he left behind after his parents died about five years ago, leaving the boys wealthy but broken, each in their own way. All the brothers played football (quarterback) for their hometown. The three brothers couldn’t be more different Bo is the sweet, romantic brother, Caleb is stormy and very broody and Gage well he is a cynic and a playboy so beautiful yet broken. Violet well she is also broken due to her older brother committing suicide without leaving a note as to why or indication that he was suffering from anything and that lead her to want to study psychology and well on her way to becoming a psychotherapist. Caleb wants to crawl into a deep whole (bed) and never face the world however, Violent isn’t going to allow that when he has so much to live for so the questions are will Caleb be okay and will he and Violet get their HEA?

Gage has as a playboy reputation, no one would possibly blame Luna for doubting Gage could have anything but a fleeting interest in her. Put that with her traumatic past, makes her immune to his charms - well, maybe not immune. Her body repeatedly betrays her whenever she is around him but her steely resolve keeps her focus where it needs to be. On her bar and not on him. He may be her new partner, but he wasn't going to break her.

Once Gage realizes that Luna is "the one" and the lengths he goes to prove it to her! The playboy is sweet and perfect and he made me fall in love with him as his two brothers did before him. I really love how Gage treats both Luna and Josie and especially how he helped Josie. Just amazing to see a womanizer find himself with one woman he can't seem to control, or easily manipulate and in true style of Gage too damn arrogant and yeah a real Bastard thought he was going to sex her and walk away so do they get their HEA or will Josie send him packing?

Millie is off to college after a gap year. She has had a difficult life but has proven to be resilient and determined to set her own path. Bo is from a wealthy background and is the university football star. I loved how Bo immediately fell for Millie. I loved the chemistry and passion they share. I appreciated that they had both waited and then more felt right with each other. I absolutely loved Millie and her survival instinct. I adored Bo and his immediate desire to protect and care for Millie. This OTT alpha hero fell hard, fast, and completely. There is a lot of dirty, sm-exy heat between Bo and Millie when they let go. I also really enjoyed the multiple epilogues which take the reader years into the future to verify that Bo and Millie really do get their HEA, despite finding each other so young. Their story is written in first person from a dual POV.

Caleb is a beautifully broken hero who has experienced trauma in both life and through his service in the military. He if shrouded in darkness as he tries to reenter society after recovering from a war injury. Violet is like sunshine; mostly happy and optimistic despite having her own shadows. They feel an instant connection, even without speaking. I love that from the beginning, Caleb is protective of Violet and recognizes that he is in a place that feels too dark for her. But he underestimates her strength. Violet is young but strong and determined. They fall hard and fast for each other, and I love that. Their physical passion is scorching hot. My heart aches for Caleb as he comes to terms with the amount of healing he needs to achieve after everything he has been through. I love that they tackle healing together and that Violet helps and supports him. At one point he calls her his dream angel and I swooned out of my chair. This author does an amazing job generating a believable instant connection and super steamy physical scenes. They must work for their HEA, but their instant love is strong, and their future is bright. This book is written in first person from a dual POV.

This is the third book in the McCabe Brothers series, but it can be read completely as a standalone. It is written in first person from a dual POV.
Gage is rich, successful, and handsome in a way that is gifted from heaven. And he knows it. He uses all the advantages at his disposal, and he always gets what he wants. That is, until he meets Luna. He is completely baffled when she does not immediately fall at his feet like other women. He really has a hard time understanding how she can resist his charm and all he has to offer when he is inexplicable drawn to her in a way he has never felt before. I love it when a character like Gage falls fast and hard. They never know what hit them. His feelings are described so perfectly, there are times it almost feels poetic. Gage is also an excellent dirty talker. At first, the reader gets that through a lot of his thought, but eventually we get to read as his dirty mouth undoes Luna completely. I loved it.
Luna has some baggage to work through. I loved reading as her character heals and moves forward from painful memories in her past. I love how Gage opens up to her, allowing her to share her pain with him as well. There is a bit of a slow burn between the two characters as it takes a little while for Gage’s thoughts to become a reality after he finally convinces Luna to give him a shot.
I enjoyed the emotions, the heat, and the romance in this book. I was told by other readers that Gage would capture my attention, and that he did. He is special hero with a hard shell and a soft gooey center.

I love Julie Capulet's obsessive alpha heros! And I definitely love Bo! I love how she uses the power of social media as a major force in this story. The characters and storyline are wonderful and you can feel the frenzy of the crowds. This is a great book and I highly recommend it. If you haven't read any books by Julie Capulet you are missing out.

Another great book by Julie Capulet! Besides their amazing sexual attraction, Violet and Caleb connect because of shattering losses from the past. I love the continuing story of the McCabe brothers. Their total dedication and obsession with their women. I can't wait to see who puts Gabe in his place. Highly recommend this book and Julie Capulet!

This is the final book of the McCabe Brothers series. I love this series so much. Gage's dream is hilarious! And his thoughts about himself will keep you laughing at his arrogance. Unlike his brothers who fell in love with their wife instantly, Luna is determined to keep as much distance as she can between her and Gage. I knew it would take a strong woman to take him down a few paces and Gage is so used to women (all women) tripping over him that he is having a hard time with Luca's disinterest.

I love how Travis and his brother's band crossover into this series and loved getting to know them better. Even Josie gets here happily ever after. Another great story by Julie Capulet! You will fall in love with her characters.

Hopeless Romantic – This is the story of Bo and Millie. Bo is the star qb for the university they both attend. He has it all – looks, money, friends, and talent. He has all the girls chasing after him, only he hasn’t found the “one”. Millie is a girl from the trailer park who had no idea who her father was, and a mother who overdosed on heroin. Millie is very guarded with her life, and wants to be left alone so she can finish her second book. You can’t help but fall in love with these 2 characters because both seem to be good natured and down to earth. He’s not your typical rich qb and Millie doesn’t realize how beautiful inside and out she is.

My Hero – This is the story of Caleb and Violet. Caleb is the older brother of Bo. He too has it all – looks, money, “brothers”, talent. He joined the military not long after his father passed away and only comes back after an unfortunate accident that wounded him and cost him some of his brothers. Violet is Millie’s roommate who is full of sunshine and studying to be a psychologist. Violet had a great childhood growing up with the exception of 1 tragedy in her life that made her decide to become a psychologist. All Violet wants to do is help people and help them get better. Caleb doesn’t understand why he was the one left behind and his brother’s were taken.

Arrogant Bastard = This is the story of Gage and Luna. Gage is the older brother of Bo and Caleb. He is a rich playboy who only uses women for one thing. Luna is a strong, independent woman who owns a bar in Key West. Luna believes al rich men are jerks and should even be considered as relationship material. When Gage and Luna meet, there is some type of chemistry – Gage blows it off as it will go away once he beds her and Luna believes that she will stay as far away from the playboy as possible.

I have to say when the McCabe brothers find someone, they all fall hard! Each brother had their own story, but like their father, they all fell hard for the girl of their dreams. These stories dealt with drug addiction, PTSD and grief. While each son dealt with the death of their parents in a different way, there was one girl who was the one to bring them out and show them how to deal with their grief. Great story, great characters. I cannot wait to read more from this author. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy through Booksprout ARC’s for an honest review.

Bo needs to meet the woman who has caught his eye and he will not rest until he does, and once they come face to face their destiny is sealed and true love happens in an instant. A true romantic love story that should not be missed. I am so happy I have the next book in the series as I need to know what happens with the other McCabe brothers right now!!

#2 – My Hero- When Caleb arrives home to recover from injuries from a combat mission where his brothers in arms were killed, he is plagued with survivors guilt and PTSD. Millie's best friend Violet, who happens to be attending college to be a psychiatrist sees the broken soul from their first meeting. So when Caleb tries to withdraw from his family, Violet is the one that follows him. But from the moment Caleb sees her he feels something he thinks he has no right to feel. Will the two be just what the other needs to get through his pain? Or will he put higher walls up and push her out even more than his family? Heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time this was a book that will stay with the reader long after they finish it. Julie Capulet once again wrote in such a way that the reader feels the emotions of her characters with each and every step they take. Emotional and highly entertaining.

#3 – Arrogant Player - Saving the best for last - oh how the mighty have fallen!! When Gage sees Luna across a crowded bar he instantly connects with her and wants her for his own. But this playboy needs to get in her good graces first. Luna has skeletons in her closet that have forced her out of the dating scene and left her with a fear and a hatred nothing seems to be able to overcome. With money to waste and a heart that will take him on a wild ride, Gage connives his way into her business - can he get into her heart too? With a storyline that will bring tears to you r eyes and a romance that will have you sighing with happiness this was an awesome read. I am sad to see the McCabe brothers' stories end.

Hopeless romantic: Bo McCabe might be young and inexperienced but he really is hopelessly romantic and I so wish there were more men like him in the real world. Millie is shy, cautious and so in need of the love that Bo provides. It might be an instalove but it is a truly beautiful love story full of deep feelings, intense connections and sweet first love.
My Hero: Caleb has just returned from war after losing some of his team and being injured. His body has healed but he’s still very broken inside. Violet has dreamed of being a psychotherapist since a family tragedy when she was 7. She wants to save him. He wants to save her from himself. Tragic, heartfelt, emotionally beautiful with a sweet HEA. If only such things could be healed so easily in real life.
Arrogant Player: Gabe McCabe is a successful, filthy rich alpha-hole, and every woman he’s come across throws herself at him, until Luna. Luna is a beautiful, emotionally repressed half-owner of a struggling bar. Her best friend/partner has to go back home due to an unexpected pregnancy which means Luna and the bar will be even worse off. In steps Mr Cocky, at first he’s buying the bar just to get to Luna. She has knocked him sideways and nothing feels the same, but he discovers that with every little bit more he learns about her the more he realises that what his father had was real, and Luna just proved it. Heartfelt, steamy, emotional and joyous at the end.

Julie Capulet writes amazing heroes who range from the sweetest young men, to damaged recluses, to the cockiest alpha-holes but once they find the woman that is meant to be theirs they do everything possible to make sure she is their world. Her heroines are beautiful inside as well as out and the love she writes of is one that we should all aspire to find.

This is Bo and Millie's story. All it take is one view of her picture on the jumbotron. It spirals from there. Really neat how the team gets behind Bo to find his angel and what happens after that. Total devotion on Bo's part and his intensity is scary at times, but he would never hurt Millie. He gives her the world and more. Makes you "feel good" definitely.

Violet has decided that Caleb is her new mission. She wants to help him recover from PTSD after returning from overseas. It was really only one look and he was hooked but he would not admit it. Then they meet again and they get carried away and Caleb leaves. "Lives are not clean. Legacies are messy. Memories are personal." Very true. Everything changes in the blink of an eye and they both comes to that realization fairly quickly. Dreams do come true, especially with the right partner.

Arrogant Bastard
Instant Love. Gage is lured down to the Keys for a weekend with someone he doesn't want to be with. He fixes that problem and runs into Josie and Luna in an eclectic bar on the beach. He's instantly captured by Luna, but Luna is definitely not captivated by Gage. He finagles his way into a business deal, as he is the king of business deals and owner of many businesses already. He wants Luna and will make the deal of the century to do it and still retain 51% of her business, she has to listen to him, doesn't she?

There's history with Luna and Gage is persistent, breaking into her apartment, but also using his shoulders so she can lean on him. It's really sweet what he does for Luna and even Josie. The McCabe/Tucker family definitely has jeans to die for. This a feel good story for sure. You won't be disappointed.

When These Boys Fall, They Fall HARD!!!

I am voluntarily leaving this review. This box set is the complete series and is filled with three quick read, insta-love books. The brothers represent different “tropes” such as a football player, war veteran and a CEO.

Book 1: Hopeless Romantic
I loved this book. It was a sweet, instant love between Millie and Bo. Millie’s background made her shy and introverted while Bo was the social butterfly. Her first day of college, and she is talked into attending the football game with her new roommate. While the quarterback, Bo is on the field he glances at the Jumbotron and his life is instantly turned upside down.

I loved how protective and supportive Bo is of Millie and how they just clicked. I loved how they both supported and encouraged each other.

Book 2: My Hero
This story was a little deeper than the first since it touches on PTSD and the effects that war can have on someone. Violet and Caleb had the insta-love moment, but on a different scale then Bo and Millie. Considering Caleb’s past and Violet’s career choice, they made the perfect couple even with some bumps in the road.

Book 3: Arrogant Player
This story took me a bit to get into. I loved the enemies-to-lovers part of the book, but Gage was a bit over the top with smugnesses and selfishness. Luna was perfect. Once Gage finally starts to get over his selfishness and tame his smugness down, you finally get to see the real him. Both Luna and Gage had some problems in their past and once they opened up and let their guards down, they were perfect for each other!

I have read books by Julie before and loved them just like I loved this one. I can’t wait to read more from her!

McCabe Brothers series - A wonderful 3 book series

McCabe Brothers Series by Julie Capulet contains the three books from this series -
1. Hopeless Romantic (Bo McCabe and Millie Baylin)
2. My Hero (Caleb McCabe and Violet Jameson)
3. Arrogant Bastard (Gage McCabe and Luna LaRoux)

This series is about the three McCabe brothers and the women that challenge them who they fall for hard. Each of the stories is a different trope/setting which is a nice mix. I have already read and reviewed each of these books separately so I am not going to repost my reviews here, as you are free to read them if you would like to. For me this was a mixed series. I thought the first book had a good premise but it did not really work for me, so it was 2 stars. The second book was a more emotional story as it takes on the effects of PTSD and the author did this in a really good way, so 4 stars. The last book was my favorite as it was so much fun to watch Luna and Gage, he was a man who just perplexed by his feelings for the beautiful woman that seems to be immune to this rich playboy, so this was 5 stars..
Julie Capulet has written three books that are engaging and entertaining with story-lines that are interesting and different from each other. The characters are well developed with a whole range of characteristics that make them fun to watch as they figure things out on their journey to lovely HEA's.

I received a copy of this box set and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

This is a great box set which this author has done a fantastic job in weaving these 3 stories, which is about finding soulmates and true love.
#1 Hopeless Romantic
This is Bo and Millie’s story. Bo is a quarterback and Millie is new in town and is due to start college. There is an instant attraction between these two, and Bo works hard to convince Millie to take a chance on them being together. This is a well written story which is a fun, entertaining, humorous, and sweet read with witty banter throughout.
#2 My Hero
This is Caleb and Violet’s story. Calex is ex-military who has just returned from a tour in Afghanistan, and he is broken and vulnerable and carrying the scars to prove it, and when he meets psychology student Violet, she is the light to his darkness. This is a beautifully written tale which is an emotional roller coaster, which had me totally captivated throughout this addictive and riveting tale.
#3 Arrogant Bastard
This is Gage and Luna’s story. When Gage meets sassy Luna, he is on vacation and she is a bar owner. Luna and her partner are facing some decision making, and Gage offers them a deal which could change everything. These two are a perfect match together. This is a well written story which is entertaining and fun, with explosive chemistry.

The McCabe Brothers series features "Hopeless Romantic", "My Hero" and "Arrogant...". They are fairly quick reads with lovable characters. The stories are nicely developed. I read each individually and here are the reviews:

"Hopeless Romantic" - This is Millie and Bo's story! It's a fairly quick read with instant love. I really like this beautiful and delightful story. It's nicely developed, low on drama and just a pleasure to read. Bo is the quarterback for the football team and sees her and thinks she is the one. Millie, was dragged to the game, thinks he is crazy. What great characters!

"My Hero" - Caleb, a soldier, who has returned from a tour of duty is suffering from a form of post traumatic stress disorder. Violet, s student getting a degree in psychology. These two meet and it's instant but he doesn't feel like he can be with her because he will hurt her. She saves him and he cherishes her.

"Arrogant..." - It is an enemies to so much more plot. I really like Gage and Luna and how their story developed. The title is very fitting of his character when you are first introduced to him. These two end up as partners. One fact she is not happy with at all. These two set the pages on fire! This a heartfelt story that is entertaining and fun!

I note that some readers have written a review for each book or written 2 or 3 page reviews I am sorry, that’s not me, I don’t have that kind of time, I’m short and sweet. This is a pretty good read. A new author for me. I like boxsets - the savings as well as having the books in one place. This is the McCabe Brother’s series and the boxset has the first 3 books. McCabe Brothers Series by Julie Capulet contains the three books from this series -Hopeless Romantic (Bo McCabe and Millie Baylin); My Hero (Caleb McCabe and Violet Jameson); and. Arrogant Bastard (Gage McCabe and Luna LaRoux). All were entertaining and enjoyable reads. Each book profiles a different brother and the woman that challenge them and fit their personalities. These are guys who are all alpha and you know what they say, the harder they deny, the harder the fall and they do fall. Each story also belongs to a different troupe. If I had to choose, I’d probably choose book 2 as a great emotional read and book 3 as an entertaining and fun read. I do know a bit about PTSB as was the subject in book 2, as I have loved ones who deal with it and thought the author presented the subject with respect and some knowledge.
