Some useful information in the early chapters, but large chunks of it were not useful, helpful, or practical. I think that each chapter was written by a different person (or set of people), but contributed to the book feeling very disjointed. Several of the chapters felt like blog posts strung together.

Many claims were made without citations, and many of the citations that were present were references to white papers (or similar internal research performed by a for-profit company standing to benefit from the results): Aflac, Deloitte, Global Wellness Institute, PWC, Korn Ferry. This became especially noticeable in the later chapters. I suspect that one of the later chapters was written by people from Korn Ferry, due to the multiple Korn Ferry references, and to a style very similar to The Talent Manifesto: How Disrupting People Strategies Maximizes Business Results from Korn Ferry.
