Jordan by New York Times–bestselling Author Lori Foster
Jordan Sommerville was a healer of helpless animals, a rescuer of strays, a man who could seduce a woman with his voice alone. Yet he didn't use that power often. His brothers joked that he was holding out for a paragon of virtue, and not many in Buckhorn qualified. But then he met Georgia Barnes and broke all his own rules!

Review: Jordan It’s not love at first sight for Jordan Sommerville and Georgia Barnes. It all starts in a bar, then leads to being put in the back seat of the same police car with a possible arrest in both of their futures. Adelaide is just doing what she must do to survive and provide a life for her children, her mother, and herself. Jordan finds himself attracted to Georgia and realizes he’s able to help her out in a lot of ways. If only she’ll let him. But pride stands in the way. Can he get past her defenses and show her he’s actually one of the good guys?
Jordan is such a sweetheart, and I enjoyed his story very much.
Review: His Secretary’s Surprise Fiancé Adelaide Thibodeaux has plans for her future that don’t include Dempsey Reynaud, her boss and childhood friend. When Dempsey realizes he might lose his much-needed assistant, he announces their engagement in public, figuring it will give him more time to talk some sense into her. Sure, she deserves to start her dream business, but he doesn’t want to lose her. Although they had been friends during their struggling youth, lately there have been stronger feelings that neither one is willing to admit to. They agree to a time limit for the fake engagement, but only because he believes he’ll prevail. But as she gets to know Dempsey’s family and sees another side to him, she can’t help but fall for him. Will Dempsey ever admit that the feeling is mutual?
