Overall, I love her practical experience shared through her 20 years of experience in the industry. She provide concrete concepts at the same time converging with having an innovation mindset.
However, I felt like this book could be shorter because half way through the book, she was basically reiterating the concepts over again using different phasing.
To conclude, it was still a worthwhile read for me.
