Rate this book
The book Fearless offers timeless, practical information for both parents and coaches and helps them to get young athletes into a concentrated emotional state, where information in the brain is processed faster. In this state, the brain of an athlete perceives situations faster, makes better decisions, and implements newly acquired abilities effectively. The key information from psychology, motor control, and neuroscience is explained in an interactive and easy to understand form here. Adam Truhlar, the author of the book, has been dealing with this subject for over 12 years and offers solutions to situations that coaches and parents encounter on daily basis. They hold the environment, in which the brain of a young athlete develops in their hands.
