This book advertises 'with video lessons' - however, the videos it links to are all from my YouTube channel, Team Recorder. I was not contacted for permission, nor am I credited anywhere in this book. I would not have given my permission for my videos to be used in this way. The original eBook on amazon.co.uk advertised 'unlock exclusive access to video lessons', which is misleading as the videos are all up on youtube - not exclusive at all. You can view the link here. http://activitywizo.com/rec/ I would recommend that prospective musicians choose a different book.

This was a decent starter book, but really would have benefited from more practice music for each set of notes. I feel like I got a quick introduction to both playing the recorder and reading music, but not enough for any of it to stick long-term. It would probably be great as a very brief introduction and then paired with another, more detailed method book that has a larger selection of exercises.
