DNF. The author is all Me, me, me, me.. I am sorry, is this a biography? The author tells us allllll about her life. Very unnecessary Blablabla. When I saw in the introduction the amount of books she had written and how she quoted Matt Haig, I did think to myself, Oh no. Yes, you got it right, it’s exactly the same tips you will find in so many other books. “Be kind to yourself”, “it’s okay not to be okay”, “Drink water”, etc
You can find way better books and ones that cite their sources…

Full of practical advice. Took away lots of great ideas… some of which I already practice.
