What happens on holiday doesn't always stay on holiday...
When mousy factory-worker Lilith Monroe meets gorgeous Will Taylor on holiday, she reinvents herself as Lily, a risk-taking costume designer extraordinaire. What’s the harm in a few white lies when she’ll never see Will again?
Back in England, Will can’t stop thinking about Lily. When his events company needs a costume designer last minute for the Royal Windsor Festival, it’s like fate is knocking on his door. He can hire Lily and see if the spark is still there. Except he hasn't been entirely honest with Lily...
Can a holiday fling become something more, or are there too many untruths between Lilith and Will?
Tracy grew up in Berkshire as part of a large and noisy family. She now lives in a small village in Surrey with her motorbike-loving partner and her little rescue dog, Poppy. Prior to becoming an author, Tracy worked for the charity Citizens Advice for over twenty-five years. She held various different roles in her time there, including advising prisoners, representing clients in the County Court, and managing a local office. She worked with an amazing group of volunteers, who gave up their time freely to help their community. She also found it a great avenue for ‘people-watching’, something that as a writer, provided endless inspiration for character development and story ideas.
Since the age of eleven, Tracy has been actively involved in amateur dramatics and she’s acted in many productions, written sketches, and directed shows. Her first role was in Aladdin. She played a jewel in the genie’s cave and was told to ‘stand there and sparkle’ – not exactly taxing stuff. While most teenagers spent their free time obsessing with fashion, make-up, pop music and boys, Tracy would often be found prancing around the stage pretending to be Miss Muffet, Bessie the Milkmaid, and her personal favourite, Aurora the Goose. Adulthood brought with it more serious roles, such as Nora in The Dolls House and Maggie in Hobson’s Choice. She’s also played Viola in Twelfth Night and Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Her favourite role was Geraldine Granger in The Vicar of Dibley.
Tracy started writing in her late twenties, song lyrics, sketches for pantomimes, before discovering her love for novel writing. Over the years she’s written numerous short stories, a number of which have been published in My Weekly magazine. She’s also been short-listed for several writing competitions, and won 1st prize in the Southern Daily Echo Feature Article competition. In 2024, Tracy’s novel Only For Christmas won the prestigious RNA Festive/Holiday Award.
Tracy describes her writing style as modern tales of romance, with engaging quirky characters, who overcome adversity, grow as people, and conclude in a satisfying optimistic ending.
Lilly and Will… Lilly and Will…. Oh couldn’t you be more developed as characters?
Overall this book was cute- it had the usual up’s and downs of all rom-com books and it kind of lacked that uniqueness that usually comes with really good rom-coms. It was Rom but not so Com… my favourite aspect of the book though was how hard Lilly pushed through to make things work and to deliver the event of her career…knowing it would make or break her reputation, even though she was way in over her head, and no matter the outcome, Lilly still pushed which was awesome to see…! I also really liked her relationship with her movie star friend (who’s name I have forgotten) because even though they just met she totally put her life and problems aside to help her friend. All in all it was a good read just wished it had a bit more uniqueness to it.
ARC received from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
Wow this book took me SO LONG to read because I just couldn't get over the trope-iness of the book. I think some books can pull of the rom-com template really, really well, this book just REALLY did not do it for me. The only thing I enjoyed about this book were the (very brief) parts describing the costumes Lily designed and the description of the whole fairytale event. This book is the epitome of the worst parts of the 2000s rom-com wave. Every trope the book used was so overdone to the point of foolishness where you're just sitting their questioning the rational minds of these characters and how someone has survived so long acting the way they did.
FIRST OF ALL, I absolutely H A T E relationships built on lies. However, I do think some books can pull it off really well when there's a plausible reason for the lies and it brings a healthy angst without dragging on. Unsurprisingly, this book did not do that at all. Lily and Will's relationship started off with some major miscommunications, and while I think it could have been redeemable, the book took the absolutely WORST WAY of resolving the issue. What I really disliked about this novel was that not only was the lie the basis of their relationship, it was used as the crux of the plot. There was little-to-no challenges the characters faced. IN FACT, THE ENTIRE PLOT WAS JUST THEM AGONIZING OVER WHEN TO REVEAL THEIR LIES????? The whole festival line was there to put up some minor issues, but each part of the plot was pushed by the challenges of their lies???
SECONDLY, this book way overuses the 'clumsy girl' trope. I get that having a clumsy character can be really endearing as it humanizes a character. But when Lily is literally tripping over something EVERY OTHER SCENE, and when this clumsiness is the major force used to push her and Will together, all I felt was exasperation over this girl's lack of coordination. All I can think of is, honey, if you are legitimately falling into things/ walking into the street/ tripping over something when you're literally standing still, YOU NEED TO GO SEE A DOCTOR. THAT IS NOT NORMAL OK??????
Also, this is kind of nitpicky but some of the writing style in certain scenes REALLLYY bothered me. I found Lily and Will to have no chemistry beyond face-value attraction, and I think this is in part to the way their major milestone scenes were written. While the entire book is written in first-person past tense, certain scenes were written in a 'flashback' sort of way. Essentially, every single major moment between the two were not told 'in-the-moment' but rather over either Will/Lily reflecting about the past scene. As a reader, I found this really discomfiting because I felt that the flashback nature of the scenes really sucked all the heat and emotions out of the scenes, leaving me with the characters telling me they have chemistry, rather than the author actually showing it. As a result, I really wasn't feeling Lily and Will as a couple and I don't get how they were soo enamored with each other when they basically went through a very shallow fling based on lies and nothing else???
Other tropes used in this book that I hated: insta-love, weirdly prophetic child who always knows what the right thing to say is and offers no role other than to push the plot, combative characters with no real resolution.

A romantic story, boy meets girl and have a holiday romance. Neither are completely honest with the other which becomes a problem later in the book. Light reading and mostly enjoyable, though at times it stretches credibility. Some of the characters are too two dimensional , the daughter was inconsistent, at times coming across much younger thann her years(I would expect an 11 year old to know that it was the Carribean and not the carbon) which I found a little irritating . A good read for on holiday , it does not need to be thought about too much and follows the usual relationships ups and downs formula Thank you to Net Galley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review
This is a clean romance with mistaken identities and some fun and laughter, although this definitely wasn't a quick read for me. I wanted to really love this book, but for the most part for me it kinda fell flat and therefore it took me a while to get around to finishing it.
For the most part, I liked the story of Lillith "Lily" Monroe and Will Taylor - both had been through some traumatic losses and both needed to take a break from reality when they meet and are thrown together while on vacation in the Caribbean. The beginning part of the story focuses on them finding each other and coming together as what they each want to be in the Caribbean, while the rest of the story brings them back to reality in England. This vacation part of the book was the best part for me - this part flew by quickly as I loved reading about how they fell in love with each other while being who they wanted to be, not who they actually are. But back in England fate throws them together again, only this time they both have to deal with their real situations and not what they said they were when they met on vacation. I really wish both of them had the courage to tell the other what was really going on rather than letting the lies build up until it imploded on them - it got very hard to see how they treated each other as virtual strangers (even though that's really what they were). However, I was happy with how it all ended up working out, so in the end there is a HEA.
I'm glad I got to read this, as it was fun to see a little bit of behind the scenes of filming at Windsor Castle, and I loved some of the supporting characters (like Poppy and Megan) - they brought some fun and laughter to the book.
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the chance to review this advanced reading copy!
I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected out of a read like this. I picked it up cheap as a read while sick but I actually really enjoyed the plot, characters and warmth. Yes there were a lot of tropes and there were some things I wish had been fleshed out better but the story overall felt like a warm hug so I was happy to look past some faults.
This book is a cheesy romance and one that would be a good introduction to those who may be new to the genre. I wasn’t wowed but got through the book easily. The male character was a bit of a prick in my opinion and I wasn’t in love with him.
A holiday romance story. Yes,it was predictable but I liked the characters so that helped. A light read that I would have finished quickly if things like going to work hadn't got in the way .
Cute book, more like 3,7 stars. By the end there were quite a few cliches written off of the list, but they were fit to the characters’ personality so they weren’t that annoying. Easy and light reading. Perfect for holiday.
Thank you to Netgalley for my eARC in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion. I wanted to love this book. The summary gave it such promise, but quite honestly it just fell flat.
Lilith and Will are both trying to "get over" life situations when they meet at a luxury Caribbean resort. Lilith or Lily as she so ''cleverly' reinvents herself has just lost her last remaining relative (her grandfather) after 10 years of caretaking for him. She goes on this trip (but not before a My Fair Lady like makeover). Will is still grieving and not over the freak tragic death of his wife Sara when their daughter Poppy was just 2. She hit her head after skiing but seems fine until later that night where she eventually goes unconscious and never awakens (reminiscent of Natasha Richardson). Will and Lily meet up and decide to keep these life situations from each other and actually flat out lie about their lives. During this vacation they never even talk about their personal lives. How on Earth is that realistic?
Both return home, Lilith receives an unusual job offer to be to her surprise a head costume designer when all she had been before was a factor pattern cutter. Her boss is none other than Will who hires her without ever checking her references. Will of course decides to hide that he was ever married and has a child.
Both characters lies are eventually exposed, they get mad at each, but realize they are madly in love with each other. Both Lily and Will were boring, 2 dimensional and totally unlikeable characters. I'm guessing this is supposed to be a fun summer, beach, fluffy read but the fact that these two decided to keep lying throughout the whole book and then end up with a perfect Cinderella ending was just more than I can handle.
If you would enjoy a cheesy, cozy romance novels, then this book might be for you all.
What will happen when two people meet on a vacation and then lie one another about their selves? Well, Lily lost her grandparents and then goes to Caribbean for the vacation. Will Taylor who is a single father also goes for a vacation to Caribbean. The two meet each other and then fell in love and then when the vacation is over, they go on their separate ways back in England. Now here's the white lie--Lily told Will that she was a costume designer when in fact she is working in a clothing factory. Will told Lily that he was not married. So when back in England when Lily gets a job in Will's production company, things start to turn uphill.
First of all, I love the book cover so five stars for the beautiful cute cover! But the plot line...I didn't really like it. I feel like I was watching some soap opera Hallmark holiday movie where boy meets girl, fall in love, then fall out and then again get back together. The writing was good and I didn't very much like some of the characters like Will. Overall, the book was unrealistic and a bit predictable as you know that is what is going to happen in the end that it will be actually happily ever after.
Overall, I rate this book as three stars--thank you Netgalley and the publisher for giving me the ARC. The review is based on my honest opinion only.
It wasn’t really bad. The writing is good. The story is okay but it was a little boring to me. I just couldn’t find it in me to care.
It’s the kind of cute romance story. Kinda dorky handsome guy whose wife died nearly 10 years ago is trying to take care of his 11 year old socialy awkward daughter. After years of trying his best at being a father he decides to take a vacation in the carribean by himself where he meets even more dorky women. And they both ommit some information while spending the holiday together.
Surprise, surprise. The couple meets again at some party the guys company organises. And unexpectedly their white lies (which were pretty pointless If you ask me) are being dragged to the surface.
If you like an easy plot with simple characters this book is for you. It’s probably the kind of book you want to read when you just need to turn off your brain and just go with the flow. There are some scenes that will amuse you, there are scenes that will make you smile but all in all not a book you will remeber in 5 years.
2.5/5*

This was a great light rom-com. During the first bit, I thought it was all too predictable and I was worried I would have to skim the book to just get to the end. About a quarter of the way through, things switched around and the book became a lot more interesting. The settings in Windsor and the Caribbean added a fun backdrop to a story of finding love after tragedy, presenting different versions of yourself, and good lighthearted fun.
This book was hilarious at times, I laughed out loud while reading. A good quick read that has a unique storyline. I truly enjoyed it!
Spoiler alert 🚨 the only thing is there is no way one person could create and finish a bespoke replica of a Royal gown in a week! Which makes the one character a jerk for thinking that was even possible.
[4.8] Highly recommend this book... I will admit, I was rather worried by the description. It could’ve very easily had been a book where the main characters made me mad with their choices and decisions- lying to get one another- but that’s not what happened at all. And I am so happy for that. Let me explain. I was worried it was going to be a total lie, but it was truly that they were both put in positions where a white lie *made sense*- and kept on making sense. And they didn’t mean to do it, it just worked out that way and kept on going that way. I didn’t know if this was going to be a case of me feeling like I was yelling at the characters- ‘why are you doing this, doing that!!’ But it quite honestly wasn’t. I don’t see myself saying that very often.
From the time that they met on vacation in their ‘vacation modes’ and when they were thrown back into real life, I still really love where she took the characters. Their flaws and all. Especially their flaws and all. Because what kind of people would they be if they don’t have some kind of thing going on in their life that they have to work on? And they had to work on a lot, but it didn’t make them bad people.
I love the ‘actress’ character. Even if she does say “darling” too much. It’s SO refreshing to see a ‘famous model’ type stand up for the underdog in solidarity. You don’t see that very often and it was nice that it seemed like it was going to be a cliche, but wasn’t. I LOVE how it followed through even to the end of the book.
I absolutely love where this has gone. It didn’t give the feel of a one night stand to me. Which I loved. They were also both a little lost and rather lonely, so it was so nice to see them come together and grow as people. It’s handled really well and written really well. I truly enjoyed it. Great flow and great writing! I will say though, I was a little confused by his daughters’ age a few times. She seemed to act a little younger than what they said. She seems to me to be around 7 or 8, maybe even 6; …9? But I was baffled when they said 11. She’s ‘year 6’ and again, no way. By the end of the book, I was settled on like 9.
From the very beginning; It didn’t feel like he forgot about his wife who died either and moved on too quickly, which was important to me as well. In terms of the vacation, it just made sense for them to come together. It was time. For both of them. It made sense that they had their little white lies, - more actually a ‘leaving out of information’ kind of vibe actually - but they were definitely too deep in to correct it and had to go with the flow .. I’m surprised I agreed with that. But I whole heartily do.
The side characters were memorable (coming from someone who never remembers who is who nor names of the insignificant people in the back, that is really saying a lot)
It was handled really well and I didn’t get so mad at the characters that I was rooting against them which is great, obviously. Even when they messed up.
In terms of getting back from vacation- I would think I would say ‘well that’s a whole different story’, they annoy me now, but I’m really not at all. Their actions, although against the love story is true to character and I couldn’t see it going any other way. They should’ve had to fight for e and went though what they went though, otherwise it wouldn’t have been a good story. So! Great flow. Great job, and great story all around! 4.8/5!
Lilith Monroe, 29, has just lost her grandfather, the last remaining member of her family. Her grandparents raised her after her parents died. She had faithfully cared for her grandfather up to the end while working a job as a pattern maker. Her job is grueling and all she wants is to become a costume designer. Her clothing creations are beautiful. Two months later, Lilith has decided to have a makeover and take a 2-week vacation to the Caribbean. While there, she decides to call herself Lily.
Will Taylor, 34, is the father of 11-year-old Poppy. His wife, Sara, died many years ago and he feels he could never marry again, even though Poppy asks for a new mummy all the time. He does all he can to care for Poppy with occasional help from his parents. Will is the head of TaylorMade Events and his sister, Gemma, is the Financial Director. Poppy will be attending a 2-week camp soon so this is the perfect time for Will to get away.
When Lily and Will meet up, they begin to join in all of the activities at the resort resulting in some fun and some funny things finally leading to a love affair. Will tells her what he does but doesn’t mention Poppy. Lily tells him that she is a costume designer. At the end of 2 weeks, Lily decides they should go their own ways.
Some months later, Lily gets a job offer as a costume designer for a period film at Windsor Castle. Knowing she is a fraud, she accepts anyway for the chance to prove herself. It's Will’s company running the event and he suggested her because she said she was a costume designer. Oops! Can she pull this off?
Follows is a series of successes and failures that keeps Lily and Will at each other’s throats. Can they just get through this and go their separate ways again?
This is a really cute story filled with lots of funny and serious things that happen involving Will and Lily. Poppy is a really cute character and Megan is also a treasure. Come enjoy this time with these two stubborn people. I loved it.

Thank you to the publisher, Canelo, and the Author, Tracy Corbett, for an ARC to review for feedback.
Someone Like You is the story of Lilith "Lily" Monroe and Will Taylor, two people who meet and click while on a carefree Caribbean holiday. Lily is reeling from the loss of her grandfather and must decide what to do with her life now that she is free to live for herself. Will is a widowed father trying to protect his daughter and be both parents for her. When they meet on holiday, they get to be whoever they want to be, free from all responsibilities, because how would they ever see each other again? A little white lie could end up jeopardizing Lily's shot at her dream career and could spell disaster for any hope of romantic happiness, while a lie of omission forced Will to keep up his protective wall and may ruin any chance at love.
The cast of characters is likeable and fun, from the vacationers and staff on the island, to the members of the festival staff. I greatly enjoyed Lily's interactions with just about everyone. She seems genuinely kind (I mean, she learns her hotel neighbor's name and story) and it is easy to root for her. Will, on the other hand, has a contentious relationship with pretty much everyone, even his daughter, and it's a little off-putting that everyone ends up apologizing for upsetting him, even when he's in the wrong. His relationship with his sister seems overly quarrelsome. He comes off as a bit of a jerk throughout 90% of the book, and honestly I don't think he deserves someone like Lily.
The pacing of the story, for the most part was good. I did get lost in the switch between the use of dates and general spans of time (March 18 vs 6 weeks later), especially when changing between perspectives. Also, on an unrelated note, There were a couple of typos and errors that distracted me from the story, but nothing egregious.
Overall, this is a fun, lighthearted book that romance readers should enjoy.
Thank you to NetGalley, author Tracy Corbett, and Canelo Escape for my eARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. 3 stars The premise of this book had me really excited to read this book, but the deliverance fell short. Lilith Monroe, was a shy factory-worker, who meets Will Taylor on a much needed Caribbean holiday. Determined to leave the real world behind, both put on a different holiday personality and have a whirlwind romance. As the holiday comes to a close, both must return to their own realities that are lacking something. Will they ever meet each other again? When a set of circumstances and mishaps bring them back together to complete the filming of the Royal Windsor Festival. Will the withholding of information and white lies catch up to them or will their holiday romance turn into something real? These characters lacked development and growth. They both had their reasons for presenting another persona during their holiday, but it became very frustrating as they continued to hold onto those lies as they worked together on the production of the Royal Windsor Festival. I especially did not like Will Taylor and how he went about wanting a relationship with Lilith but did not share the fact he had a child and was a widow. He took away her choice of making an informed decision and led to unnecessary drama and miscommunication at the end of the book. The writing and pacing made it drag in some places. The HEA was predictable and lack excitement. Overall, this book would be an enjoyable read during a weekend and or trip to the beach. I would like to read more books by this author in the future.
3.5 stars. The first page or so of this book was rough. I wondered if I might even want to DNF it, which I never do, but it got much better after the funeral scene picked up. I’ve read quite a few rom-coms lately, and this one was actually fairly unique, plot-wise. The characters get together in the beginning then have to find their way back into a relationship throughout the book. I liked all the characters, especially Lily/Lilith. Even though you know she’s kind of lied her way into a job, you know she’s an amazing person and extremely likeable. I did find it a bit strange that throughout the book, Will’s family gave him so much trouble for having to help take care of his daughter. So many families, especially grandparents, do this all the time without acting so put out by it. You’d think they would be more understanding, especially as he’s a single parent who suffered a great loss. I also didn’t understand his family insisting he force Poppy to do more social things, at least not in the way they were. These are plot elements that would imply he has a bad relationship with his family, when you kind of understand that isn’t supposed to be the case. There were several references to being introverted being a negative thing, when it’s absolutely not, and I wouldn’t imagine frequent readers would really appreciate the implication. Despite that, I really enjoyed this book and would like to read more written by this author.
This was a nice light read for me and I was able to finish it within a couple of days. We start off the book with Lily, who meets Will on vacation in the Caribbean after a series of embarrassing moments. Both of them are escaping certain things in their lives, and surprise themselves when they both develop feelings for one another.
What I liked most about this book is that it wasn’t a straight forward romance, and the author added the reality of “real life” catching up to them when Lily is hired by Will to be the great costume designer for him, a lot she led him to believe she was capable of doing. They both had lies they needed to confess to one another but coming clean proved much harder than they expected, and the longer they waited to tell the truth, the harder it became.
I really enjoyed the banter between both characters, they fit together well even when they were disagreeing. I found myself consistently telling them to smarten up and be honest with each other! And at one point I was unsure if there would be a happy ending or not for the two of them (who both desperately deserve it).
Overall I really enjoyed this book and give it 4/5 stars.
As usual in my reviews, I will not rehash the plot (there are enough reviews like that out there).
This was a fun, light read, with a bit more depth to it than I expected as it dealt with some sad subjects as well as the fun stuff. Parts of the plot were not terribly believable to be honest, but that doesn't matter in fiction does it? :-)
The characters and their interactions were well written, and I liked the main character "Lily", whose accident-prone character was very believable as she reminded me of myself in my younger days! Poppy was a sweetheart and deserved a nice outcome to her story. My opinion of Will veered between like and dislike - he was a bit of a hypocrite (as he hadn't been entirely honest either!)
Overall the book is uplifting and fun, and would be a great holiday read. I'd happily read other novels by this author.
My thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for an ARC. All opinions my own.
4.5 stars for this book that kept me awake very late last night and from working today <3
A shy sewing bee pretending to be bold and successful; a grieving and good-looking daddy who purposefully forget to mention his daughter and dead wife : these little liars are the main characters of Someone Like You.
And I loved them ! Lily(ith) and Will are so cute, both torn apart by their lies and how to confess without hurting the other one's feelings (and their own pride). Secondary characters are so sweet. I really liked the plots around the romance and the timeline that made this book so lively and believable. Loved Windsor and the Caribbean as settings to this story. Really, i loved it.
It was my first book by Tracy Corbett, but it sure isn't the last :D !
Thank you to Netgalley for providing an eArc in exchange of an honest review.
This a great feelgood novel. Lily and Will are great characters. They met at a Caribbean vacation. Will thinks she is a professional costume designer and Lily thinks Will is single man, but none of that is true. They have a short romance and think they’ll never see each other again. But Will is an event manager and needs a costume designer for an important movie. He hires Lily for the job. A lot is going wrong, but the dresses she sew are magnificent. Lily an Will struggle with each other, attract e repel, but they do have a happy end. The story is great, the setting is also great. I liked the dialogs. The story is is alternately narrated by Lily and Will, so we know them well and see how both sides of the same story are going on. And in the other characters are Poppy, Zac and Megan really nice people. The pace is high and it’s very funny. Someone like you is really a recommended read.
Wonderful Clean Romance With All of the Feels This is truly a wonderful romantic story. It is a complete story with deep characters that are fully developed. Things are not over-described such as listing everything a character eats for dinner. In that respect, it is a mature novel. This is a clean story! All of the intimacy is behind closed doors, with no mentions of body parts feeling this way or that. The conflict between the characters is so complete that the reader does not know if they will end up together. That is a precious commodity in a modern romance novel. I enjoyed this book to pieces! I smiled through most of it, teared up a time or two, and highly recommend this book to anyone. I received this ARC book for free from Net Galley and this is my honest review.
I have never read Tracey Corbett's books before but I loved this book. Goes on holiday after her Grandfather died and she had been his carer. Lilith has to leave her home and decides to go on holiday to come to terms with her new life and her factory job. She decides to reinvent herself and exaggerates her skills as a costume designer, she has only ever made her own clothes. Unfortunately her holiday romance has also been economical with the truth and when Will needs a costume designer for his work he gets the agency to trace her.
What happens next is a mixture of romance, comedy, sadness and with the help of Will's young daughter changes their lives.
This book was written well and I unashamedly bought into all the tropes - clumsy girl. I love the fact that the beginning and the ending of the book are set abroad and especially loved the beginning with the descriptions of holiday paradise 🏝
I loved the protagonist right from the beginning. I found her to be relatable as she started her second phase of life without her grandpa. Although her clumsiness was exaggerated this did lead to some memorable scenes and helped move the story along.
A gorgeously uplifting romance.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for providing the eARC.
I really enjoyed this, a wonderful story about love and achieving your dreams. Lily and Will both go on holiday to the Caribbean to escape from grief, 2 different types of grief but grief none the less, they never expect to see each other again but a good love story wouldnt be a very good love story if they didnt right? You follow Lily and Will's story through every bump in the road and every romantic moment. For me the only thing I'd change is perhaps having a follow up chapter with Poppy but that's just me being picky.
Our two main characters Lily and Will are both grieving and trying to navigate life in the aftermath of their lose. After a chance meeting on holiday and a few white lies later Will and Lily go back to their lives. Never expecting to see each other again until a happy coincidence sees their worlds colid and chaos ensue.
A fun, lighthearted read full of warmth, humour and loveable characters. If you are looking for an escape from the winter blues or something light this book is for you.
A sweet heart warming romance from Tracy Corbett. I haven’t read anything from this author before but I will definitely be reading more from her in the future.
Lily and Will meet on holiday in the Caribbean and embark on many adventures but share a few white lies and mistruths. When they arrive back in the UK and Will’s company is in need of a costume designer and the agency has Lily’s name, will he see it as his second chance or will Lily be in deep water.
I enjoyed this book, it had laugh out moments and was a delight to read. I didn’t want to put it down.
