This is the first story that I am reading in this series of interconnected books and I enjoyed this novella about married couple, Ben and Krista. They plan a weekend away with some friends (who are apparently the main characters in the other books of this series). Ben and Krista have somehow not had sexual relations in a few months and this book is about them spicing up their love life for a weekend. The book was well written and definitely made me smile as some parts were amusing. I enjoy this trope as it's nice to see people who have been married for a long time, still have a loving physical relationship. The characters were likeable and relatable and this was a fun, quick read.

Great little get away

Fun story that develops more characters and revisits one of my favorites, Amanda. Plus it was the perfect sampling to keep me intrigued until the next story comes out.

I won this spicy story of a married couple rekindling their relationship in a giveaway. It’s hard to keep the romance going in a long lasting busy relationship.
