That was pretty good! I found myself fully aligned with the root causes of procrastination. In a very short read, you realize why you procrastinate, how to deal with it and finally how to eliminate it. Many useful tips you can follow immediately

The real things start from chapter-5 and then it takes to the next level.

Goals, having a role model, having a friend and finally maintaining good habits is the key.
