Centuries later, he finds himself at the temple again. Only to discover that his fated mate is there. She's finest female he's ever seen, irritatingly stubborn, too hot to handle, and participating in the most ruthless games ever created!

When Dalilah Ozymandias struggles to fight for glory, she finds herself being followed by a man who offers her a life-time of wicked pleasure.

She never asked for his protection and she doesn't want it either - until she realises that she can't do this alone.

First off I loved it. I love how Opal has this amazing way of characters staying true to their personalities throughout the book. There is a lot of character development in this one. Dalilah comes from a background where she’s not accepted and that effects her character quite a lot. It took me a while to like her but Darius. Darius takes the cake on this one and I truly enjoyed the bits from previous characters. The smut 🌶🌶🌶. Good lord. It’s like well. Alright then. This is what I’m into now 😂😂😂 can’t wait to read the next one

I liked the fact it had the previous characters in to start with then Darius and Dalilah became the main focus with a small infiltration of the others to ensure they weren’t forgotten. The plot was well thought out with a few twists and did have me on the edge of my seat at times, there were sad parts and some comedic additions especially from Darius such a lovable character. I’m just about to start the third book 😊

I'm glad the author decided to make Darius such a carefree yet protective lead character in this! And I love that Dalilah is this feisty yet sensual and experienced woman.
The plot is good and I love how they went all around the world (makes me want to travel!) so that they can play the immortal games (I forgot how to spell it)

That last smut scene *pants*, now that was naughty!

I didn't know how the Author was going to balance Darius being a hellhound x lykan hybrid but she doesn't leave you with unanswered questions at the end of the novel.

The detail is good and I would recommend this to anyone who likes ADULT PNR.
