The last thing Dannie needs is a Victorian gentleman on her ranch, playing cowboy while she's trying to save her family's livelihood. Will high stakes and high emotions lead to heartbreak?
Evan Rounsevell, second son to the Marquess of Rothwell, is running as far from his family and responsibilities as he can. His fascination with cowboys takes him from English shores to the Arizona desert, but the days of showdowns are over, and Tombstone, Arizona, is a respectable town. With no funds left, and no desire to call on his affluent family for rescue, Evan seeks a position as a cowboy at a ranch on its last leg.
Daniella Bolton's fiance left when the drought of 1893 crippled the KB ranch, but that's just fine by her. She doesn't need a man to help her save her family's land. Especially not an Englishman who looks down on her style of living, like Evan does. She loves her life on the ranch, and no outsider could ever understand what it means to be loyal to the land and her family's way of life.
Being a cowboy is harder than Evan thought, but as he works to earn his place on the ranch, his heart opens up to the beauty of the desert... as well as that of Dannie Bolton. Watching Evan fight for the ranch she loves makes Dannie realize that not all men are afraid of hard work and troubled times, and loving Evan might be just the salve her wounded heart needs. But when Evan's family summons him home right when Dannie needs him most, the feelings of betrayal from her former fiance's flight return tenfold.
Does Evan dare risk his tenuous relationship with Dannie to fulfill his family responsibilities? Or will leaving Arizona be the worst mistake of his life?
Sally Britton is sixth generation Texan, received her BA in English forever ago, and reads voraciously. She started her writing journey at the tender age of fourteen on an electric typewriter, and she’s never looked back.
Sally lives in Oklahoma with her husband, four children, and their overly energetic Australian Shepherds, cat, and snake named Nancy. She loves researching, hiking, and eating too much chocolate.
Oh my wordy word! This was just such a fabulous opposites attract, one-sided animosity, class difference/culture clash romance!
Only my second full audiobook ever and also like my second historical Western, I unknowingly came in with so many prejudices that were just blasted off like a can on a shooting practice table. Be kind as I confess my ignorance.
First of all, I thought one female narrator making all the different varied accents and voices would be borderline silly, and um, yeah, no, it was masterful, and I quite forgot it was only a woman in front of a microphone instead of a whole cast plus a “Duke” with swoony British enunciation. Just so well done and vivid.
And then second: I have not read much Sally Britton (again, foolishly, needs be corrected) and am now understanding I should not have been surprised by how deeply rooted in frontier Arizona this was. You know, Wild West cowboys and cattle, I thought that would be it, but this struck me with its richness in details of the time and place, the way of life, the ranching business, the contemporaneous legendary figures. History buff more than appeased.
And last, and perhaps most egregious: much like our spitfire rancher’s daughter, I came in highly doubtful of Lord Evan Rounsevell. Look, I love a second son searching for his place and purpose in life and you’d think my shameless fangirling over many things would lean me towards understanding, but a British peer’s son obsessed with the American Wild West seemed, for lack of a better word, nerdy and even a tad bit contrived. But, much like dear Dannie, I had to eat those faithless thoughts like Frosty’s dry, burnt cornbread. No shame in admitting my ill-preconceived notions, I adore going on a waryness-to-love journey right along with the heroine, and I was just as head-over-boots won over. I loved this Buffalo Bill fanboy and not just because mucking stables and suspenders does wonders for a man’s upper torso. The DEPTH. The vulnerability. The charm. So honorable and hardworking. Such a perfect fish-out-of-water proving his competence. And such a sucker for a fierce, figuratively and literally straight-shooting cowgirl. This romance burned slow like simmering chili on a cook-out (Is that my last on-the-range cuisine reference? We shall see). The progression was achingly sweet, the finding common-ground and bond developing just so well founded, and we love to see even a high-strung mama bear heroine swooning to high-heavens, resist as she tried, over an earnest “My Lady” endearment. Yes, Dannie, he got to me too. That last grand gesture on an eleventh-hour resolution and a full-circle epilogue? Pushing my non-emotional reader limits there; it was a close call with those warm HEA fuzzies *something in my eye*. Loved it so, so much.
And, don’t make Ruthie scold some sense into you, there’s no excuse to deny yourself, it’s free to listen on Youtube!
Content notes: kissing only, mention of parent-loss grief, on page unwanted advances.
This was such a different read! I don't think anyone has tried to marry Regency and the American West before! Sally is so brave for writing outside the box. The first of the book I spent just trying to wrap my head around this new idea. Fitting Lord Evan into the wild west was messing with my brain but believe me by the end of the book he didn't just belong it was part of him. Dannie took me awhile to get used to, she had some serious walls! I love the Duke was able to gently lower them by just being himself. There was such an ease to their story. She fell in love with him without even trying:} Sally is a great writer and really made this work for me. This is a sweet proper romance with some sweet kisses and no religion. Just good moral folks :}
Cute western. Englishman Evan is the second son and dreams of visiting the wild west in America. He takes his limited funds and makes that happen landing on a ranch in Arizona. It was charming to see the romance blossom between Evan and Dannie. Evan slowly transitioned from an English gentleman to a upstanding ranch hand.
An English Lord, Evan, comes to Arizona to live out his dream of being a Cowboy. What he doesn’t expect is Dannie, a lady who has been wronged by a man in the past and doesn’t trust him or even like him. He goes to work for her Father and as Evan learns to be a cowboy, Dannie learns to trust again.
I really enjoyed this story! I loved Evan, and how he had to learn to do things on the ranch. I loved how he was an English Lord that came to America. Dannie, is also a fun character, I loved watching her grow. I also loved their relationship and how in progressed. Dannie’s father is another character I enjoyed. I listened to the audiobook and loved the narrator. Overall, a great read and I definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
I enjoyed the contrast of an English nobleman in the dry ranch country of Arizona since I'm a fan of both Regency and Western genres (although this is set during Victorian times). Evan is living out his dream of exploring the Wild West since becoming obsessed with the lifestyle after meeting Buffalo Bill in England. Dannie makes a lot of assumptions about him and projects her negative feelings for charming men (or one charming man) and is not so nice to him in the beginning. I admired his patience and tenacity in his early days on the ranch, taking on the dirtiest jobs until he proved his mettle. The pace of the story is slow but steady as Evan and Dannie get to know and grow to admire one another. I'm used to more action and adventure in Westerns, but this story is definitely character driven and builds upon all the interactions and experiences of Evan and Dannie. The setting is well described and the harshness and beauty of the Arizona landscape came to life in my mind, giving me an appreciation for the people who lived there.

What a great start to a new series! Having lived in Arizona years ago, I loved the description of the land and climate and hardships these ranchers faced, as well as coming across a few familiar town and fort names.
I thoroughly enjoyed this slow burn romance. This was definitely an enemies to more trope, with Dannie setting her heart and mind against Evan right from the very beginning. Oh, but it was great to see her begin to realize that Evan fit in and embraced the ranching lifestyle and that he was not at all like the man who had hurt her a few years earlier. The way these two were continually drawn to each other and Evan’s patience with Dannie was sweet. The admiration and respect that Dannie began to feel toward Evan bloomed into more, yet it seemed there might not be a way for Evan to truly separate himself from his familial duties back in England.
The narrator did a wonderful job with the voices and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this romantic story. I loved the epilogue! What a sweet ending to the novel. I look forward to reading and listening to more books in this series.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
I broke the cardinal rule and read this series out of order, but the great thing about Sally Britton’s books is that they can be enjoyed as standalones. I thoroughly enjoyed this first book in her Victorian Western series. It’s the kind of fish out of water, slow-burn romance story I love. Whether you’re a Western or Victorian romance fan, this book definitely appeals to lovers of both genres.
Evan aka Duke is the second son of a Marquess. He’s always loved America’s Wild West ever since meeting Buffalo Bill. Against his family’s wishes, he decides to visit America. When he runs out of money, the last thing he wants is to contact his family. Instead, he finds work on an Arizona ranch living out his dream of becoming a cowboy. What he doesn’t expect, is the beautiful rancher’s daughter.
Dannie doesn’t trust men especially handsome ones. She’s been burned in the past. So, when a gorgeous Englishman wants to work on her father’s ranch, she’s very much against it. As Evan proves himself over and over again (unlike her fickle fiancé), Dannie’s feelings begin to thaw. But, Dannie knows Evan won’t stay forever. He has obligations in England. Will she give her heart knowing it might get broken again?
Dannie and Evan have such a swoony romance. They start out as adversaries, at least on Dannie’s part, but gradually grow to be friends and then more. The witty dialogue and verbal sparring between these two had me laughing out loud. I loved Evan’s suave, gentlemanly manner. It’s easy to see how he breaks down Dannie’s barriers.
The audiobook version of is fantastic! I loved the narrator. She put just the right amount of emotion into the story. I especially loved how she was so versatile with accents. There are quite a few characters from different places and she voiced these and both male and female characters so well.
This delightful romance is a must read with side characters who are just as endearing as the main characters. The whole community comes to life and makes you yearn for more stories. Highly recommend this entire series!
I love Sally Britton's books, and this was no exception, although it was different from the author's other books, and different from any hr book I've read. It's located in Arizona at the end of the 19th century and one of the main characters is an English marquess' second son. I read first the author's note to get a feeling for the setting. The story was sweet, the main and secondary characters well written. Sally Britton is a master at storytelling, I always feel I'm there with her characters. Already bought the second book in the series and can't wait to enjoy the marriage of convenience plot in it! 4 stars.
Not my usual genre, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. The author does a great job blending the charm of her English romances with the sense of adventure to be found in a western. As is the case with all of her books that I have read, the main characters are easy to like and root for.
I would recommend this to fans of westerns and for those who enjoy sweet romances but are looking to read something set outside of an English sitting room.
3.75/5. Enjoyable clean book. The focus is on the characters and the slow-brew romance between cowgirl daughter of rancher and the second son of a duke looking to make his own way in the world. He does suffer a bit from Second-Son Syndrome a la Harry but without the woe-me attitude and the self-induced drama. The language felt genuine and so did the main characters. This author is new to me but I enjoyed the story and narration.
Who here loves a good Western? Or a good Victorian? *Raises hand hi in the air* I sure enjoy both of those genres. And I love how Sally Britton combined the two together in this delightful story. She has such a gift to be able to write in several genres and it was fun to see her start writing a western series, especially since they are dear to her heart!
Evan, aka the Silver Dollar Duke or Duke, has finally put his dreams in motion by heading to discover the Wild West in America. When he meets Dannie and her brother his luck for joining a ranch and going on a cattle drive is improving…only slightly though. Dannie is pretty wary of him and doesn’t want him to come join her family’s ranch. She wants to send him packing and not have to add another worry to what’s already stressing her and her father.
But Evan is wonderful and quickly works his way into everyone’s hearts. Well everyone but Dannie. Lol! But since he is the Duke and wonderful, he’s very patient and continues to just be himself and proves to Dannie that he is everything he seems he is and a true gentleman.
They have some ups and downs that they have to work through. And which force Dannie to start to trust and open her heart up to those around her.
The friendship between these two was great but the sweet romance that starts to build and grow is fabulous! *happy sigh* I loved the banter between them that continued throughout the story, but I also loved Duke’s patience as he was showing her who he truly was. The way the author wrote the chemistry between them was sizzling at points. ;-) Don’t worry, it’s all clean!
I listened to the audiobook of this one and just adore this narrator. I love when I start a book that she has narrated. It brings a smile to my face because she’s just wonderful. I enjoy the inflections she adds to her voice and the “voices” she gives for the characters. She truly brings the story to life for me.
Overall this was just a delightful listen and I’m very excited for the next book in the series. It’s going to be just as wonderful!!!
Content: Clean. Some mild moments of peril.
I received a copy from the author. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.
A Feel-good and romantic historical western about an English Lord's cowboy dream.
Silver Dollar Duke is a story of soul-searching, hard-working, and believing in your dreams. It is the first installment in Sally Britton's new series Hearts of Arizona.
I'm a fan of her Regency Romances, and I was happy to see her talent explore another beloved subgenre, the historical westerns.
Evan Rousevell was the second son of a Marquess who always dreamt of becoming a cowboy.
London's society and his secondary role in his aristocratic family always left a void inside him that he did not know how to fulfill.
When his father determined that he should settle down and take responsibility for one of the family's minor estates, Evan decided to take a break and escape to America. He wanted a last adventure before being dutiful and doing what his father wanted.
He went to Arizona and managed to get hired as a ranch hand.
Evan did not expect to enjoy ranch life and develop feelings for his employer's indomitable daughter, Daniella.
The story is romantic, full of small gestures, exchange of looks across pastures, slow-building admiration, and a soul-deep connection between two very different people with much more in common than they would have expected.
I loved all the descriptions of ranch life: the everyday chores, the fierceness of the ranchers, and the sense of companionship and family.
Evan and Daniella were too lovely for words, and so were the side characters. Ruthie, Abraham, Dannie's father, the foreman Frosty, and the sweet dog couple Gus and Fable.
I can't wait to read Frosty's story. I find introspective, good-hearted heroes irresistible.
Silver Dollar Duke is a must-read for everyone who enjoys a feel-good, romantic, historical western.
Disclosure: I received a paperback copy of this book from the Author in exchange for an honest review.
Silver Dollar Duke FIVE STARS. Not many authors can venture from their chosen genre and be successful but Ms Sally has done just that. I am a voracious reader of the regency era and also a Texas cowboy and rancher so I know something about the setting for this book. The author has brought the two worlds together with class, humor and accuracy depicting the character of the people who pioneered the west. Congratulations on embarking on a different style of writing and being successful with it. I loved the book and I wanted the story to continue and I think the setting is perfect for a series, think about it!!
When I learned one of my absolute favorite Regency romance writers was writing a Western romance I couldn't wait. And let me tell ya, I was not disappointed. With Silver Dollar Duke, Sally Britton proves can write a Western romance every bit as swoony as any of her Regencies. I'm already antsy for the next one!
A clean Victorian western where a suave English Lord longs to be a cowboy on the Arizona frontier but meets resistance from the strong-willed rancher's daughter???
Yes, please.
This was the December group read with my patreon book buddies and was a very fun treat. How unique, sweet, and fun!
Sally Britton can not only write adorable clean regency romance, but clean, super-chill, slow-burn, Victorian western romance as well.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT The last thing Dannie needs is a Victorian gentleman on her ranch, playing cowboy while she’s trying to save her family’s livelihood. Will high stakes and high emotions lead to heartbreak?
MY TAKE I LOVED it so much. It struck all the right chords with me and had all the feels! Sometimes, depending upon what's coming between the couple, I find myself getting bored in the middle of the story. Not here. It kept me entertained all the way through.
I listened to the audiobook, and the narrator was a delight too!
This was my first Sally Britton book and it did not disappoint! England and the Old West are two of my favorite subjects, so I loved this story of an English lord living and working on a cattle ranch. I loved Dannie's independence and spirit, and Evan was both swoony and adorable. This was an excellent read and I can't wait to read the next book in the series!
It’s hard not to love any story set in Arizona. My soul belongs to that wide open state with the big sky and painted sunsets.
Ms. Britton did a lovely job capturing the charm of the American Southwest, some parts of this book felt like a Bret Harte story.
The characters themselves were… nice. Maybe a bit lacking in depth, but overall pleasant to read about. Dani was a pain in the ass for a major part of the book, but had her reasons, i suppose. Evan was a gent, kind and loyal and honorable, like all of this author’s heroes.
One note- i completely understand the whole nickname thing, but Frosty!? Really?? I pictured the snowman half the time, and started craving a wendys chocolate shake about halfway through the book 😅😅
3.5 🌟 Thanks @Drache for introducing this awesome author to me.
You know you have found a new author when you are glad that it's a clean romance and smut-y scenes are not going to divert your attention from atmospheric details.😇😇😇
I love it when authors branch out and try something different! A Victorian gentleman on an Arizona ranch is definitely unique but Sally hits it out of the park! This is such a fantastic story about finding your own path instead of living the one chosen for you. The novel was a little bit slower paced than some of other Sally's books, especially toward the beginning, but I did not mind at all. The romance is sweet, the story is an adventure, and the epilogue is perfection!
I received a complimentary copy of this book but a positive review was not required.
It is 1895, and Evan, the second son of a Marquess, has dreamed of visiting the western United States ever since he saw Wild Bill perform for the queen, and so when faced with the proposition of spending his life caring for an estate that will never belong to him, he finally makes his dream come true. Selling the few of his possessions that actually belong to him, he makes his way to the West, and finds himself in Tombstone, Arizona, where he gets a job as a drover on a ranch.
Dannie, the daughter of a cattle rancher, is not happy about her father's newest cowboy, because he is obviously not a cowboy, and his posh accent and manners, lead her to distrust him from the start - mostly because of a heart breaking experience from her past. But it doesn't take long to see that Evan works hard and really does want to be there, and although they start to build a friendship, they both know that he will eventually have to go home to his duties in England.
Clean, fun romance, and I loved seeing how even the elite of the English ton have so few choices for them in their lives, and how it would be to try and break out of the society and life you are born into.
Update: I just finished listening to the audio version of the book. It was so well done. And hearing the story for my second reading, I loved it even more than the first time. Highly recommend.
I love Sally Britton's Regency England romances so it was fun to read her first historical American western with a touch of England added. I loved that "Duke" was willing to work so hard to prove himself and make his own dreams come true. And I loved his ability to keep calm under pressure. I loved that though Dannie has the ability to be a lady she works as hard as the men to make their ranch profitable despite setbacks from the weather. They are both hard working and determined to succeed. This was an enjoyable read. I couldn't tell how a happily ever after was going to take place since it just didn't seem possible but I had pretty much decided how it could work out. I was wrong so the ending surprised me. Loved this one and I'm looking forward to the next in the series.
Sex: a few kisses Language: no Violence: a little fisticuff action *I received a complimentary ARC of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
I really enjoy Sally Britton's novels. This one steps out of her typical genre of Regency romance into Victorian American Western romance (not sure of that's an actual genre title!) but it works! Historical fiction in the American West isn't a genre I'm typically drawn to, but I will continue reading this series as it comes out. This is a sweet, wholesome romance about a second son of a Marquess who has always dreamed of working on a cattle ranch in Arizona working on a cattle drive. He works to prove himself worthy of the job. The conflict emerges when he develops feelings for a certain lady, and he has to decide if he will follow his heart or honor family responsibilities. I'm not very familiar with the historical intricacies of this time and setting, but it seemed well researched and interesting to read. One thing I always appreciate about Sally's writing is her ability to pull emotions from the reader, which she did well at in this book.
Regency meets Western? What is not to love here? Dannie is your stereotypical western woman, strong, able to care for herself and not about to let a strange man worm his way onto her family ranch. Evan is the second son and has always dreamed of experiencing real cowboy life. He has a lot to prove to Dannie and the other ranch hands, including her father. Evan is the real deal though, genuine and a hard worker. Dannie’s broken heart, and trust, is no match for the real man she comes to see in Evan. I loved seeing Evan grow in the ways of the West! Most of all though, I enjoyed the friendship that slowly developed into more. The narrator does an excellent job of capturing the accents and male/female characters. She truly brought the story to life and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to listen to the story unfold. I received a complimentary copy from the author and all opinions expressed are my own, freely given.
I have enjoyed all of Sally’s Regency England books and loved this different setting with her well developed characters. The concept was fresh and enjoyable. Dani has a lot of hurt to overcome and I loved Evan’s grand gestures. William’s character was brief but a funny addition at the end. The epilogue was just perfect.
Dear Mrs. Britton, Oh, but I loved this book! This adorable sweet western was so beautifully written that I just couldn’t get enough! The characters, the conflicts, the resolutions, the love story (swoon!), even the setting sucked me in from the very first page and I didn’t want it to end! Dannie is just the sort of heroine I love to read about. A woman who is strong and knows her mind, but also has flaws she is able to overcome, as well as not being so strong she just can’t have a man in her life. I loved her so much! Her character growth was perfect! Naturally Evan utterly charming and wonderful. I so enjoyed picturing this man from a privileged background learn about manual labor and just how much work it actually takes to run a ranch. But he’s still so humble! And so very swoony! The way you have pieced together this love story was utter brilliance. I loved the pacing and the romantic tension and the obstacles that had to be overcome. I was on the edge of my seat, quite literally at times, waiting to see what would happen. And then what DID happen?! Well, absolutely nothing I predicted! I will say nothing further for fear someone else will read this correspondence and will be given spoilers, but I am quite certain you know what I am talking about. I finished this book with a smile on my face. I was deliriously happy and am deeply looking forward to reading its sequel. Thank you for providing such a wonderful book to read. I loved it so much (and I am grateful you have an extensive backlog I can immerse myself into while waiting for the next story)! Your fan, Jessica
Quotes I loved:
“Ah. That boy would nurse a rattler back to health if he found one with a bent tail.”
“Miss Bolton, I assure you I am a man of honesty and integrity. That you would doubt me speaks less to your desire to exercise caution and more to a prejudice of which I cannot understand. Perhaps with time, you will understand I am a man of my word.”
“Out here, from the beginning of an acquaintance, you trust more to how a man behaves at present than whatever his past has been. I’ve known men who were thieves in the East, but I trust them with my life and valuables out here. You worry less about where a am comes from than you do where he’s going, and what he plans to do to get there.”
“Every man oughta get a chance to prove he’s worth his salt.”
“Did you forget your dancing slippers when you came over on the boat?” Dannie sidled up next to him, leaning her back against the white-washed church wall, too Their shoulders were inches apart. “Among other things,” he responded. “I left behind my valet. I think I miss him most of all. Only think how much more the cattle would respect me I was turned out in style every day, with a shine to my boots and freshly shaven.”
“Daddy, love is stability, isn’t it? You’d offer yourself to her. That’s the best thing any woman could ask for.”
“Without the reach, I wasn’t someone a man would want to love. And she told me that I was more than enough. That offering myself, my heart, to the right man would be more than enough. Even if I didn’t have a penny to my name.”
“You’re turning into quite the cowboy, Duke.” “I hope that’s a compliment.” “We’ll see.”
“It might be your laundry, but I’m going to help you with it.” He pulled the shirt out of the water and ran it down the scrubbing board and into the water a few times, giving attention to the sleeve. He mouth opened wide, and she stepped back, hands going to her hips. “Why would you do that?” “Society raised me to be a gentleman. That means coming to the assistance of a lady in distress. Can you think of anything more distressing than laundry?”
I will be honest, I had no idea what to think when I started this book. A mix of Victorian and western? I was intrigued, but not sure how to feel. However, I have loved Ms. Britton’s books in the past, so I was ready to read it. And I really enjoyed it! Evan has dreamed about the wilds of America. As the second son of a marquess in England, he is expected to marry well, tend to his brother’s lands, and be a credit to the family. However, he wants to make something of himself, to prove himself, and America is the place where anyone can build a life for themselves. When he comes to Arizona to work on one of the ranches and he is met by the young Bolton’s of King Bolton’s ranch, Evan is excited for the opportunity to pursue his dream. Danniella Bolton, or Dannie as everyone calls her, is less than impressed with the proper English gentleman who appears in the nearby town. He is much too smooth, much too charming, and much too green. He has no idea what he is in for when he asks her father for work on the ranch. But Evan’s work ethic and character soon prove her doubts wrong, he is honorable and willing to get his hands dirty. However, as respect turns into something more, will their differences keep them apart? I thought Evan was so sweet. He wanted to do something with his life and he left to prove himself. Even though he came from a world of luxury and convenience, he worked on the ranch and started at the bottom. He was truly a gentleman towards Dannie and admires her greatly. Dannie had past trouble with love and was suspicious of Evan at first. She had to get over her fears and past hurts to truly see him. She was so tough and capable, but she had walls up too. I admired her abilities, she could do so much! She truly had a heart for the land and loved the work they did on the ranch. It was also amazing to see the world of Arizona in that time period. Silver Dollar Duke is the first of the Hearts of Arizona series, so I am excited to see how the world is developed. The Bolton family was lovely to read about and those who worked alongside them were like family too. I am excited to read more! Watching Evan prove himself on the ranch, as he learned the workings of the ranch, he was discovering what he really wanted in life. What did he really want? Just to show that he could work on a ranch? Dannie had to also see what she really wanted, to get over her past. The struggles facing the ranch and those on it would test them and their relationship. Overall, this book exceeded my expectations! It was leaning more towards western, but it was really cute. It was a sweet clean romance, with the adventure and excitement of living in the wilds of Arizona! Anyone who enjoys adventure, westerns, and clean romance will enjoy this!
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion, I was not required to write a positive review.
