Please note this is a novella! Kelsi Tyler a young woman that has her life outlined. She has graduated college and started her career. She is truly attempting to live her life to the fullest. She has no problem deadening anything and anybody who isn’t on the same page as her. Love was the last thing on her mind. Trent is a hustla who does whatever he has to in order to survive. When his hustling ways start to become his downfall, he lands himself in a new city. While in this new city he begins to experience new things. One of the experiences happens to be a young woman name Kelsi. What happens when these two worlds collide? Will Trent give up his street ways to become the man Kelsi desires? Or will Trent’s lifestyle become too much for Kelsi to handle!

Ok Read
I hate giving anything less than a five star review but I have to be brutally honest. It was rushed and pretty much predictable. Trent was a hoe and had no respect for Kelsi. Janell knew he wasn't worth a damn. That is why she try to tell Kelsi not to take it further than friend's with benefits but Trent had Kelsi smitten. Kelsi overlooking his infidelity and continuing to forgiving him. Gave Trent a reason to continue with his disrespect and cheating to until she snapped.

Very good read
I definitely recommend this book. It’s a quick and interesting read. The characters were easy to follow and the storyline kept you reading to see what happens next. It would have helped if we knew the occupation first however the surprise at the end made up for it. I will be reading work more from this author. I enjoyed how she told this story.

Wow
Let me start off by saying
Sometimes when you in love and you know your significant other is full of shit and you know you need to leave they ass high and dry but you can’t.
Now Kelsi knew her sister didn’t like him from the gate, but she did like any other sibling let you make the decision on her own
After the first infidelity she should’ve stood her ground but now with the STD that was a no go the saying is always true once a cheater always a cheater.

I'm so pissed at Kelsi. All the red flags and she didn't take not one heed at them. Hell, Janell warned her yet still she didn't see anything wrong. Her working hard to get her life on a steady track was all for nothing behind an ain't ish nicca! Love can't be that darn blind. If you not gonna do right by a woman, why not just leave them alone? When some one try to warn you of the type of person you dealing with it is wise to listen because it can save you a lot of heart ache. I feel sorry for the situation because she really did love him but again you can't play with people emotions you never know when they might snap.

I truly hoped for a different ending to their relationship, but I understood it. Trent was a hot mess. I liked Santi for Janelle but I wish kels had a better dude. Read the book it's good and many lessons to learn.

Loved it
This was My first book by this author and She didn’t disappoint Me at all. I’m just a lil upset with Kelsi because she could’ve taken another route but I guess when a woman is scorn and fed up there is nothing else for her to do.

Great read!!!
This read was great. Couldn't believe Kelsi threw her life away behind her stupid boyfriend! I was really hoping she was strong enough to walk away. Never did I think that she would've killed him. Awesome read Kandis Rollover!!

Review
This was a good novella that taught me a valuable lesson. The lesson was stay as far away as I can from men like Trent. Kelsi should’ve ran and never looked back. He give men a bad name. I don’t blame her for her actions because he pushed her to the point of no return.

Satisfied Reader
Trent was indeed a poor excuse of a man. He was manipulative,a user,cheater who was hot in the pants(literally). I wish Kelsi was stronger and handled Trent differently. She was a woman scorned who snapped. Trent deserved every hit for all the pain she endured

Good Read
While He Was Sleeping was a good quick read. My opinion Trent got what he deserved. Kelsi should've stayed gone from him. I enjoyed reading this story and Landis Tolliver is a new author to me.
