Kinsley Dawson is a strong businesswoman. She has had to fight to get where she is today. She is able to stand toe to toe with anyone and come out on top. Her latest venture is helping the kingdom of Floenia rebuild their economy through increasing tourism.
Andrew Dorchester is the prince of Floenia. It is his idea to bring in outsiders to help withe country. He has a reputation as a wild boy, playboy. One more mistake and his father would remove him from the line of succession. He is currently engaged to a woman he does not want to marry. When he meets Kinsley the sparks fly.
Royal Surprise is book 5 in the Billionaire’s Secret series by R.S.Elliot. We have met Kinsley previously as she is a partner in a company with Justin from book 1. The series are all standalones but the characters are interconnected. Royal Surprise is like a fairy tale about the girl who was burned before meets the prince and after conflicts, finds her happily ever after with him.
The story is fun and lighthearted. The romance that develops is sweet and the chemistry is evident as the words whip between Kinsley and Andrew. The plot is not heavy or stressful. It follows the traditional formula and is an enjoyable read due to both plot and characters.
Kinsley and a great business woman. Her next venture is helping the Royal family in Floenia bring in more tourism to increase their economy. Her first evening there she meets a guy that is in a negative mood and sets something off in her. Sparks fly between them as they spar between themselves. Its not until the next day that she learns that the guy is Prince Andrew the one in charge of making the decision on the project she's there for. Both her's and her competitor's stays get extended while they come up with an even more through plan to give the prince. When they end up having to merge their ideas they both end up staying to work through the project. Things heat up between her and Andrew and then she learns that he is engaged to be married. Will Kinsley stay to finish the project or leave? Will Andrew do what his parents expect of him or choose his own path?
This is a great story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Another great read by R.S. Elliot. Kingsley wants to be seen as a take charge woman and decides to take her fate into her own hands, so she flies to Floenia to help boost their economy. The first night doesn't end so well when she has to hash it out with some jerk. Too bad the jerk is the crown prince and they can't keep their hands of each other. Talk about keeping it professional. And let's not mention the "consequences" of our actions and the fact that it can ruin everything! These two are amazing. I love them! All the twists and turns and the emotional ride we share is delightful and I just keep wanting more. I loved it. I received a free ARC copy of this book and this is my honest opinion.
***Spoilers*** What a sweet story of women empowerment and a sexy handsome prince. Kingsley is all women, strong and independent, but scorned and wanting to find true love. Andrew is a playboy looking to change his kingdom under a iron fist father who is King. Love at first sight with sarcasm and truth makes for a fantastic love story. I finished this book in less than a day smiling with a happy heart! R.S.Elliot once again delivers. Never a disappointment.

This is the 5th book in this amazing series and is Andrew and Kinsley’s story. Andrew is the Prince of Floenia, who has a reputation as a playboy, and Kinsley is a successful businesswoman whose latest venture is to help rebuild the economy, which will have her and Andrew working closely together. The sparks fly when these two meets, and the chemistry is off the charts and undeniable. This is a well written story which is fun, light-hearted, and with witty banter, twists, emotions, surprises, and love, which all leads to an entertaining and all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
I never get tired of hot Royal playboys. Especially when they meet their match and fall. And the prince did fall, fast and hard. Loved the dynamic between Kinsley and Andrew. Her toughness pushing him to find his. Him helping her to find a side softer then the tough self-preservation side she normally shows. Loved the banter, and her putting him in his place. Very nicely written story, no over blown dramatic event pushing them in opposite directions. It was just the right amount of drama. The king was a surprise I didn’t see coming. I Stayed up way past my bed time to finish this one.
This is book five in this series and you can read them as stand a lones. It is another great read. RS Elliot knows how to keep you interested and reading. This book will read in a couple of hours. This is Andrew and Kingsley’s story. RS Elliot has once again brought us another great read. I highly recommend this this book to anyone looking for a great read. I received this as an arc via Booksprout and I am leaving my honest review
Two individuals wirkd apart come together to help book economy of country. Through many twist and turns they discover they can't resist each other. But many people along they way don't want then to be together and keep sabotaging the ability for themselves to stay together. But despite all parallels they find a way to over it all to be together.
Interesting story however I feel like the end is wrapped up so quickly conpaired to the rest of the book. I also feel like Elliot follows a certain pattern at the end, make up, agrees to be married, sex, wedding, epilogue usually several years in the future. It would be nice if there was a happily for now or if we had seen the princes coronation for a change or even just the couple come together since they didnt really get a chance to be a couple
The Billionaires Secret Book Five in the series by R. S. Elliott was a very engaging book. Kinsley and Andrew made an excellent enemies to lovers story. I think the king and queen and other characters in the book were very good too. The story was so could be that its believable. Everyone that reads should try this.
This book was fun to read. The plot is so entertaining. Kinsey and Prince Andrew have instant chemistry, and try as they might, there’s no denying it This is a steamy, emotional storyline with a nice hea. A very enjoyable read. This review is based on a complimentary copy from BookSprout
What a fantastic, funny, loving and hot 🔥book this ways. This was my first book by the author and it won’t be my last. I bought the rest of the book in this series and I can’t wait to read them . I give this book many more then 5 stars.
I really enjoyed reading this book. I really couldn't put it down and read it in less than a day. The characters were awesome and the storyline was perfect. I highly recommend reading this book. Great job R. S. Elliott!
I really liked this book. The only thing I wish was done differently is that the other characters acknowledge she was a marine. And she didn't get to show that she is still a badass Marine and drop someone. I highly recommend
Can she become his Royal Princess even as she is the Queen of his heart
Royal Surprise is the fifth book in The Billionaire's Secret series and is boy are their some secrets flying in this story about Kinsley Dawson and Andrew Dorchester. This book is a great addition to this series and one that I really enjoyed. I actually loved Kinsley as she is such a great female character who defends herself and goes after what she wants, both in business and in her personal life. Andrew is actually the Crown Prince of Floenia, a tiny European country. He is next in line for the throne but he may not make it as his father has threatened to boot him if he causes any more issues. You see Andrew has a well earned reputation of a bad boy playboy and all that goes with that. So now he finds himself trying to prove himself worthy to his father and that includes being engaged to a woman that he does not like let alone love. Kinsley is a partner is businesswoman who goes to Floenia to bid on a contract. When she is at the meeting the ends up into a back and forth with Andrew but not realizing exactly who he is. Plus there are more than a few sparks flying between them also...........enough for a Fourth of July fireworks display!! This was a really fun and enjoyable read with an interesting story-line and a few things different from the normal. Then add in Andrew and all of his family, arranged fiancee and what the palace wants....he has to decide if he will pursue love and happiness or going along with what others see as his future.
I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
4.5 stars. While ROYAL SURPRISE has the tone of a regal fairy tale, the role of Kinsley as a successful modern businesswoman sets this royal romance apart from the start. Kinsley has competed with men for business, has promoted and grown her hospitality business, and was ready to take on a project improving the economy of a small nation.
Prince Andrew the Crown Prince of Floenia has been dodging his inevitable role as successor to the crown by engaging in ribaldry, drink and other vices. His father assign him the task of choosing the company to head the economic project.
Prince Andrew and Kinsley have some hot, stolen encounters each separately telling themselves afterwards it is wrong, it won’t happen again, etc. R.S. Elliot stays true to Kinsley’s nature in how she falls for Andrew and shows how Andrew finally grows into a man that can stand tall and be decisive.
The plot twists will keep your interest as will Andrew’s relationships with others in the royal household. Great ending, too.

This is a really good book! The story is very well written! Kinsley Dawson is in the motel business. She is trying to get the contract for Floenia. So she and a rival, Sawyer, spent time in Floenia to prove who had the best ideas. Sawyer was her company’s top competitor. While waiting to meet the Prince of Floenia she decides to explore. Unbeknownst to her she meets Prince Andrew. He is upset because of a meeting he had with his father and takes it out on her. So she tells him exactly what she thinks of him. She runs into him a few times before they are introduced and continues to give her full opinion of they way the man is behaving. Only to be utterly taken back once introduced. But being who she is she is still quite blunt. The 2 of them become emotionally close, and end up falling in love. The characters are amazing! Kinsley is a very strong self sustaining women. I love her attitude towards life!

If you like enemies-to-lovers, secret baby romance, you'll love R.S. Elliot's spin on this story! Kinsley is elegant and poised, yet still a very strong female character. Prince Andrew struggles with his overbearing father (the king) as he prepares to rule Floenia. I loved the way the characters met, the dialogue they shared, and the slow and steady relationship that developed. "A kinship between two people who have been misunderstood and underestimated by everyone around them." (R.S. Elliot). The ancillary characters, Malcolm, Allegra (boo), and Maggie really helped moved the storyline along.

*Spoilers* ahead - albeit mini ones - nothing that would ruin the story though
This is a story about a Prince and a commoner who start out on a wrong foot with each other, but then grow to like each other and eventually we get to our HEA, but not without a few bumps in the road along the way. I liked that there was an open-mindedness from the King when it came to his son eventually choosing his wife and that he seemed proud to be a grandparent. I would very much like to see the view from the cliffs as described in the horse ride scene. It sounded beautiful. This was a quick and fun read.

Overall the story was great. It is a quick burn romance. However this is listed as an enemy to lovers and I did not get that from this book at all. There is a misunderstanding at the beginning but Kinsley and Andrew never fall into the enemies column. It is also listed as a secret baby romance and once again I don't feel it falls into that category. While she does not tell him right away he still finds out very early on in the pregnancy. To me a secret baby is when there are months/birth before the father finds out and the mother intended to keep it secret. Kinsley had every intention to tell Andrew.

A modern day fairy tale... So enjoyed the main characters, I especially like strong female characters which the heroine was & the prince, first in line to succede his father, the king ,was a bit jaded but he wanted the best for his country & the people. The fact that he was sexy didn't hurt either. They connect on an intellectual level & cannot keep their hands off each other but can they have a future together? He's in a forced engagement to a woman he can't stand & she's on the run back to USA with his baby in her belly. Turns out the King wasn't such a bad guy after all! I received an arc & this is my honest review.
Kinsley is in Floenia to pitch her ideas to the Prince who is looking to generate income for his country. Andrew was a rebel. He didn't think he would ever gain his father's approval so he didn't try to and now that the King has threatened to write him out of the line of succession he feels he must prove himself worthy. Though their first meeting was undesirable and led to a heated argument,, sparks flew. This was a good book, though nothing new. The story and characters were well written but I felt there were multiple opportunities were additional drama or conflict could have been added.

Kinsley Dawson is a business woman working on a project to improve the economy of Floenia. Prince Andrew Dorchester is a playboy and the next in line for the thrown of Floenia and in charge of the project. Tension runs high and sparks fly when they meet, one thing leave to another and they enjoy a hot and steamy night. Oh but things can't be simple, because the King is not happy and demand Andrew to marry, love or not. Throw in a surprise that Kinsley is caring and this story is will keep you glued to your seat as you get lost in the pages of Andrew and Kinsley's tale.

Prince Andrew and Kinsley didn't get off to a friendly start when they first met and to be fair she didn't know he was a Prince , anyway it's a good romance read with some drama , a bit of steam and then there is Allegra who is supposed to be marrying Andrew , I really felt that there was too much about what they were thinking and not enough interaction between them , even so i gave it 4*s because i did enjoy reading it

This is book five of the Billionaire’s Secret series and is an excellent addition to this series. Kinsley is attempting to convince this kingdom that her company is the best fit for their plans. She and the Prince met and bicker, she doesn’t know who he is, but flames are growing between them. Kinsley was in an earlier situation at home making her look like a home wrecker. Now enter Prince Andrew who is micromanaged by his father the King and the Prince also has an unwanted fiancée. Good story with strong characters.

Prince Andrew has called Kinsleys and one other company in to come up with ideas to boost his country's economy. There's an instant attraction between them which they don't succeed in resisting. On their way to a HEA there's a strict disapproving king, an arranged marriage to get out of and a surprise baby. This was a really great read.
