God created us to be in community with other believers because He knew we couldn't do life alone. To flourish, women benefit from the encouragement of those who have gone before us and reflect Jesus.

FLOURISH is a year-long mentoring journey based on Scripture and created by Passion City Church. This study will help you establish a strong mentoring relationship as you dig into understanding God s truth and love together through His Word.

Flourish: A Mentoring Journey: Year One is set up to run a full year if you follow the calendar the way the sessions are lined up. There are mentor/mentee reach outs that help develop a small group relationship as well as a section of Engaging the Word, which is a brief overview of the major highlights of the bible beginning in Genesis and ending in Revelation. It covers topics from The Word, Prayer, Identity, Calling, Kinship, and Gratitude. This is a great tool and resource for both a Mentor and a Mentee as it includes how to set up the group, run the group, what to focus on, what not to do, and how to connect relationally with your peers. Excellent tool!!!

I like the premise of this book, but I wanted something more deep. It seemed very surface level for a lot of different subjects.
