Love the story!
Hate cliffhangers! Ugh! Don’t get me wrong the story was great I enjoyed it, But I hate cliffhangers with a passion! Because most time I have to go back and reread the previous book to remember what happened so I can get into the knew book.

First let me give the Queen her props for giving us another amazing work of art👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Now let me be pissed cause that ending😡
Alex & Anika couldn't stand each other for different reasons, but for whatever reason her dad had been trying to get them together. That work trip definitely as they say, put the nail in the coffin. All they needed was to screw the attitude out of each other, lol. Them two had me squeezing the ish out of my thighs baby😜💦. I was so jealous, kinda still am, lbvvs.
From jump it was just something about Nina that gave me I want what I can't have hater vibes. What she said😒.

LOVE IT!
Anika and Alexander were just sexy! Starting from the early friction to the way their bodies were almost made for each other... I loved it! I'm not going to comment about the ending, but I need more of them. I really enjoyed getting to know Akil but that darn Nina?! She's questionable! This book was really good!

Good Read
This was my first read by this author, but not my last. At first, Anika and Alex couldn't stand each other, but they soon changed. Knowing they wanted each other, but denying that attraction for each other. As soon as they give in that attraction, everyone is trying to put a stop to them. After that ending, I can't wait to see what happens in the next installment. Good job Erika B.

That line between love and hate is sometimes, only a centimeter! Anika and Alexander walked around pretending that they hated each other, but it was lust and that sexual tension they held for each other, baby it was hot! They both were coming to find out that what they believed about the other was not true, and genuine feelings were brewing. You really didn't have to do us like this? Alex! I could have punched you in the throat for allowing that to happen, and allowing interference with Anika! She is going to give him hell for sure! Can't wait to see if/how Alex gets out of this mess!

Come through with part II and soon
I wasn't expecting a cliffhanger at all as I was enjoying the flow of the story. Love me some Alexander Higgins and looks like Anika does also. There are some things that need to be aired out and I hope soon.

Anika and Alexander what can I say. Both had felt the strong physical attraction to one another but fought it Anika use the persona of the queen of mean in order to keep Alexander at bay. That is until they had go to Atlanta on company business and work as a team, for a month, Then all bets were off! The two discovered that it better to give to tier desire for on another and neither of them was disappointed. That is until Alexander forgot he had invited a friend with benefits to come and spend a few nights 🤦🏽♀️
That’s when a whole new situation developed sooo yes read the book and be ready to do what I’m about to do and that’s to read

Not just a business trip fling....
This is a great read by Ms. Erika, it's her fourth book and she is becoming seasoned fast. This book is more intimate and personal with the characters. The characters are building a strong foundation and it's going to go further than a "jump off" or "friends with benefits." I am on a cliff hanging right now but so intrigued to see how Alex and Anika story ends. The way this part ended, I get the feeling some serious drama is about to pop off. I feel like by the time this business trip is over, it's going to be some broken friendships and maybe even a 💜 or two.
A wonderful read, you should get into it...download, relax, pour a glass of wine and enjoy.

Erika B............. has me on edge waiting for part 2. There's nothing like a good office crush hate relationship. Alex and Anika were no different and definitely did not disappoint. Paired to work together on in out of town project by the boss led to an all bets are off clash between the two. Glad the author is taking time and not rushing the story line.
