The UFO Abduction Book: Extraordinary Extraterrestrial Encounters of the Terrifying Kind

Rate this book
An astonishing collection of stories of extraterrestrial abduction, time travel, experimentation, teleportation, and alien-human hybrids.

“Brad Steiger’s book does an excellent—indeed, essential—job of setting the scene and providing a foundation of the facts as they were known at the time it was written. It is to be hoped that, in time, this provocative and disturbing reality will come into ever greater focus.” —Whitley Strieber, from the foreword

Here is the startling proof—in one comprehensive, eye-opening volume.

Brad Steiger, the world-renowned authority on unexplained phenomena, presents a collection of UFO encounters and abductions. His provocative theories provide answers to the most puzzling questions: Why are they here? What do they want? And how will they change the fate of the human race?

Included here are stories of airplane disappearances, alien experimentation, close encounters of many strange kinds, and hybrid children. Alternately entertaining and terrifying, this is a book for anyone who has gazed into the night sky and wondered if we are alone in the universe.

Great book that has very interesting cases. It also provides a list of current people involved in UFO cases. A nice read and good source of information.

Didn’t realize this was a republish from the 80s. Most of these stories can be explained by psychological/neurological phenomena. As the book progressed, I was astounded by how individual people could think they were so important as to be visited by (let alone given information to “save earth”) an entire other civilization.

I cannot review this one as I didn't read it as the book was intended—still, an interesting book on its own.

The book is definitely a bit on the bizarre side, and has little to any proof to support its claims. It is also very repetitive.

A republished book from 1988. Nothing too new or exciting. Mufon just grabbing at straws trying to get more money by talking about dead authors and dead stories.

Very interesting book

Brought up many cases I had not been aware of before. Book is well documented and described by the authors.

This book covers an amazing amount of ground on the UFO phenomenon and gives equal time to scary encounters and conspiracies as to spiritual ones and those who seem to be here to help. Every page is interesting.
