Joseph Murphy was a Divine Science minister and author.
Murphy was born in Ireland, the son of a private boy's school headmaster and raised a Roman Catholic. He studied for the priesthood and joined the Jesuits. In his twenties, an experience with healing prayer led him to leave the Jesuits and move to the United States, where he became a pharmacist in New York (having a degree in chemistry by that time). Here he attended the Church of the Healing Christ (part of the Church of Divine Science), where Emmet Fox had become minister in 1931.
In the mid 1940s, he moved to Los Angeles, where he met Religious Science founder Ernest Holmes, and was ordained into Religious Science by Holmes in 1946, thereafter teaching at the Institute of Religious Science. A meeting with Divine Science Association president Erwin Gregg led to him being reordained into Divine Science, and he became the minister of the Los Angeles Divine Science Church in 1949, which he built into one of the largest New Thought congregations in the country. In the next decade, Murphy married, earned a PhD in psychology from the University of Southern California and started writing. After his first wife died in 1976, he remarried to a fellow Divine Science minister who was his longstanding secretary. He died in 1981.

Takie pitu pitu o manifestacji i zmianie myślenia. Niezbyt wiele konkretów i przykładów jednak z samymi naukami się zgadzam

Książka sama w sobie fajna i ciekawa ale dla starszych czytelników bo mi się nie przyda na razie jakbym miała 18 lat lub więcej i zarabiała bym sama na siebie to owszem są tu bardzo przydatne rady. Coś z tej książki wyciągnęłam jest tam dużo interesujących przemyśleń i cytatów. Na pewno jeszcze przyczytam jak będę potrzebowała pieniędzy haha.

Short. Sweet. Powerful. These would be the words to describe this book. Attract focuses on the things each of us can to do in our minds to create a wealth mindset. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Think and Grow Rich! Joseph Murphy is all about using your subconscious mind to manifest dreams into reality. You can attract wealth by having a wealthy mindset. There is no better way to start than by reading this book!

This book is good, short and simple read. Joseph thoroughly explained how human mind works.
The difference between conscious and subconscious mind is all we need to understand so that one can use the power of conscious and subconscious mind to get things done according to our plans.
The principles written in this book if applied properly, can bring positive changes in our lives. Hence, has the capacity to do miracles.
I am absolutely ready to apply this in my life.
But, if rate this book. I will still give one less star because..
You don't need to read this book if you've read "The power of Subconscious mind". Same thing is written on both the books.
However you will learn in depth if you read the "The power of subconscious mind." which I would definitely recommend.

This is sort of useful publication regarding how people can change their destiny towards getting wealthier with more prosperity. It was quite interesting that tips on self-mastery and taking ownership of one's destiny are provided, along with several ways that people can apply for themselves in order to escape poverty and achieve the financial comfort that they wish for. Overall, I found it helpful and I had a good time enjoying this publication by Joseph Murphy.

Great book for people to change their views on life and they way that we think about money. This book will lead you on a path to have positive thoughts because there is no way to achieve your goals if you attract negativity. I highly recommend this book and will definitely be reading it again! We all deserve to be rich🙂

I love small books as they get straight to the point and are filled with pivotal information. The author did a great job at defining the conscious vs the subconscious mind and how each are influenced by the other. Very easy read!

ksiazeczka na jeden wieczor. autor zawiodl mnie praktycznie streszczaniem ’potegi podswiadomosci’ skupiajacej sie na temacie pieniedzy. poza tym dobrze i czysto omowiony temat bogactwa. takie 3,5 :))
