Rock On is the perfect starting point for anyone curious about crystal healing. Kate Mantello does a wonderful job of introducing the basics of crystals, how they work within crystal healing, and how they connect to human energy and the chakra system. The final section on crystal body layouts is especially fantastic—it offers practical ways to experiment with crystals for different issues, while emphasizing the importance of reading the whole book first so you can apply the layouts effectively.

Visually, this book is stunning. It’s modern, aesthetically pleasing, and feels very in tune with today’s crystal community.

One thing I appreciate is the author’s honesty: this book will not make you a professional crystal healer, and she says that up front. Instead, it’s meant as a clear and accessible introduction for personal exploration. For those who want to go deeper, Mantello’s certification courses expand far beyond the scope of this book.

I love this book, I have found it so helpful in my healing practice. The crystal layouts are clear and consice and I love aesthetic of the book. Would definitely recommend to both crystal healing beginners and to the more experienced. So much to learn from this book.
