I liked the first book more than the second. The main character was good and she was written to keep your interest…some parts were a bit of an eye roll but it was not terrible..
The second book felt a bit forced just to keep the series going . I didn’t really feel it necessary.. how many deaths on one trip can you really find plausible to discover? I did like listening to sir Reggie’s highlights in the book.
Enjoyable, I liked the protagonist, London Rose, the cruise activity manager. She deals with a very unpleasant passenger who has brought her small dog on board and insists on taking it to stops along the cruise. At lunch with a few passengers, the unpleasant passenger is found dead at one of the stops and London discovers her bode when she was asked to look for another passengers item left behind.
