My dad sold me to a pack of werewolves to settle his gambling debt.
Sold to a Wolf Pack is a young adult werewolf romance by Mia Harlan, writing as Mia Meade. It is the first of three books in in Saffron’s Lunaverse series. Blurb coming soon.

“I’m going to count to three,” he growls. He doesn’t have to say the rest. If I haven’t come to him by then, he’ll come to me… and I’ll regret it.
I know this game, and I know there is only one way it can end: with broken bones. If I don’t come to him, his wolf will take over and he’ll make me pay. If I obey, his wolf will still take over, and I’ll still be the one suffering the consequences.
“One,” Logan snaps.
A tear slowly rolls down my cheek and I dig my nails into my palm until they draw blood. More tears join the first and my lower lip trembles. I want Logan to see how much he’s hurting me.
“Two,” Logan counts, gesturing for me to come to him. I know that he’s filled with anticipation. He’s hoping for ‘three,’ craving it.

Disclaimer: This is NOT a dark romance. All relationships are consensual.
Mia Harlan lives in Canada with her husband (who’s definitely Not a Vampire) and their adorably fluffy cat. They recently welcomed a Mini Mortal (a baby girl) and are happy to report she doesn't have fangs.
Mia is a librarian by day and an author by night. She's been reading romance since she turned 13 and published her first novel in mid-2019. She writes humorous, quirky (and mostly paranormal) reverse harem romance as Mia Harlan. She also plans to start publishing teen paranormal romance as Mia Meade once her Mini Mortal is a tad older and she can get back to her writing routine.
Well, after finding out this can be read on Wattpad, I finally could start. Good writing style. Still some typos. Interesting plot. Good female main character. The boy, well, he needs to grow up 😆
For about 75% I was on the verge of crying due to all the shit that girl had suffered before she came to that pack. What I don't get is the Alphas plan to "help" her become Luna. I mean seriously she needs therapy and a fucking huge ass talk about alllllll the shot going on. Leaving her blind like that is soooo dumb. And he is supposed to be an Alpha? He should know. Especially after it's mentioned that this other pack has some trauma therapy stuff for shifters. Ugh. Basically the whole interactions is a bunch of heartbreaking miscommunication. They could deal way better if they would be open and talk. Really talk.
He should have her sat down and tell her that she's not a slave! Should have told her that die is safe there and can be a regular 16y old shifter teen. Should have gotten his mate there to sooth that girl! And basically let Hi mate handle everything, as they're usually more capable in general regarding stuff like that. He should have made a plan to 1. Show her around, explain how a pack works, how his pack does things, who is who and what they will do to help her and what is expected of her: namely to have an open mind to learn to trust them. But he leaves her in constant fear, terror and horror what each and every fart might mean. And she imagines only negative things of course, because she is traumatised. That's why: THERAPYYYYYY!!!!
The escape plan of those two girls was hilarious. As if the pack wouldn't search for them, their parents, as if they wouldn't find them. 😄 kids are so funny sometimes...
The author is probably around that age herself, so she doesn't know any better. No life experience yet, but that's what's wattpat is for, for feedback, but I've read only bullshit comments.
Now read #2 Saved by a Wolf pack too, which also only covered about 3 days or so 😆 and finished #3 Loved by a Wolf Pack at chapter 26, where it stops and the author has not continued since 2020. Very disappointing. And at such a turning point kind of scene. Don't know how to survive now actually 😩
Bro when I say this is a slow burn, I meannnnn itttt ! And even worse it’s an unresolved slow burn .. like what the hell was that ending! Where was the character development, sometimes the plot wasn’t plotting, but I genuinely could not stop reading and couldn’t wait to see what would happen next!
As for the main character Saf/Sophie, she taught me a great deal of patience .. cuz chileeeee .. but yea I’d say it was still a good read overall!
