You just can't resist what is coming next.

I'm not sure how it's done but it's still works. You are reading a perfectly average story and suddenly find that you have these invisible hooks keeping you tied to this story.

,Awesome sci fi adventure

Any book that features a grumpy, smart opossum deserves 5 stars. But beyond Ophelia, there are all the AIs, especially Corvus, and the crew of Corvus, and a great story with excellent world building. There are definitely some character deaths in this one, but I loved the story and the series. I read the books on KU but will buy them as soon as I can to reread. I'm looking forward to book 3.

Good Sequel

This second installment continues in the same theme as the first. Lots of character threads to follow, with plot angles providing intersecting storylines. We still have the occasional technology surprise to provide plot relief. Character development continues, new cast members are added, and this book ends on a positive note. Looking forward to the next release.

excellent follow up to book 1

I thoroughly enjoyed this second book. Such fun, adventure, battle scenes, witty dialogue and a touch of romance. The characters are developing beautifully and the storyline is getting more interesting. I can’t wait for the next book.

I have enjoyed the first two books in this series and am reading and liking the third. This would normally not be a genre I read much but these books are fun and fact-paced. I hate to have to put one of them down.

Good read

This was a very good read. I have enjoyed this story so far. It is well written with a minimum of grammatical and spelling errors. The story is very entertaining, I will read he other installments.

An interesting mixed crew with mixed goals

Not exactly hard sci to but close. Sentient bots working with assorted human types. Strictly good guys, with, umm, flexible standards.
