I really, really like the idea behind this book. The author interviews a number of top show jumpers and eventers of her day, and gets them to describe their greatest round. Sadly, it was slightly before my time, so many of the names meant nothing to me, but it was still very interesting reading about the sport in the rider's own words. Definitely a different time, when riding with a severe injury was expected and the distinction between amateur and professional was the big debate. Well worth the read, if just to see how much things have changed.
