Ok
Now we are getting somewhere. I don't like it when they hold secrets. Just tell it. Wasting time holding stuff in. Plus, go out and investigate sometimes. All characters irked me.

Great book
Man oh man it just keeps better and better this book is so good. I hope that Indo and Kiru can get back to Indo’s place soon to save everyone this book man it’s got me biting my nails waiting for the next part... oooh I can’t I’m so excited they need to get rid of Grue and Barbie/Summer and fast...

Standalone SPOILER ALERT
This at best was a 2 book series, why the author is dragging out the story to be 3 books is beyond me. The book wasn't that entertaining passed Misshana coming back into town and then running into Kiru. Like what was her purpose of holding all those secrets? the excuses that she gave as an educated grown woman were childish and nonsense. Like to drag this series out this far based off secrets that could have just been told isn't making any sense. It ain't like the man didn't know how her childhood was, I could understand at 14 why she would be scared and embarrassed to say anything, but at 24 and you got somebody willing to help you? How does the author make the main female character constantly say I trust kiru, but you didn't trust that he would help you? Then what didn't make sense to me in the first installment is that she had this baby 3 months early, but we find out in pt2 that she was never admitted into the hospital. How did the baby get medical attention? How did they know if the baby's lungs were fully developed? Kiru's mother wasn't a nurse or doctor and neither was the man she married. Let's not forget that the baby was more than likely malnourished due to Misshana not being able to eat a lot of the times, nor was she getting any kind of prenatal treatment throughout the pregnancy. How did they get birth certificates, and social security numbers for the baby. Like how was any of this possible, how does this kid exist government wise? Non of this was explained and so it doesn't make any sense.
Then how was Indo this big bad thug, but was allowing himself to be completely played by a chick that wasn't nothing. I have a hard time believing someone of his status would go through grave lengths to have a woman around just to be apart of a kids life that is not his. I've heard of men taking care of children that weren't theirs even though they weren't with the kids mother anymore, but to make a female stay with you and go through all of this unhappiness, and then your never around the kid or take him anywhere, what's the purpose? Y would they keep leaving them at the house by themselves with theo? He ain't no damn help, kiru and indo didn't leave them with no body guards or nothing. BUT when he was putting Barbie out he made sure to have some guards there. What kind of ish is this.
Now part three gone be a while lot of fillers which we don't need anymore of, and it's gone take forever to find grue. Nobody cares abt Amanda and I wish she was left out the remainder of the story. Haven't decided if I'm gone read pt3 yet.

Picked up right where the last installment left off with drama and more drama. So much going on that I couldn't put it down. So many secrets, lies, deceit, betrayal and the suspense that made it a great read. I knew all along that Grue was a snake of the worse kind, just slithering around. I can't wait for him and Barbie to get exactly what they deserved. Especially after that ending....on to the next installment. Great job Antoinette Sherell.

See I knew Amanda was gonna do some stupid mess like that. Like I don’t understand what’s the point of ending your life and the child when a dude don’t want you . Like I understand rejection is hard to deal with but come on man you foul for not letting that child have a chance to be something.
And I said it from book one that grue was Izras dad. That’s why nasty Barbie didn’t wanna tell Indonesia

Although this series is good
All of the lies and secrets is just too much for me. Kiru can't tell the truth about nothing. Mimi keeps keeping secrets. Like when is it ever gone stop. The only couple i really like is Indo and Reya. I feel like the story is dragging right now. Hopefully part 3 is the end

This book definitely has a nice build-up to the storyline...This storyline just keeps building and bringing the drama... Not quite a page turner but enough to keep my attention... Just as things began to settle down here comes one of these characters bringing the drama to the front page...
I was mad at Mimi for holding on to her secrets for so long... I mean I really did not understand why she was so afraid to let Kiru know what was going on... It was not like she asked for what happened to her... I mean she already told him half the story and he already knew she had a child so what more would make him mad about her being raped by this man... Mind you that this is also a man that he didn't like himself... It was like she wanted to find this happiness but she did everything in her power to block herself from this happiness... Little by little things started looking up for her just for her past to come right back and shake things up all over again... But now she does not only have herself to worry about... But most importantly her child...
I really like Kiru... I just hate how no matter what he just keeps making the wrong decisions when it comes to these women... He keeps allowing himself to land in these compromising positions... Then he has to try and explain the real deal to Mimi... I am like boy if you would just really cut all these woman off completely and don't fall for their bull crap... Then you wouldn't have to explain anything... We see he almost had himself caught up with another one at work... But he never really put her in her place so who is to say that that is really over... I guess we will see...
I like Indo and how he loves his son even though it is not his... I just do not get how he is so powerful yet can't solve his own problem with Barbie and Grue... He just does not feel as powerful as this book is trying to make him seem... Because he sure looks weak when it come to these two nothing individuals... Also I do not get how he does not see things in his own son to not know who the father is... Really... Again... Making him look real weak and dumb...
I like Reya and how she does not take No crap and puts her foot down... She let's it be known what she will and will not expect from her man... This has made Indo realize that he can't just treat her any way or just talk to her any ol way... She makes him put in that work to prove that she is what he wants and for him to realize that she will walk away if she needs to so he better come correct...
Now Kiru's step dad Theo is really working my nerves... He better get it together quickly before he ends up with no family at all... Because not once did Mimi try to come in and try to just snatch Ash away like she could have... She just wants to be a part of her life... But he is out here making a big deal out of nothing and talking out the side of his neck... And in the process he is the one that would be the reason he loses Ash and everything...Because Ash is seeing and hearing all of this...
Okay see Kiru just got himself into another sticky situation... How will he get out of this one... Especially since is already in the process of trying to handle another situation...
And wait a minute see this just proves my point on how dumb and weak Indo is... He is suppose to be the man so why doesn't he have a team of men behind him and watching his house when he leaves... And why does he have to even get his hands dirty... Also why keep Barbie alive when he does not need her and she does not care for her own child anyway... Then what are you really protecting people from when the threats have easy access to everything... come on Indo... Think... Well now what will happen since he did not know how to protect his own household... Who will win in the end...

Mischana was only loved and protected by Kiru and he was a child himself. Misçhana was dealing with a drug addicted mom who would use her child to get what she wants. Grue is an evil predator and I hope Kiru and Indo handles him asap. Indo has issues but his baby mom Samantha is a snake. I knew Grue was connected to Indo son man this story keeps getting better. Please don't let Grue talk indy from reya or hurt anyone please let him get handled asap. Hurry up part 3

They got to go
This book was even better than the first. This series is her best one to date. If you haven’t picked it up you are truly missing out. This so different from anything she had ever written. Sam & Grue has got to go. I can not stress that enough! She needs to come up off of part 3 immediately. She palsy entirely to dang on much.

I’m getting invested in the characters now and I’m really feeling Indonesia. I love him and Shreya. Mimi has finally revealed all of her secrets and Kiru has been super supportive. Gruesome is still a danger. I am looking forward to seeing him get dealt with.
