This book was quite a trip, and not in a good way. Our female main character (FMC) seems to have an endless supply of tears, breaking down in nearly every scene with the two men. The whole setup made me feel uneasy, as if the guys were forcing themselves on her. But no, she was just wracked with guilt over being with her husband's best friend. And get this—her husband had given his bestie the green light to be with her, touch and make her his.
I mean, seriously? If the husband had just sat her down and said, "Hey, I don't mind sharing you with my best friend. Feel free to enjoy us both!" this book would have been so much more bearable. Instead, we get a lot of teary apologies right in the middle of smutty scenes, which is about as distracting as a phone ringing during a movie's climax.
Overall, it was a bizarre and frustrating read. Not recommended.

I’m very obviously in the minority here based on other reviews but… what the hell did I just read?
First of all, the writing was subpar at absolute best. Let’s be honest, when writing erotica you don’t normally expect the best writing. But I’ve read better written things on Reddit.
“Madder” is not a word. Or, well, technically it is but not in the way it was used here. The word you meant to use was angrier.
I’m convinced our main character, Olivia, didn’t know how to do anything except cry. But we were supposed to believe there was something exceptional about her? A “fire” within her, maybe? Hell no. I hated her.
I hated Liam. I’ve read a ton of dark romances and I’ve come to love many characters that I shouldn’t. Liam is not one of them. I don’t believe for a second he cared anything about Olivia, who he claimed to love.
Kade was okay, I guess. Really the only one in the story that made me even finish it.
If I could give this book less than one stars, I would.

The sun still shines
So good! I love the emotional turmoil of the characters and the full circle of the story. The author used fantastic imagery and I felt like I was a voyeur watching the show. Each character enhanced the story and I couldn’t help but want to race to the end and see if they reached their HEA.

Disclaimer: I got this book for free on Kindle. I participated in stuff your kindle day where I got a bunch of romance books for free, roughly 2,000 books. I normally do not read romance books but I wanted to try the genre. I typically read fantasy, science fiction, biographies, and classics so this is way out of my comfort zone. My plan is to draw a book at random without reading the summary, title, and avoiding looking at the cover. As long as the book is not too graphic for me or leads into something uncomfortable, I will be attempting to finish as many of these books as I can in 2024. I understand that many of these books will likely not be top tier but I am hoping that I can learn something about the romance genre as a whole and figure out if any types of books in this genre are for me.

Many narratives evolve around the female thoughts and past events. Those kind of emotion-magnifying analyzing thoughts which may lead to a good angst, if you're in the mood to empathize. I'm not so, admitingly, I skipped it for the most part. I mean, she is submissive and she has a spark with the new guy anyway, so what's the point in making this fuss.
(However, I like the male characters' POVs, maybe because they're not too long.)
Anyway, this fuss has lead to some steamy punishment i.e. spanking, bondage, clamping, nozzle and butt plug. There's also some action scenes to drive the plot. The writer gives enough background to the main characters for their emotional development.
All in all, this is a menage don-sub story with enough attempts to lay the groundwork. Narrated from both male and female POVs (emphasizing on female's). Sex scenes are okay, enough of this and that but not to the level of toe-curling earth-shattering.

This has to be one of the best menage stories I’ve read in a very long time. Chloe Kent was able to expertly draw you into the deep emotional angst of three people who are fighting their feelings for different reasons. This book delves into how a woman reacts when her husband brings another man into their relationship because he wrongly believes that no one could love him. Her first instinct is to remain steadfastly loyal to her husband, but what can she do when he keeps pushing her into another man’s arms? The other man is desperately trying to keep his emotions out of what he believes can only be a temporary relationship with his best friend’s wife. Can she really be their forever?
Dominance and submission, pleasure and pain, love and hate all come together in a powerful story that is going to haunt you for a long time.

Ms. Kent has written another wonderful story full of dominant males, a sassy female, and a little suspense on the side. Whether you like it or not, you will end up reading this book all in one sitting. I literally soaked in the bathtub for two hours because I didn't want to put it down to get out!
This story starts out with Olivia in the hands of an evil man. Liam witnesses what is about to happen to her and does not like her fate, so he buys her for $10 million. That night Liam claims his property.
Olivia spends the next year married to Liam and trying to show him her love. He doesn't believe her because nobody would ever love him. Olivia is at a loss as to what to do. Olivia meets Kade, her new chauffeur who Liam has permitted to touch her. Olivia knows Liam would never let another man touch her and is confused when Liam says it is okay. She does everything in her power to get rid of Kade. She loves Liam, but when she sees Kade, she gets the same naughty feelings that she gets when Liam dominates her.
She sets out to prove how much she really loves Liam and despises Kade. Kade wants to love her, but he knows that at any time, Liam will tell him that the debt that is owed is done and will ask him to leave.

The relationship of three people - a young woman saved from a vicious drug lord by a mafia king - well, you'd think it would be out of the frying pan into the fire, but for Olivia she couldn't have asked for a better life. She desperately loves Liam who has married her. But he feels positive she doesn't know what she's talking about. Enter Liam's long time friend Kade, who is hired as Liam's driver. There's something about Kade that Olivia doesn't trust but for some reason Liam and Kade seem oblivious to the fact. Things take a turn for the worst for Olivia when Liam orders Kade to "touch his wife, fuck his wife, do as he pleases." Olivia is horrified and things spiral out of control. How is Olivia going to keep her sanity. How is she going to convince Liam she does love him and how is Olivia going to convince Liam that Kade doesn't have a place in their lives.
As I progressed through the book, I started to get mixed feelings about Liam and Kade - what were they really up to? What was there between Laim and Kade? And what was going to be the long term effect on Olivia, her marriage, her sanity and her blossoming feelings for Kade.
Highly recommended read as are all of Ms Ken't's books.

Kade also has feelings for Olivia and Liam welcomes him into the relationship with him and his wife. The sex is hot, the menage scenes are scorching and Olivia takes the discipline, love and affection both men offer her in spite of her emotional struggles. Liam saved Olivia and her family from a drug lord. He is not perfect (mafia) but much better than the man her father worked for. He took Olivia and they married and he taught her to crave pain/pleasure as a submissive. Then, he brings Kade into their home as their chauffeur because he believes that Olivia can't love him as he is unlovable. Kade elicits a response from Olivia that she has only shown Liam and he has decided that Kade has his permission to touch and discipline her. Olivia feels guilty for loving what Kade does and tries to hate him to show her love for Liam. That is not successful. There is a HEA for the three of them.
I loved this book, it had me crying for Olivia (literally) and making me feel her anguish as she tries not to love Kade. This is one of the best menage/BDSM books that I have read recently. I highly recommend it!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Liam is a mafia boss that had to have Olivia. He saved her but she went from the control of one bad man to another. Liam and Olivia are married and have a D/s relationship. He believes that she cannot ever love him. Kade is the chauffer and there is attraction between he and Olivia. Liam decides to share his wife with him. She has an internal struggle with herself over being attracted to Kade. They all three have some things to work thru but it all turns out for the best. Their story is full of mafia drama, emotions, lust and finally love. She is everything that these men could want. They fulfill a need that could not be denied.

I've read a few books from this author and have always liked them but found this was a bit of a departure. Based around a married couple that has another come to join them, this story is emotional, raw and gut wrenching as you read it mostly from Olivia's point of view. There was more than one instance that this book had me in tears of anger, rage and heartbreak. Let me say that if this relationship existing IRL I would find it all kind of wrong (lack of consent, lack of communication...) however, reading this as purely a story, it pulled me in until I just couldn't stop reading. Likewise, while I would have liked a bit more consequence to come the way of Liam and Kade for what they put Olivia through, I did like the ending which was emotion packed right up until the last page. May not be to everyone's taste, but an engrossing read.

Olivia was about to be raped and tortured when Liam purchased her, then married her. Because she did not have a real choice, he does not believe she loves him. When Liam witnesses her visceral reaction to Kade, his new chauffeur, he brings him into their marriage so she can love and be loved by him.
Chloe Kent has written a powerful story. Liam and Kade are both dangerous men, and Olivia is caught between them, horrified by her reactions. It is an outstanding read, worth the one-click.

I really enjoyed this book. I am an avid fan of menage stories but Chloe brought a lot more to this story than just steam. The story was great and pulled me in almost immediately so that it felt like I was there. The emotions the characters felt were very realistic and easy to imagine really happening. I fell in love with all three of the characters and was rooting for them almost the whole story. This was the first story I've read from Chloe Kent and I will deginitely be checking out more from now on because this was such a great and steamy story! I received a review copy of this story from the author and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

I liked how, in the being, Olivia keeps referring to Kade by his full name - you can almost hear the venom in her voice when she refers to him as such in her head. When she starts having feelings for Kade while trying to convince Liam she loves him, her utter angst, how absolutely torn up she is by her feelings which are so vividly portrayed in this story that I couldn’t help but feel emotional right along with her. A deep, emotional, gripping story that I couldn’t put down until the incredibly intense ending.

Best one yet!
To start off with I love Chloe Kent as a writer. She is a person who knows how to write a sexy scene, which I am always a fan of. But I don’t normally grab her books because I want a complicated it complex storyline.
But Their Forever was different. The characters had a depth to them that just resonated with me. And while the storyline still wasn’t too complex, the emotions these characters bring, made me not want to put it down.
Don’t worry the sexy times are still there in full swing! And this one is probably my favorite story I’ve read so far by her. Thank you Chloe! You hit it out of the ballpark! :)

Innocent Olivia married to Liam Stone, who rescued her from a cruel life. She's happy and in love but there are darker thoughts at play which means her husband introduces another man to their relationship. Confused, Olivia battles with her own emotional and physical needs in trying to stay loyal to her husband. This book was intense - the chemistry was next level, the confusion, the trust, inner conflict from all three parties. Really good.

good but confusing
Overall I liked the story, but found it confusing at times when the point of view would switch from each of the characters. Either titling the chapters or headlining in a chapter when the point of view changes would enhance the story.
I also couldn’t quite work out if it was a Dom/Sub story or billionaire with Dominant tendencies or if it was supposed to be a mafia story with dom/sub.
Based on the blurb I expected more dom/sub plays but there were very little.

absolute chaos
Liam and Olivia and Kade are a perplexing throuple. This book was a complete mindf***. The intimate parts were hot but I really felt confused this entire book. Same as olivia. My biggest complaint is I wish Liam would have just communicated why he brought Kade into the scenario but instead it was just “you’re ours now.” SIR WE NEED A LITTLE MORE EXPLANATION. The book isn’t bad, the twist at the end I loved and the epilogue made me happy that I went through all of that chaos to have a sweet ending

The book isn’t bad, the twist at the end I loved and the epilogue made me happy that I went through all of that chaos to have a sweet ending

This was a seriously intense novel! It was exciting, full of action and so steamy hot. The chemistry between Liam and Olivia and Kade was sizzlingly explosive enough to burn your house down! There was also a lot of emotional conflict and I so felt for Olivia as she was so tormented. This book was highly entertaining and so enjoyable to read.

hot! ohhh man that was hot. absolutely love how in control Liam is and Kade was such a great addition with his personality being different than Liam yet still dominant in all the right mature ways. i think this is my first book from this author and wow, totally did not disappoint. the growth and the ending i had hoped would of been drawn out longer but did not affect how great the story was. couldnt put it down, steamy, loving, a bit of thrill and action, really enjoyed reading this

The story-line has a lot of emotion, includes a lot of things I read but it is twisted in a way that I found a bit hard to take (my personal feelings only).

I really enjoyed this story. Full of so much angst. A love that is stronger and more deep than you could imagine, between three people. While the storyline was fantastic, it didn't flow very well at times. Sometimes I felt lost and a detachment from the characters. Although, overall, an amazing read.

Emotional rollercoaster!
Oh wonderful ! But keep the tissues handy! Oh don't worry HEA. But oh my empathy was with each of the three main characters! I felt their pain and their love. 💓.😂
I so enjoyed this book do not be put off by the low monetary cost believe me the story line is worth it's weight in gold ! I spend a most emotional and enjoyable night with this story. 💓

This book is a wonderful read, it is not only dark but also full of emotions.

I love menage, always have. This one is a very very nice interpretation of it. Mind consuming, disheartening and beautifully threaded. The complexity of love and desire and how it can be so hard to find one’s true place in these triangle. Perfect for me 🖤

From the beginning I was hooked. I absolutely loved the drama and suspense of not knowing what’s going to happen next in the story and finally realizing that they can have their own happily ever after.
