I almost used a credit on this, but was glad to find it part of the free included catalog with Audible... Yay!

I was sceptical about listening to something from "The Great Courses", as I've been unlucky with my selection so far. Fortunately for me, this was perfect!

It was clear and concise. Not too long. The best thing was that there was something about how she explained things that I had an aha moment for myself! I started looking at not only my energy reserves, but how to organize what's next in my to do pile.

If you like watching organizing videos like, "Clutterbug", "A Secret Slob", "Sunday Stylist", and so on! Then you'll enjoy this.

The narration wasn't as lively as books read by Dana K. White, but this short read doesn't go over and over the same topic like Dana K. White does.

Instead, Ciara Conlon breaks down how you can be organized not only in your home, but in the office at work, or around children, if you have kids. All areas of your life, including your digital life.

I feel that when it comes to chatting about digital files, everyone whines about how much time they spend on their phones. This thankfully, is not one of those books! Instead Ciara discusses how for instance moving your paper clutter to digital is a good way of dealing with some documents and receipts.

Pretty straightforward one, sort of an amalgamantion of 7 habits, eat the frog, essentialism, atomic habits and other books.

Some interesting takeways i got from the book: The importance of schedueling and goal setting (SMART goals showing up everywhere), the value of good habit formation and the importance of good mental health practices.

I feel this book struck a good balance of finding the optimal level of system design and human design. Its important for us to remember (myself included) that when we design systems for ourselves that we take into account our own humanity. We should make sure our goals, actions and systems align with the person we are and the things we want to achieve.

Really useful book with valuable insigfhts and techniqes, its a short one as well. However if youre already deep in this side of the knoweldge sphere it probably isnt an essential one.
