It's so calming when we craft. Different idea come from looking at a card and decorate as if the person is looking at it already. Some idea just com from surrounding, hoping that what I consider awesome will the eye of someone who sees the card they've always wanted. Especially our next leader of life. Respectfully, Boo.
Wouldn't recommend for a beginner. Card designs are okay and simple enough. But the instructions are really poor and incomplete. No measurements, no helpful info about the materials or tools needed, minimal and vague directions. Very sloppily written and edited. Glad I got it free with Kindle Unlimited.
This book provided vivid pictures and some step-by-step instructions for assembling various cards. While I certainly found value throughout the pages, and my creative juices were flowing I wouldn't recommend this book to a paper crafting beginner. Ther aren't any measurements which I would feel should be a minimum requirement for something titled as "the ultimate guide...for beginners."
I love how this book uses magazines and other common things to make the cards. It had wonderful ideas to make cards. Great way to start a new hobby of card making.
