for YOU: Just what you need to hear right now

Rate this book
Have you gone through life wishing that someone told you things you really needed to hear? Not only the good advice but the simple things? Like "You're doing a great job", "I am so glad you're here" or "I love you"? This book hits that spot! This is the first of a selection of books inspired by the life of the author as well as her mental health blog @lets_haveachat on Instagram and Facebook. Coming from a life touched by assault and abuse, physical and mental health challenges, divorce, self-confidence and impostor syndrome issues, the author has devoted her life to helping others by sharing her life experiences. She uses them as an example and a means of “sitting where you are” and enduring the challenge with those she shares with. As an empath, she has a great draw to make sure no one is made to feel alone in their circumstances. This book speaks of the things that she wished she could hear from others in her early years, the things she says to others now, and the things that can inspire thought and positive transformation.

Mental health is the most important thing right now. We all are trapped by anxiety, stress, depression and all other kinds of mental illness. A lot of people are talking about mental health and saying that it but how many are actually giving us solution regarding it. Solution is not always about curing the illness but also about being there and saying the right things.

Now, you may a question in your mind that how does this book help us? Does it also give some breathing and meditation exercises? Nope. This book is different in terms of that. And probably if you are one of those people who is suffering from any kind of mental health issue right now then this book is perfect for you.

This book will tell you just the simple but right things that you need to hear right now, for example, ‘You're doing a great job’, ‘I am so glad you're here’ or ‘I love you’. Trust me, this book is what you need amidst these tough times. The author has suffered or I must say overcame a lot of obstacles in her life and now she is using her examples and personal stories to help others. I highly recommend this book. Get it to get inspired now. MUST BUY.
