I let the bullies of Ridgecrest almost ruin my life last term. I don't plan to let that happen again. Now I have a secret, and I have a plan to use it. Just like I'm using my own revealed secret against them. They accused me of being this...and so, this is what I am. If I embrace it, then they can't use it against me. But my newfound reputation isn't enough to protect me. Not, at the very least, from my future here at Ridgecrest. I need something more. I know exactly what it is, and where to start. And it starts with revenge. I just hope I don't end up going too far. Her Spite is a full-length reverse harem bully romance with multiple love interests. It’s the second book in The Forgotten Elites trilogy, a contemporary enemies-to-lovers series where the main character has no intent to choose between the boys she loves to hate.

They always say fake it til you make it, but in this case, faking it totally made Aubrey break it. She definitely gave Bridget a taste of her own medicine in this book, not exactly to the extreme that Bridget did with her, but still effective, and she played into the whole loose girl rumor, but overall her actions led to some mixed results. That ending caught me completely by surprise but I'm not sure what I expected with this group. What really gets me is that everyone seems to be blackmailing each other or keeping secrets, yet when Aubrey plays the same games, their reaction is completely different. This group of kids can turn on a dime when they decide they don't like something and when one in the group changes their mind or sets their mind to something, the rest follow like sheep. It was a little disappointing to see this since the guys seemed to open up to Aubrey quite a bit and show sides to them that they don't willingly allow others to see. I'm hoping that the next book everyone gets on the same page. I wonder who will be expected to apologize when it all comes down to it.

I really enjoyed this second book, it takes off right where book one ends and I was hooked. The story just took off and it really felt like it had a mind of its own, it's refreshing. The Characters are really growing on the pages and I loved seeing the different dynamics. Eden Beck has created a bully romance that really has you thinking and having your mouth open wide as you read. Great book and I'm looking forward to see what the author brings us next!

Oh Aubrey, you should know better and your true friends tried to tell you but you got caught being the mean girl. This book picks up right after the last ended and Aubrey starts her plan in motion with Bridget and the guys. The story moves around well and keeps the relationship progression in reality. I wonder how many reputations will be ruined by the ending.

That ending

Well I didn’t expect that ending! As much as you want to hate the guys you can see that they’re really just lost boys at heart. I just really hope in the next book Bridget truly gets hers for trying to be a victim after being the bully to everyone including the guys.

So what happens when you play the games the same as everyone else? When things come to light everything changes. When feeling can be flipped like a switch were they even real?
I didn’t see that ending coming I can’t wait to see what happens in book 3!

Aubrey is still trying to survive classes without being bullied. Cole, Sterling and Warren are starting to come around. Bridget is a terrible person. Aubrey gets payback but at what cost? The gala was a nightmare. This was okay.
