Hot New Neighbor
Lu-Anne didn't know what to make of her new neighbor since he never came put during the day and dressed in all black. But when a spider just about got her late one night she runs to his place to ask for help. Wade is stunned when he finds his neighbor on his doorstep asking for help with a spider. He finds it amusing that she gets upset when he refuses to help her get rid of the spider. Sparks fly between them even as they spar back and forth. Lu-Anne is convinced that Wade is up to something so she breaks into his place and he catches her and she makes up a lie which compounds things for her. The next day Wade brings her bugs spray for the spider and then they start talking and she learns a little about him. Things move somewhat slow between them but when she learns his secret will she still be interested in him? Or with she end things because of him not telling her?

When they stop and start drinking one thing leads to another and they end up sleeping together. The next morning Rhett says the wrong thing and it causes a misunderstanding between him and Bella. He doesn't want things to end with Bella but he leaves so he can fix his mess of a life first. Will Bella give him a second chance? What will their families think of them being together?

Rowan tries to help him but he just infuriates her when he runs out of gas with her in his car. Sparks fly between them and soon they both face a new dilemma. Cliff wants Rowan and she wants him so where do they go from there? Will she lose her job? Can they be together?
This is an amazing collection of stories that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining collection. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I loved this book, every story was different and all amazing! I highly recommend it!
Hot new neighbour, I loved the mystery of this book how Lu-Anne thought that her neighbour was a mafia gang member as he only went out at night and all in black, so she tried to investigate, but got caught riffling through his drawers when she thought he was out but he was in the shower, she didn't realize he was a billionaire and was in hiding and when she did it freaked her out, this book flowed and was funny with hot chemistry between them

This was my favourite of the four books, it had me laughing so much when Lexi called her boss Curtis all sorts of names her favourite being TFB and pretended she hated him. He hired her for the weekend to help him babysit his niece and nephew as he hated kids, some of the scenes were so hilarious you could just see it happening.
then while away on a weekend in Canada their feelings couldn't be held back any longer he kept on till he wore her down, but she got pregnant, and life for them was over or so she thought so she ran.

After hearing the love of his life talk about him as he was just someone to support her financially and she didn't love and also having an affair on what was supposed to be their wedding day, he ran away with her black sheep of the family sister.
Bella wasn't his type, he liked blondes and she was brunette but there was just something about the foul mouthed tattoo covered woman that stirred things in him that he was attracted to her, and they were really getting there till she found out what he was worth.

Cliff was happy being single, didn't want a relationship, that was until his mum contacted a dating agency to set him up on dates, the woman that was setting him up was Rowen, she was feisty, profession and liked vintage clothes. Cliff gave her a hard time every time they spoke or met, after his first disaster of a date, she decided that they needed to do a dry run, and he tested her patience constantly especially as he kept running out of gas and ruining everything
the more they were together the more both of them found the other attractive until in the end they acted on it, this was a sweet but funny romance.

I love all these stories. I am a fan of billionaire romances. I didn't want to stop reading any of these stories. I had to practically set my phone out of reach so I would go to sleep at night because I had to work in the am!

kind of weak stories with weak male characters
None of the stories were particularly steamy, a lot of indecision in all of them. I don’t feel like most of the male characters were alphas at all and the descriptions didn’t match their actions. Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t read again.

Excellent anthology!
Enjoyed each and every story....... some more than others, obviously.
Really enjoyed getting to know this author's style..... although she obviously has a bit of a "thing" regarding men's forearms! 🤣
Each book was entertaining and different. Each held my interest and had my favourite ending...... a HEA!

I had a fun time reading these stories in the box set and laugh at some of their antics. Each one finding love in the other when they are not looking or falling in love with someone unexpectedly and finding that perfect person for oneself. Each couple finding their own happily ever.
