A fresh start in Temecula, CA was exactly what I needed to get over my breakup. I was looking forward to Palm Trees, fine wine, the beaches and killer sunsets. But I never expected to run into handsome Levi Bateman while still on my way to California. The last thing I needed was a conceited passenger. I had a job to focus on.
I knew Levi would be a distraction because we would be working in close proximity. He was so sure of himself, resisting him was even harder. Not only did I have a job to focus on, I had a broken heart to mend and I was ten years older than Levi. There was too much baggage between the both of us.

I love my visits to the Cocky Hero Club and as soon as I read the blurb for Conceited Concierge I knew I needed to read it. Renea Porter is a new author to me but that’s one of the things I love about this club, finding new authors to follow whilst enjoying a world of characters I love from past reads.
Levi and Rylee were only meant to share one night but fate has other plans and it seems one night is never going to be enough. Rylee is 37 years old and she thought nothing could surprise her but she didn’t bank on meeting Levi a man who happens to be a fair few years younger. Rylee is struggling to get past the age gap but for Levi age is just a number and it’s what your heart feels that’s important. Can he convince her to give him a shot or will the age gap be just to much of an obstacle......
This was a quick read but it still packed a mighty punch, the chemistry is sizzling and passion intense. This couples journey is not an easy one and at times I was sure they would never get the HEA they do deserved but in the end fate won. Another great addition to the wonderful world of Cocky Hero’s.

Rylee is 37 years old she thought nothing could actually surprise her, but when a one night stand with a younger man has a chance to be something more, she is more than surprised. Levi is almost too good to be true. Will Rylee be able to get over her self doubts to actually let Levi in? This is the question, take a chance on this Renea Porter story. It’s a really fun addition to the cocky Hero Club!

What started off as a one-night stand turned into so much more for Rylee and Levi. I loved being a part of their journey, watching their relationship grow. I was sad when it seemed things were going to end and they'd not get their happy ending. After some tough times, they're slowly on the mend. Their story shows that there's always ups and downs to relationships. Communication is the key to success in all things. I truly loved reading their story and admit that I got teary-eyed a time or two. This was another great book in the Cocky Hero Club world.

Rylee is on life’s next adventure. Levi is ready to start the next chapter in his life. I loved how the author made Rylee into a woman who won’t define herself or her sexuality. That’s not all that she’s done with this character – surprises abound. What I loved about Levi was that he seemed so easy-going, he doesn’t give up and that means not taking “no” for an answer.
A lot of what the author writes feels very realistic. Feelings and emotions are ones that anyone in the same situation might show. Not all relationships run smoothly and sometimes have to be worked on. Sometimes you have to eat crow. Happiness has to be worked on together – as equals.
Our author puts in twists that I don’t think a lot of couples would come across but it just shows how creative she is. At times, the story is romantic but there has to be more between two people and the author does it without showing all the intimate moments. At no point did I feel that she left something out or made a scene choppy so that she could keep the story going. It could be considered a great introduction if you’ve never read any work by this author before. If you’re looking for a read that you can get done in just a few hours is just another reason. And if you’re following this series then you certainly want to add this to your library.

The Cocky Hero Club has been so instrumental in me meeting new authors, and since I read way too fast, I'm so grateful for it because I'll always need new authors added to my list. And now I've added the new to me Renea Porter after reading Conceited Concierge. I've said before, and I'll probably say it again, but older women/younger men have never really tickled my fancy because I don't want any sort of cougar messing with my son LOL! Anyway, I did really enjoy the story of Rylee (our older heroine) & Levi (our younger hero), who thought they were only hooking up the one time, but fate decided to get involved so things definitely took a turn. Levi is all about her while she is always trying to make the argument of the age difference, yet can't stop won't stop. I get where she's coming from but she protests way too much while he's all about age is just a number & the sparks continue to fly all over the place. So to find out will they or won't they, you know what to do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the first book I have read by the author and it is an engaging addition to the C. Hero Series. Rylee is an older woman who had a one-night stand with a younger man, Levi, and she never though she would see him again. However, a chance encounter at a gas station has the two paired up as driving buddies as they are heading to the same location. Rylee is looking to start over but she has her reservations about Levi yet she is unable to resist his charm. Will Levi be able to prove to Rylee that he is the man for her or will his secrets keep them apart? This is one well written, witty read enhanced by the inclusion of Aubrey and Chance Bateman. If you enjoy reading age gap romances then this is one to add to your library.

This is a great addition to this amazing series and is Levi and Rylee’s story. Rylee is moving to have a fresh start, and when she meets Levi in Vegas, they spend a hot night together with no names exchanges as they did not expect to see each other again. Fate has other plans though, and when Rylee stops for gas and snacks’ she meets Levi again, but his car has broken down, and as they are going to the same place, he catchers a ride with Rylee. These two have their share of challenges to overcome, but will Levi be able to knock down Rylee’s walls? This is a well written story which is emotional, heartwarming, entertaining, and with explosive chemistry. I Look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

A one-night stand Rylee thought she would never see again until she stops at a gas station and there he is the handsome Levi. Levi's spirit is off the charts and I totally loved him. Rylee is this no-nonsense woman who loves what she does and has issues like everyone else. These two for sure have chemistry, but it was the friendship that grew that made the story. As they get to know each other and move from friendship to more Rylee has her doubts for sure. When Levi's past comes back well he will have to fight tooth and nail to get Rylee back. The problem can she forgive him for lying and can they move forward with their future? Find out how this book ties together with love, laughter, and Batemen men.

Conceited Concierge blends perfectly into the Cocky Hero World with one of our favourite couples, Chance and Aubrey playing a part in this story. This is an age gap romance, turning a one night stand into something more. Rylee and Levi have an instant attraction but with Rylee being so much older than Levi she is unsure if it is smart decision to want more. Levi stole my heart from the very first interaction and I loved how determined he was in making Rylee his. The chemistry between this pair was off the charts and once Rylee moved past her doubts and fears things got even hotter. The witty banter between this couple added even more enjoyment to the storyline and at times had me laughing. Their journey is not always smooth and has a little angst to hold your attention and keep you guessing would this be a HEA or not. A thoroughly entertaining story that you really didn't want to end.

Good story
While I did enjoy this book, it was a little repetitive and both characters kind of got on my nerves. It was a quick read and written well.

Another good quick read from the cocky hero club. I’m not a fan of older women / younger man or vice versa but this author made it work as Levi didn’t seem as young as he was. Also good to read of Aubrey and chance !

Conceited Concierge was soooo gooood!!! Rylee and Levi meet in Vegas and have a one night stand. They believe they will never see each other again so they don't even exchange names, well the universe has other ideas for these two!! Rylee is on her way to start a new job, and stops for gas and snacks when she runs into Levi!! He is stranded because his car has broken down, and his cell phone dies so he can't call for help. They find out they are going to the same place, so Levi hitches a ride with Rylee....and the chemistry explodes!! Rylee finds out Levi is younger than her, enough that it bothers her to an extent...Levi couldn't care less and is bound and determined to pursue her, and convince her that they could be good together. I don't normally gravitate towards older woman/younger man, but the age thing wasn't something that was an issue because Levi is so mature for his age, he's been through quite a bit and had to grow up quicker than he should have had to. Rylee is newly single, so she's gun shy anyway, but the age difference is huge for her. But Levi breaks down her walls, and they start spending time together. Will Rylee let him in...there are also outside forces that cause Rylee to take a huge step back, will they work things out and find their way to being together? Y'all just have to read this book to find out!!

I love an age gap romance and it's even better when the woman is the older one. The chemistry between Rylee and Levi is explosive and holy moly, I thought it would make my Kindle explode. She has reservations and I loved seeing how mature he was for his age and actually pursue her and not give up.

I am really loving the Cocky Hero Club, so many genres and so many new authors to me; Renea Porter is one such author. Although a quick read she packed a lot of entertainment into Conceited Concierge.
For Levi and Rylee, their one night stand morphed into so much more than either of them expected. Believing that all they will have is one night, fate has other plans for these two. The chemistry between them ignites and the passion is impossible to ignore.
I’m not a great fan of age gap romances and in Conceited Concierge, Rylee is the older woman and that really seemed to bother her a lot, even though Levi didn’t have an issue.
There was some angst reading this book, their journey is rocky and at times I didn’t think that they would get their happily ever after. Overall this was an enjoyable read and a good addition to the series.

A brilliant story with a enjoyable storyline and great characters to read about. I loved the whole story from start to finish and found myself constantly trying to read faster to get more.

If you like an age gap romance this book is definitely for you. What starts out as a one night stand turns into so much more. Levi chases after Rylee in hopes they can have a real relationship. I loved how Levi pursued Rylee. Levi knew what he wanted and went after it. He was not taking no for an answer. Even though she kept trying to deny the feelings they had for each other she had to eventually acknowledge it. Feeling the age gap was a huge issue for her. She struggled getting past that point. But I tell ya, once she gave in.... BAM!! Things were heated. And the nicknames they had for each other were awesome. I enjoyed their banter back and forth. I didn't want their story to end. By the end I was begging for more. This is a MUST READ!! 📚📚📚📚📚

I enjoyed reading this book by Renea who was a new author to me. Just out of a relationship Rylee has a one night stand with Levi. The next day fate steps in and they run into each other and find out that they are working at the same place. We follow relationship which is at times funny, sweet and sad. Throw in a couple of surprises and you have a good story. This book is part of The Cocky Hero Club but can be read as a standalone. I received this book as an arc for my honest opinion.

I usually don't go for the older woman/younger man stories.. they're just not my cup of tea but Porter surprised me. She wrote Rylee and Levi in a way that its easy to forget their ages.
Rylee is serious and determined. Levi is fun and vibrant. These two together make for great reading!
